Chang dental is the best of the best! The front staff is always so welcoming and high spirited! Dr Doug is so friendly and knowledgeable of his craft! We have been part of Chang Dental, almost as long as they have been in business. We have seen it grow from a very small and quant establishment, to the fully capable one of today. It has always had the most professional staffing, caring individuals, and state of the art equipment needed, to fulfill the best of care. No one can top the Doctors, hygienists, and well rounded team of Chang. They are by far the best, at what they do!

Everyone that works at Chang Dental is amazing. Dr. Doug is great and so is Debbie the office manager. They are very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend for adults and children.

I had the same dentist for well over 25 years and was apprehensive to change. However Dr Song and the dental assistant (I'm sorry I don't know her name) were absolutely wonderful. Very gentle, very compassionate, and overall an excellent excellent experience. Would definitely recommend.

They used to one of the best dental office in the area. They started messing up with appointments. It has been 3 times. The first one was to change the appt time without any call. The second one was for the date. The third one was that any notice was given for the change for my regular hygienist. They made my next 6 mos cleaning appt even though the replaced hygienist was expecting to leave before the next appt.

I also do not recommend Dr. Ardeshir Raghian (known as Dr. Ed) I bet he is knowledgeable doctor. But he is very rough during the treatment. He is not very friendly to answer for a patient's questions. Even the answer was not very detailed. And his availability for an appointment is not flexible. The worst experience is with one of front desk staffs, Angie.

She is always rude to me. so it always unpleasant whenever I had her for billing and checking for appointments. She even made an appointment even though the call was just checking up the availability with the dentist. It is still mysterious how she thought I was taking the opening. I have complained about her for years. She has never changed.

Dr. Doug is so incredibly caring, respectful, and gentle. He talked my family and I through everything with such gentleness. I am so relieved to have found a dentist that I completely trust. My family and I LOVE Chang Dental!

The dentists are OK, not the best. I had two fillings there and now they are very sensitive and in pain. My main concern is with the office manager, who lied and tricked me thinking I owe them money for services I didn't receive. For the price you pay, its definitely NOT worth it. They have some VERY rude front desk associates, you know the kinds that give you dirty looks and look down on you, but pretend to be nice with fake smiles. Gave me the heebie jeebies every time

The entire office is welcoming and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable with the entire experience. Dr. Chang and his staff were professional, efficient and informative. I am looking forward to receiving all my future dental care from Chang Dental Center.

After going to 2 other practices searching for a Dental Practice that took my Ins. Dr. Douglas Chang has directed me on the hows and whys of what should be done. No deceptive plan managers and he spent my first visit with no pressure and explained on my budget which procedures should be addressed 1st. . I will have my first two teeth worked on next week. I do feel like this is a component practice and comfort level is there. I'll let you know how the work went. So far, I would highly recommend.
