We, as an orthodontic practice, are primarily in the business of self-esteem as well as beautiful smiles. We strive to provide patients with "something extra." The core of providing outstanding care is our commitment to the doctors being very "hands on" with patient treatment. Our doctors place all bracket, all bands, and bend all of the orthodontic wires.

In the course of an orthodontic practice, it is hard to easily describe all of the treatments that are provided as each patient has their own individual treatment plan. Hopefully, we can break things down into general categories that will help you to understand the treatments. First, we provide interceptive orthodontic treatments to patients between the ages of 7 and 10 years old.
Today is the first step on your journey to a beautiful smile! We are thrilled to have you as part of our patient family! We promise to take great care of you. It is important that you understand that the success and length of your treatment is partially dependant on your cooperation. Here is some important information for you to know in order to take care of your new "hardware".
If you cannot find the hole, have your child brush the expander with a toothbrush to remove debris. If you still can't find it, you may not have completed your previous turn. Complete the turn at the back of the mouth and the new hole will appear at the front. Take Advil or Tylenol regularly for the next few days because there may be some pressure as the expander begins to work.
To keep your retainers clean, brush them with a toothbrush and toothpaste each time you brush. The retainers get a plaque build-up and odor if they are not kept clean. At least rinse retainers off after each meal. For special care you can use Retainer Brite (sample and order form provided) or a denture cleanser such as Efferdent, or soak it in a mouthwash and water mixture. This will give it a fresh taste. A protective case is provided for you. Always keep retainers in its protective case when its not in your mouth.

We decided to take our young daughter to Dr. Markarian for some braces. It was a no-brainer to go there, since my grown step-daughter was going back to him and I went when I was younger for a consultation. I then decided at 40 to try to get my teeth fixed. He suggested Invisalign (wasn't out when I went to him when I was younger) and the rest is history! I love going to the clean, bright office. Good morning, I want to share my experience with the service I received in this place. I have a daughter Melanie Dorado and she has always been very well attended. All the staff have always been willing to provide good service. But I want to highlight mainly Miss Vivian Reyes, for her unconditional help, for the customer service she has given me, for being so diligent, I want to give five points to the entire clinic to all the staff and especially to you Vivian Reyes many thank you for all of your help

I give this Orthodontics a 4 out of 5 stars because the employees are all very kind, but I didn't give it a full 5 stars because there were a couple times when my Invisalign trays were way over due and my appointments continued to get pushed back. Covid was also no help to the situation, as it made scheduling appointments that much tougher. Overall I'd recommend this orthodontist because they do care about your final results and showed sympathy when I came in with any issues.

I have been going here since I was in third grade and I can say that I absolutely love Dr. Markarian and his staff! Everyone there is very professional yet they make sure you feel welcomed and are very personable. Vivian has also been very great to me with my last few appointments. I am now a Senior and very excited to finish out my process with them! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My two sisters and I all had braces through Markarian Orthodontics. I am the youngest of my family and today I got my braces off.
