Front desk is friendly but don't expect them to ever get back to you through email. It was a bit of a pain to schedule an appointment since it's call only.

The folks at Terwilliger Dental were professional and so friendly. They really put me at ease, and thoroughly answered all my questions. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

I switched here from my previous dentist when the owner of the practice retired and younger doctors I wasn't as comfortable with took his place. Everyone at Terwilliger Dental was welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Hoang definitely knows what she's doing. After my appointment, they sat down with me to map out future treatments and broke down pricing and everything. It was wonderful. I've found my new dentist. :

Been a patient of Dr. Hoang for almost 7 years. I apperciate her knowledge and dental skills and staff. I like how she always engages with me so many different and random topics each time I visit. Its like I never left. Always feels like family vibe there. The staff are always so kind and always wants what is best for the patient. Always giving dental advices as well as personal.

Everyone is so very hardworking to giving me the fullest care and I apperciate it very much. I love when I come in for my routin visits that they greet me like family. Its so sweet! Unfortunately, I will be relocating for work soon and will miss them dearly. I highly recommend Dr. Hoang and her wondeful staff if you are looking for those gental hands, knowledge, and long time companionship. When I am in town, please clean my teeth. XOXO.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I had a dental appointment that this office canceled on me 3 times in one week one hour prior to my appointment. They wanted to service me on a treatment I found out later I didn't need. They wouldn't even accommodate me when I tried to work with them. I highly recommend "stay away!"

This office cancelled me 3 times on 3 different days, one hour before my appointment each time. They claimed their hygienist was sick 2 weeks now. They wouldn't accommodate with another hygienist or a temp. I had to keep cancelling and rebooking transportation. They are unreliable, unprofessional and their business tactics are horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was assured that my insurance was going to cover my simple dental cleaning. I come in and we start the cleaning, to say the least the technician was not qualified to do the job, again I brush it off, not 2 minutes after the equipment starts to malfunction and spray water all over my face. She does a sub par job of cleaning and after I complain the actual doctor comes over and she actually cleans again with another compound that according to her is more expensive and they don't use it that ofter.

This is not even the worst part of my experience, two weeks later I get a bill in the mail of $333 because my "insurance didn't cover it" that they assured me was going to cover. Moral of the store make sure what they say will be covered from the insurance is actually what will be covered or you will be in for a surprise. If a simple cleaning costs $333 I don't even want to know what they charge for more serious jobs. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Hoang and team are awesome! I've been getting my dental care here for around the past 15 years. They are very friendly, warm and highly skilled. Their prices are reasonable too. For example, they offer a variety of options and price points for mouth guards. Unlike some dentists that I've seen in the past, they don't try to sell you the most expensive item. For the above reasons, I highly recommend this practice!

Let me tell you. Dr. Hoang, Janna, Lindsey and all of her staff is amazing! I trust these women with my teeth and have never felt more comfortable at the dentist! 10/10!

Dr. Hoang is a top dentist- professional, well-trained in her practice, and kind to her patients. I was in bad shape during the pandemic and she rescued me. Her staff is welcoming, attentive, and caring. I feel healthy and safe again. Thank you all.

As a new patient (first appointment was in September 2021), it can always be a little nerve racking going to a new dentist. Dr. Hoang and her staff have been so professional and friendly, that I felt right away this was such a great place for my care. I had a sensitive tooth and was clenching my teeth at night. Both issues were taken care of right away and all questions and concerns were answered. Definitely recommend Terwilliger Dental.

Everyone here goes above and beyond. Dr. Hoang is kind, understanding, and does awesome work. She always remembers who I am and really listens to any questions or concerns I have about my teeth. The dental hygienist, dental assistants, and front desk staff are so sweet and do great work. Highly recommend this place if you need a new dentist!

I have been going here for a decade! Why do I keep coming back? They have a friendly staff and do a great job to make sure I'm taken care of. Dr. Hoang is one of the gentlest dentist, she will listen if you have concerns and will make sure you are comfortable. I've had all four wisdom teeth pulled and multiple cavities filled when I first started coming here.

My teeth have been great every since. I recently got a referral from them to go to a Ortho up the street to get my Invisalign. They have helped me with my preventative care and have been continuously doing so since the day I became a patient. I would highly recommend Terwilliger Dental if you're someone who needs a great dentist and team to treat your dental needs, this is the dental practice for you!

Super happy with the staff here. I have severe dental anxiety and I get panic attacks while I'm in the chair, but the staff were all very kind and accommodating. The work I've gotten done here is top notch. Highly recommend! :

I have a lot of anxiety with dentists particularly after a traumatic experience with another dentist many years ago. The staff here are absolutely kind and wonderful and really look after you. So far I've worked mostly with Joyce for dental hygiene and she's been so patient, understanding and accommodating to my anxiety with certain procedures. Dr. Hoang is also really great. Both have gentle hands and presence which help me relax while they're doing their thing. 100% recommend coming here for your dental needs!

I came here because the reviews were great! But my experience was less than. The staff was nice, but the doctor was rude. I have a hard time with drilling and she had no patience for me as a client. She complained and said I need to take medicine before I come again. I wasn't pulling away or acting unreasonable I just put my hands up when I needed a break.

After she was done with my teeth she just left the room, no goodbye, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will not be coming back. She also wanted to do root canals on me! Which after reading some of the other comments sound like it's her go to! I expressed to my partner that I felt like she just wanted money from me since I needed a cleaning and she never bothered to make that a priority.

She also shaved my teeth down way more than needed! DO NOT go to this lady! I'm sorry for anyone who already has. These reviews are important. Please take them seriously when they are consistent and are about some Thing so important.

I was very embarrassed about my smile. The six front upper teeth as well as the six front lower teeth were in much need of repair. Dr Hoang skillfully and artfully applied bonding resin to the upper teeth in one visit and the lower teeth in another visit, they look totally natural. I have my smile back! I recommend her wholeheartedly. Also, her staff are all very friendly and highly competent. Plus, I recently had to have a tooth pulled, and am experiencing the fastest recovery ever.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. As soon as I walked in for my appointment, one receptionist kept saying that I shouldn't have canceled my appointment and then come in after canceling it. I told her this was my first visit, and I've never canceled anything. She got louder and louder and kept saying the same thing over and over again.

This happened as soon as I walked in and was weird and awful! The dental hygienist was very nice and did a good job. But the dentist was rude to the hygienist! The dentist told the hygienist that she took too long on me! I have dental insurance FYI so I don't get why the dentist cared. THe hygienist walked me up to the second receptionist when she was done, and that other receptionist (different from the one that yelled at me) told me that she didn't have time to check me out, and I would have to come back tomorrow to be checked out!

I have never heard of such a thing. The drama started as soon as I walked in. I really believe these people are racist. I am South Asian American and a lawyer. I don't have an accent or anything. They didn't like me because of my skin color. Absolutely humiliating.

This place the best dental place in U. S. A. Nice peoples working at desk. Patient dentists in the back working on teeth and gums for your eats that's yum.

The fact that the staff are all women is pretty awesome. I have had great work done by them and I would totally refer anyone who doesn't have a dentist. They also take ODS and I switched so I could go back. Total happy camper. Did two hours today and two hours on Thursday and I'm already so impressed with the progress. Sweet!

The entire staff is amazing! From the front desk always working to make sure I'm getting the most from my insurance plan, to the poor dental hygienists that drew the short straw that had to clean my teeth today thank you for being an amazing team! The Dr. is one of the best I've ever worked with. There was a period where I didn't take very good care of my teeth but She helped set me up with a treatment plan to make sure my smile continues to look and feel great! Tara J.

The first dentist I've ever trusted. She's honest, ethical and will always do what's best for you and your teeth. I moved farther away but still plan on driving in. She doesn't look for procedures to do in hopes of charging you more, a real change from my last dentist.

I had a bad experience with a dentist years ago for tooth extraction. Dr. Hoang and her staff were very understanding and accomendating with my every needs. I did not feel pressured to do dental treatment. Everything was at my own pace and what I was ready for emotionally and financially. During my appointments, Dr. Hoang and her assistant always. gave me time to adjust my anxiety.

They did not make me feel like I was wasting their time and I like hearing them talk about random things as it helps distract me from the treatment being done in my mouth. I recommend Dr. Hoang as she has a gentle and understanding touch.

Dr Huang is careful and thorough. She fixed my broken front tooth after I had been to a previous dentist 4 times with no solution! Her staff are efficient and make my smile great! Thank you.

This dentist literally just shaved down my real tooth while filling a fake one after i had just told her i never want my real teeth shaved down so she could go home earlier. Sick how she completely disregarded what i wanted and gave her permission to do to my body. Im pissed a dentist should never take out there anger or frustration on your teeth. Disgusting behavior

Dr. Hoang is outstanding in her field! Customer service is fantastic and the Dental Hygienist are knowlegable and very attentive. I highly recommend this clinic.

Worst Dentist! I cannot believe this lady. She decides to start a partial root canal on my fiancees painful tooth. The following Monday, he's still in pain and inquired what the doctor recommended about it. She decided to drop my fiancee without any notice since she saw he has a lengthy prescription history for pain meds, and automatically flagged him as a drug addict.

I cannot believe this profiling of her patient. He had a partial root canal for crying out loud, not to mention other partials started in his mouth that she pointed out were never finished. This is ridiculous, now she refuses to finish the work she began and he is left to his own devices to find a quality dentist. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!

Did I wait for my appointment as other people have bitched about? yes I did, , but you know what I would rather a dentist take time and do a thorough job than to rush to stick to a schedule. When I spent my time with Dr Kim, , it was just with Dr Kim and I had 100% of her attention, she was gentle, and explained everything very well. The other team members were also excellent- no problems at all from my perspective. I had a few replacement fillings here and great advice for ongoing care. Will I return? yes
