Dr. Frank Marchese has been our family dentist for over 30 years! He and his office provide the best possible dental care! I feel lucky to be under his care!

After being with my previous dentist 40+ years until his retirement I had some concern about transitioning to a new dentist. After my first visit my concern was gone. After my third visit I feel I'm well on my way to getting my oral health back on track. Excellent treatment and concern for my comfort from all members of the Arbor Dental staff. I've have found my new dental care providers.

Made an appointment. Couldn't take me in only because Dr had Covid. it's just a cold. Unreal.

Dr. Frank Marchese is an excellent dentist. He is professional, knowlegable and really cares about his patients. I have been going to this outstanding dentist for 30+ years. I have the highest praise for his skills and abilities.

I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist, and due to some insurance issues, I hadn't been in 3 years. Dr. Jeanelle was AMAZING. She's so kind, patient, and calming. She explains things along the way and makes sure you're comfortable. Got a regular cleaning done that was super thorough, and then a few fillings that were no big deal, all because of how wonderful the staff and dentists are. My mouth feels brand new! Highly recommend Dr. Jeanelle for anyone who gets a bit anxious about going to the dentist!

I was seen quickly. Dr Jeanell Marchese took real good care if me. she was aware that I had detal issues with a small a mouth and a dry mouth. she was up for the challenge and used equipment that I never saw before. I'm so happy that I found Arbor dental and look forward to my 3 month cleanings.

Dr. Nellie Marchese is very thorough. She offers multiple cost effective options to patients which is helpful if you don't have dental insurance. She could tell from my teeth that I had heartburn before I realized how bad it had gotten and recommended I goto my GP to get checked out. She also gives simple refreshers of on basic dental care like flossing and brushing techniques that may not be that obvious to the average adult.

Very comfortable atmosphere and very nice people. I always feel welcomed when I enter the office. I have never experienced any pain when it comes to teeth cleaning, having cavities removed, or fillings replaced. 5-Stars!

Dr. Jeanelle Marchese is an amazing dentist who pays close attention to all your needs and complaints. I would highly recommend Arbor Dental in Lisle to anyone who is looking for new professional oral care. Wonderful experience and great team!

Everyone at Arbor Dental is great.caring and professional. The quality of the care is great and they take the time to listen to your needs. I'm very glad my husband found them. As a side note, you will see some really interesting wildlife out the windows of their exam rooms, which is calming and interesting.

I've been going to Dr. Marchese for years. He's excellent! I've recommended him to so many friends and they all agree. He has saved my teeth on multiple occasions.

I was looking for a new dentist in nearby Lisle and I found Arbor Dental Care. I am so happy I found Arbor Dental. The team is great. Dr. Frank is wonderful! I had to replace a tooth on my partial and it was done in a day! I had Dr. Jeanelle do my cleaning and checkup, she was caring and thorough! The whole staff is great!

As many of us during the pandemic, I put some of my oral issues on hold and was deeply frustrated and shocked that our family dentist for two decades had suddenly retired and moved to a different state. One of my colleagues recommended his doctor, and I decided to give a try, but every new office visit ended with severe long-lasting toothaches and gum irritation.

When Advil stopped calming my constant pain, I rushed to Arbor Dental Care in Lisle, where I finally found relief from my monthly sufferings. Since then, all of my family are grateful patients of Dr. Jeanelle Marchese, whose compassion and professionalism are rare exceptions in today's world.

Working with this office has been a huge disappointment. Let me start by saying that Dr Janelle is great. The sad part is that their billing department is disastrous. After being given the run around for months on services and payments; my husband and I did an audit of our own through my insurance company. We discovered that we had been billed for inaccuracies of out of network charges and charged for services rendered for days that I had no appointment.

This has resulted in ten ongoing appeals for both my husband and I to clear up this mess. We have been consistently listed under the wrong doctor who is not in our network. How difficult is it to get it right when there are only 2 doctors on staff? My husband and I have had no contact with the other dentist that we are being billed under since Dec of 2020.

When I brought up the discrepancies to the mother of this mom and pop organization; she insisted that she would clear everything up but hasn't in 8 months! She never offered an apology or follow up date for resolution. My husband is a Veteran of the US Air Force and I work in a financial institution where the plus and minuses should always add up.

Unfortunately this office has offered little attention to our ongoing requests for corrections. Hence the numerous ongoing appeals. Sadly, this place will continue to lose more loyal clients for their lack of empathy or consideration for other peoples hard earned dental benefit. I can't stress it enough, check your statements and beware of this office.

The staff are friendly, considerate and thoughtful. The office is immaculately clean. Everyone was very professional and on time. Dr. Marchese was very gentle and thorough in his examination. Highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

It was late afternoon this Monday when my tooth pain became unbearable and I decided to call Dr. Marchese's office for the first time. To my huge surprise and relief, the receptionist, with a heartwarming and soothing voice, told me that the doctor could take a look that evening. Soon I found myself in the professional and caring hands of Dr. Jeanelle who quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribed some medication.

In short, my first experience with Arbor Dental Care was far beyond my expectations. If you are lucky to find someone like Dr. Marchese, you will not need to look for another dentist.

Dr. Marchese is the most pleasant person ever. he listens to everything you have to say and truly cares what your going through. His staff are very polite and professional. they always address you by your name throughout your visit. I myself am a big fan of the doctor since I have been going to him for over 30 years. The best dentist ever!

Absolutely love Arbor Dental Care! The staff and dentists are very friendly and helpful. I see Dr. Jeanelle, and she takes her time to explain my options and to get to the root of the problem. My last dentist insisted that I needed multiple crowns on my teeth, but Dr. Jeanelle assured me that old fillings could be removed and replaced. Her honesty and kindness is fabulous!

Unfriendly staff. Called looking to get some dental work I needed done and was told they were unable to give me a general quote for the pricing of a crown. However, many offices in the area were happy to give me a quote. No way to treat potential new business if you ask me.

We have finally found a dentist who is not only meticulous and professional but who can care for our entire family-from elderly grandparents to young children- with truly painless dentistry. Hard to believe, but my kids love to go to the dentist and I ascribe this to Dr. Marchese's enjoyable sense of humor. He and his staff are also very respectful and sensitive to the needs of my 90 year old parents and I do not take this for granted.

I was glad to have everything explained to me in detail with all of the options presented with no pressure. His credentials are impeccable, his staff is very friendly, but most of all, Dr. Marchese's dental skill is top-notch. You will not be disappointed!

I have to say I am afraid of going to the dentist. So much so, that I put off a dental visit for so long that one of my teeth became badly infected. I went through the whole 1-800 Dentists fiasco. Don't try to find help after noon on a Thursday. But after getting to the point of just taking pliers and removing it myself, I found Dr. Marchese's practice in the phone book.

His office has demonstrated nothing but A+ service. I called after hours and spoke to his answering service. Within a few minutes, the Dr. personally called me back. They were able to schedule an appointment right away. He always has the patient's comfort as a top priority. I also love the fact that I never feel as if I'm being pushed into a procedure I don't need. The Dr. and his staff are the rare gems in the area that practice nothing but the most professional in care.
