At Advanced Dental Care & Orthodontics, Dr. Martin J. Cisneros and his staff are dedicated to caring for you and your family for life. After gaining extensive training and experience as a dentist for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, Dr. Cisneros devoted himself to building a state-of-the-art dental practice to serve families in Southwestern Illinois and the St. Louis area.
General dentistry also includes comprehensive services like full mouth reconstruction for those who have suffered severe damage to their smiles. We also offer sedation dentistry for patients who need this support to benefit from our dentistry services. By general dentistry, we mean the treatments that most people think of when they visit the dentist.
Jennifer is that cheerful voice you will hear when you have any billing or insurance questions. She brings her smile and energy to the office everyday. Shelby will be the first one you see when you arrive at our office and the last one before you leave. Kristal has been a Hygenist for over 25 years. She aspires to build long lasting relationships and healthy smiles with everyone of her patients.
We are pleased to offer a full range of general dentistry services. Many of our patients will never need to be referred out to another office because of the training and experience of Dr. Cisneros and his staff. Regular cleanings with our hygienist and periodic examinations by Dr. Cisneros help you keep your teeth healthy and bright.

An amazing establishment. The kindness of them literally had me in tears by the end of my visit. I was a foster child and struggled with my teeth issues my whole life. They assured me they would help me keep my teeth and get my teeth back healthy & that my teeth were worth me keeping. Before this appointment I was begging dentist for dentures. They have truly changed my life!
They also set me up on an affordable payment plan since I do not have insurance! I can not even give enough praise to this company for how they have truly changed my life forever!

I just had my first appointment at Advanced Dental Care (Columbia location) and it went absolutely amazing! The service and the employees there went above and beyond. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and everyone was very welcoming & friendly :) my teeth feel AMAZING after my visit & im looking forward to addressing some of the issues I have with my smile! Advanced dental care and orthodontist in Columbia is so awesome! Going in there the office was beautiful and clean, the dental assistants, receptionists, dentist, etc were all so sweet, personable, and helpful! I literally cried from relief bc the dentist was so awesome and on it and ready to help me when I have horrible insurance that no one else would accept they are helping me and I'm sure they can help you too!

The girls are awesome. I highly recommend Advanced Dental. Sara cleaned my teeth and she made sure I was comfortable and I felt very calm and relaxed with her. If your looking for a new Dentist this is the place. Plus they have a mini fridge with a little snack table. You can get you a cold one to take the edge off. lol

The staff took the time to get to know me and my needs! It was a comfortable office that allowed me to ask questions and figure out what I wanted to do moving forward! Even if you hate the dentist, you will love it here. Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctor, are so friendly and create such an awesome environment that you'll actually enjoy the dentist. My 8 year old was terrified the first time we went there, he now looks forward to going to the dentist at Advance Dental Care.

I started with Advanced Dental because of sleep issues. From day 1 a very friendly, compassionate and pleasant place to visit. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Very clean. These guys are really good! The girls are all very helpful and attractive; Dr. Cisneros is the best dentist I have ever been to. I've been to alot of dentists over the years since I move alot for my job. They fixed my mouth and it doesn't even look like they put crowns and fillings in my mouth. It all looks really natural and beautiful. I used to cover my mouth when I spoke because I was embarassed with my smile. Now, when I look at recent pictures, I'm smiling from ear to ear. I love these guys!
