Dr. Jack is great and I've enjoyed going to him for several years. However, I had to reschedule an appointment recently and because I didn't call within 48 hours they are now charging me. First off, they called me on a Friday, so by the time I looked at the voicemail, they were closed and I couldn't call back until they opened on Monday anyway to speak with someone.
Customer service has NEVER been great up front and now they are going to lose a loyal client. I understand businesses have to do what they need to but I did call at least, just not within their "time frame"

There's a clear difference between how you're treated before and after you pay. I brought my daughter to get braces, for an orthodontic services. We were treated like a VIP client up until we paid for the entire service upfront. After that getting service was difficult. Orthodontist was available just once a week, and if that day ran out of time, we couldn't get an appointment for weeks, even when the braces were causing pain! Braces broke several times through the process, I kept wanting to switch to another orthodontist if I hadn't paid in full already.
After it was finally completed the teeth seemed to have started shifting back again, despite nightly retainer. Nobody followed up with to ask how the experience was. Would NOT take my other child there!
