This was the 1st of 3 dentists I went to to get a bunch of crown work done. Smile Shack saw me twice, then stopped answering the phone, and wouldn't return my calls. I don't know what their issue was. He seemed gung ho to do it in person. Maybe it was just an office issue. Neither this dentist and the second dentist I tried to use would listen to what I wanted.
You start to tell them what you want, and they interrupt you and tell you what they want to do instead. Between the office errors of this dentist and the second dentist, they put my procedures back by YEARS. Very discouraging and you think you'll never find what you want. I ended up with a 3rd dentist, and after a couple years of seeing him (to make sure he wouldn't flake on me like the first two dentists), we did all the work I've been wanting to do.
The third dentist listens, and you can tell he cares about helping people more than money. The Smile Shack dentist comes off more like a salesman that happens to be in the field of dentistry. Well, you're not a very good salesman, because you let 10 grand in work (paid in cash) walk out the door.

Every person in this office goes way out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It's such a positive environment. The facility is beautiful, with every comfort you could imagine to put you at ease. The staff is patient and knowledgable. I've been his patient for probably 15 years and recommend him to everyone I know

This place is absolutely brilliant. I went there as an international visitor after I broke a tooth at a family function, and these guys worked with me to sort through my unusual insurance situation, explained everything in great detail, and best of all, fixed my tooth professionally and quickly, and had me back on my way the same day. The surgery is kept meticulously clean, and the staff are professional and friendly.
