Very personable were Dr Perkins and his hygienist Maria. Anesthesia was administered without pain. Front office people actually understand insurance and can provide answers to questions on the fly. I'll keep coming here even though I was with my former dentist for 22 years.

The dental assistant was amazing, very nice and professional. Shared experiences about the Biltmore that really put my mind at ease. My dentist was just the same. Spotted that there was a minor issue in my crown and instead of attaching it he explained why he didn't want to. And even though it's a long drive to this location I'd gladly drive to get a perfect fit. 100% would recommend

The team at Dr Perkins' office are incredibly accommodating and exceptional with their pre-appointment and follow-up communication. I recently establish care at Biltmore Commons Dental Care, initially presenting for urgent dental care. They were able to set me up with one of their specialist partners quickly and without hassle. I returned for follow-up care w/ Dr Perkins and an evaluation of my gum/ bone health and prior fillings.

So far, they've been excellent. Glad to have found them. If you're an HonorHealth employee or a busy resident physician (it's not scurvy, you just need to go see a dentist.), would highly recommend Biltmore Commons for your Dental needs! I've been going here for years. Dr Sadowski is a true gift of a human. He is patient, thorough, clear, and makes sure you always feel safe and comfortable. Same goes for Trisha, my hygienist. So knowledgeable and I barely felt a thing with my cleaning! Such an amazing team at Biltmore Dental, the customer service is also wonderful as the ladies up front are just great! They have a customer for life!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The staff was so professional. I came in for a cleaning the hygienist I had was Paige. For The very first time after many cleanings I felt like my teeth were actually clean. She was very thorough and shared with me some really good ideas and tips to keep my teeth healthy and cleaner.

When I met Dr Sadowski to view my x-rays he shared with me what he was looking for in the pictures and he also told me about this private practice and a little bit about himself. His assistant was very good too. I knew as soon as I walked into the office that this was going to be a good experience and let me add the office was very clean. My six month cleaning is already scheduled and I can't believe I'm gonna say this I will be looking forward to the appointment and seeing everyone again

I had another great experience at Biltmore Commons Dental! Paige did my cleaning and was super patient and warm - she made me feel so much better about the struggles I have with anxiety at the dentist. Dr. Perkins and the rest of the staff were really friendly and thorough as well. Highly recommend - especially to anyone who stresses themselves out about going for their appointment.

My husband and I both did veneers top n bottoms and we are super happy with Dr. B work. He really loves his work n wanted us happy. I felt it when he communicated with us. Oh and the office staff is amazing and professional.

Dr. B is amazing! He is always so nice, explains every step of what he's doing. He makes you feel so comfortable. I hated the dentist until I experienced him and now drive from East Chandler to the office. Honest and kind!

I've been to many dental offices and this one is by far the best. The team of dentists only suggest necessary practical dental actions and explore all alternatives before recommending procedures, but they have the best customer service I've seen in the industry! Need a dentist? LOOK NO FURTHER! My husband and I have been going to Biltmore Commons Dental Care for a few years now, and we highly recommend them for all of your dental needs. All of the dentists are kind, personable, and professional. The front staff is extremely inviting and helpful. The hygienists are very friendly and great at what they do.

I had not been to a dentist in years. I had a broken tooth down to the root plus some other major work that had to be done. Biltmore Commons were extremely reassuring, accommodating, and the work was all done beyond any of my discomfort worries. I love Biltmore Cimmons and recommend them to everyone.

I absolutely adore this dentists office. I've been coming here for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. The staff and dentists are friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is warm and welcoming. You can't go wrong with any dentist you see and the work is done right the first time. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I absolutely love the whole staff but I really enjoy seeing Dr. Balistrino, he is full of energy and always makes me laugh. I am definitely a high energy type of person so it is so nice to go to a doctor who meets your level of energy. The staff is amazing, they always remember me, my family, and they remember things going on in our lives nit just. our names.

I drive an hour to their office because I just love everything about this team. They never recomend anything that doesn't need to be done and will always let you know what is necessary and what can wait. They work on the budget you have and will space the work out to accommodate. If you have been struggling to find an amazing dentist office, go see them, they will make you feel like a part of the family.

All the dentists excellent. Due to cracked crown and other emergency work, I have had 3 different dentists work on me and they were wonderful. Dental staff and front desk are very friendly, so atmosphere is comfortable.
