Lorena grew up in Italy and moved to the United States in 1997 to marry her husband, Brian. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Siena Heights University with a BBA in accounting. She is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her children and travel. Lorena has been working in accounting for many years, both in Italy and in the United States.
Dr. Earl Gaball is a committed and skilled dentist with years of experience in general, preventative, cosmetic, and restorative dental care. Dr. Gaball and his team value patient relationships, and their goal is to provide complete dental care to maintain healthy, beautiful smiles for the whole family.
Dr. Gaball was raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the town of Marquette. He graduated from Northern Michigan University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Gaball earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. He served as a dentist in the United States Army at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

Staff were COVID ready. I was really impressed on the safety during this pandemic. Dr. Gaball and staff have A superior system in place. Every one was professional and helpful and the Doctor and staff took extra care to let you know what to expect. What A wonderful experience. I will be recommending his office to others.

Dr. Gable is a great dentist. I've always hated going to the dentist and get nervous every time. I started going to Dr. Gable and His calming voice and polite nature helped put me at ease. I feel comfortable every time I go in. He has the best staff in town. They always make me feel welcome and we usually have some great conversations (well, that is before the dental work begins ).

Absolutely amazing experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff takes great care be of you. And Dr. Gaball is an amazing doctor and actually does the work. The staff Very informative. The staff 8s so caring more caring then some of your own family. They called me the next day after my root canal just to see how I was doing! I couldn't be any happier.

My visit was very pleasant, not like the other dentist. Everyone is so pleasant, friendly and made me feel comfortable. During my exam they did not rush and asked if I had questions. The billing lady was kind and helped me with the financing so I could understand it. The receptionist always greets me with a warm smile and friendly hello, which helps to take away my fears. Worst staff ever. Abusive staff, not empathetic at all. Made complaints to attorney general regarding their abusive behavior.their response is the most slanderous letter I have ever read. They broke privacy laws retaliating to my negative google review.then tried to hide it by revising it and taking out the information that caused them to break the law.
I have the proof to show it. They also did so on their facebook page but have since removed the option to leave a review which took away all their reviews on facebook. They tried to spin the letter to accuse me of being aggressive toward their staff and stated that when they told me to turn my wrist to attempt to take a blood pressure, I told them that I did not want to be told what to do.
That is completely laughable. I have never told anyone that and they NEVER attempted to take my blood pressure. Instead, they scolded my husband for attempting to hold my hand. The "good doctor" then made accusations in the letter that I attempted to wipe off the local anesthesia and refused to open my mouth.again. NOT true. They also mentioned how when I got up to leave, I made "wild accusations" toward the staff.
I suppose it must've been pretty wild for me to tell them, "You know, you could show a little more compassion!" As I walked out.yeah.that's it.pretty wild right!?! Then they proceeded to say my husband apologized for MY behavior. AGAIN.FALSE.When I left, the hygienist told my husband, "You may want to go after her, she is under the influence." Now they are trying to justify why they refuse to refund my money that I prepaid.btw.apparently, the money that they have stolen from me was for services not performed, nor billed to the insurance.so no claim was filed.
I have insurance, so why am I paying 100% and a claim was never filed? Sounds a bit fraudulent. But that's another complaint to be filed. Steer clear of these crooks.save yourself a headache and trauma. I have truly been victimized by this place.
