Ladone Family Dental Center

Dr. Ladone is a phenomenal dentist. He has performed extensive work on my teeth and I couldn't be happier. His staff are also extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing him for your dental needs!

I've gone to Dr. Paul for a couple of decades now and I would NEVER consider going elsewhere. He stays on top of new technologies and takes careful, considerate pride in his work. He offers a wide range of services and even created a custom guard for my teeth at night that stopped my snoring! I have been a patient with Ladone Dental (both the father and son) for over 35 years. NEVER have I have been so disappointed with the lack of loyalty of years of being their client. In short, BEWARE of the fact that they will let you blow past your insurance maximums and then land you thousands in debt to them with absolutely no remorse whatsoever. Is it greed, is it lack of checking maximums before providing services so they don't screw their lifelong clients, is it they just don't care and pay the bill and shut up?

I don't know but I do know this in my 49 years of existence I have never been slammed so unexpectantly as I have been by Dr. Paul Ladone Dental in Lisle, Illinois. So disappointed in this practice. If this post will help anyone avoid this disastrous outcome from Ladone Dental then at least there is one positive out of this horrible situation.

I've been coming to Dr. Ladone for over 10 years now and have referred people to his practice. I have never had a bad experience here. He and his staff have always been professional and welcoming every time I come in. It's very clean and organized. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever at a dentist. Receptionist was a horrible evil person. Avoid!

I love Dr LaDone & his staff especially Nancy & Paula. Dr LaDone is one of the most generous nicest professionals I've ever met in my life. I discovered this practice after my dentist since 16 retired abruptly. Sitting in their cozy waiting area before or after your appointment is very relaxing! This office takes Care Credit which is very helpful for financing extensive dental work like I had to have a couple years ago/health issues. This IS the place to be for your dental health!

I received a simple cleaning and paid through my insurance about 3 years ago, then all of a sudden a get a derogatory mark on my credit of $7 then went up to $37, when I never received the decency of a call since I had moved out of state since I was serviced from them. Truly disappointed in their lack of follow up from their accounts receivable.

This is the most elegant dental office I've ever seen! Who knew it was possible for a dental office to be homey? Dr. Paul and his assistant Paula are fantastic. Super friendly (but don't ask you questions when your mouth is full of dental equipment!). My teeth look and feel great. Dr. Paul even was able to remove some of the residual glue used for my braces that my previous dentist had missed for the past 9 years!

They gave me a courtesy discount on my visit since I was paying out of pocket, and sent me out the door with a cup of coffee! I'll definitely be returning and would recommend Ladone Family Dental to all!

Dr. Ladone has been taking care of my dental needs for about 7 years. My last visit was about a month ago. I had the first part of a dental implant procedure done. I have to say that I was afraid of the appointment because I imagined it would be quite painful. This dentist has performed some pretty invasive procedures on me in the past. But for some reason, I expected that this one would require some downtime afterwards involving lots of pain meds. However, I never once felt any pain from this procedure.

I am impressed for sure. They use the latest technology and the dentist and assistant always check to make sure that you are not experiencing any discomfort. I would have recommended this dentist office prior to my last procedure, but now I am so impressed that I am actually writing my first review for any product or service. Kudos to Ladone Family Dental Center!

First I would like to share that this dental office is very clean, the entryway decor is warm and inviting you feel at home. They also offer free coffee. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I never wait long, and if I'm a few minutes late they don't beat me up over if, however I don't recommend being late, because if they are ahead of schedule they can get you in early.

I became a patient here because I wanted invisalign before my wedding, the whole process was pretty painless, I would go back every month or so to fit new trays. Overall I'm so so happy with the results I felt very beautiful on my wedding day! Dr. Ladone and his staff took such good care of me I'm forever grateful!

Great dentist and great staff. I was really nervous about visiting a dentist since it had been almost three years since my last check up. There was no way to afford dental insurance until my most recent job. So finally I sucked it up and asked for some recommendations on a dentist and I was refered to Ladone Family Dental Center. Everyone was very nice and polite as well as professional.

They took the time to answer all my questions and to help with any concerns I had. They were also very thorough cleaning since I told them I hadn't seen a dentist in forever. They were also very careful and gentle during the cleaning. Usually I leave the dentist's office with a funny taste in my mouth but this time I didn't! I was very please with my experience and will be going back for my next check up! And I'm happy to report I have no cavities! Go me!
