This is the Orthodontic group to use! The staff is professional, friendly and fantastic with both kiddos and adult patients. From the time my first telephone call was placed, to our initial office visit, I was greeted by someone with a great attitude and a very helpful staff. Treatment options were thoroughly presented and all of our questions were answered completely.
The front office is well run and I NEVER had issues with scheduling or billing. The Orthodontists were friendly and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Orthodontic Excellence was initially recommended to us by several friends and they were spot on! This is a top notch practice.

We have been coming to Orthodontics Excellence now for about 6 months. Jordynn is who takes care of my son when he comes in for his braces and she is AMAZING! My son loves his appointments because they talk all things football and then my daughter turns into her little assistant. I am so glad our dentist recommended this place. We love us some Jordynn and OE.

I've been so happy coming here. They are very thorough with the treatment they give you. They have a dental monitoring program to track your smile with Invisalign. I had a friend start a similar treatment at another facility. She was amazed at everything I told her my doctor's office had. She didn't get near the care or education on this process.

HORRIBLE! Rodge ( one of the finance people ) lied about being able to refund me that SAME day and the next day I receive a call that he is not authorized to do so and I will not be receiving my refund. The fact that I am not able to make a more important payment bc they had to take money out when we had a VERBAL agreement on the phone the month prior that I will call them when I am ready to make a payment.
No they do not care at ALL what hardship you are going through! I am canceling everything & going somewhere way better. ALSO my first day there for a consult - I wanted a CONSULT. But no I was basically forced to make a payment right then & there to start treatment. If you want a more personal orthodontic experience though where you actually get to talk to your doctor at appointments. go somewhere else.

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. O.E. is not your ordinary orthodontics office! I legit wanna be best friends with everyone there, and I look forward to every appointment I've ever had. I feel like I've found friends for life just going to an orthodontist. Sounds crazy, I know.but that is just the vibe they give you, they make you feel like family and they genuinely care. Choose Orthodontic Excellence and you will never regret your decision. I can promise you that. I did Invisalign and highly recommend it.
