During your first visit, we will give you a tour of our office and get to know you by asking some questions about your medical and oral health history. Please bring a list of any medications you may be taking, their dosages, including all vitamins and supplements. Next, we will perform a comprehensive oral exam that includes a non-invasive oral cancer screening, periodontal probing, charting your existing dental restorations, and x-rays. If time allows and no signs of periodontal disease are present, you will have a routine cleaning after your exam.
Keeping a regular preventative maintenance schedule with your hygienist and Dr. Ngo at our practice helps you prevent not only tooth decay and periodontal disease but also avoid costly procedures and extra time in the hygiene chair. A regular home prevention routine usually consists of brushing at least twice a day and flossing at least once per day.

Dr. NGO and his staff always show the utmost care and professionalism in all that they do. Dr. Ngo is very knowledgeable and always concerned about his patients and their needs. I have been one of his patients since he started and have always had outstanding visits! Even when I need shots, even though he warns there may be some pain from the needle, I barely feel the needle. Much different than other dentists I have had in the past! I would highly recommend Dr Ngo without any hesitation.

If you are looking for a dentist near Puyallup, no look further! Dr. Ngo and his staffs are the best. Today was my first day to visit. I was welcomed from the beginning and all staffs were super nice. Dr. Ngo was very attentive on his practice and provided all details what I need to know. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new dentist almost a year ago, and I hadn't been to see one in many years. To say I was nervous and even scared to a point, was an understatement, because not only was I worried about the possibility of many cavities, but I was worried about how I would be treated once they found out it had been nearly 7 years since I had seen a dentist.
Upon arrival, and once I was in the room, I was treated with nothing but kindness and understanding and zero judgment once I explained my reasons for why I put off coming in for so long. I was shocked, to say the least, and even more shocked when I found out I had no cavities. The kindness and patience on those first 2 visits especially stand out to me, as I was not prepared for it.
They treat you like you're the only patient being seen that day and never lecture you. I highly recommend this office, the staff is top notch, Dr. Ngo is top notch, the nurses are top notch. And I don't say that lightly; you don't find offices like this often where you're treated with such high quality care.

I really appreciate the personal touch of all the employees. I walk in the door and they automatically know who i am and greet me, check me in, and get me started at my appointment seamlessly. My kids are twins 2 years old and Dr. Ngo as well as all the staff are great with them. Even if they roam and are rambunctious toddlers the staff are always great to help corral them and to offer support.
My husband has very sensitive teeth, but has always had very gentle but thorough work that makes him very content. All of our dental visits are very quick in and out and good quality work. Really a great dentist!
