Cleaning not through at all and many faults throughout. I miss the old hygienist, she was good. I'm going to have to have another cleaning soon. Waste of time.

Ok, the place did accept my insurance and took a full advantage of it! They injected me with two shots that I had to pay for out of my pocket, those shots did not have to be injected, they literally talked me into it! They told me that I have three cavities and I need a root canal, I took the x-rays and went to the other dentist and after checking everything out the new dentist confirmed that I do not have any cavities and do not need a root canal!

This place just wants to get as much money as possible from your insurance company, even though there is nothing wrong with your teeth! Complete scam! Stay away from them! Or do what I did, take X-rays of your teeth to some other dentist to get a second opinion, because these people just want to make holes in your teeth so they can charge your insurance company! The doctor who works there is totally rood and ignored me when I tried talking to her! Fraud nothing but fraud!

I just came back from this doctor and she is one of the best dentists i worked with and i worked with many, she made it painless and she was very quick the staff is super friendly even thoe i waited alittle more but it was worth it and she knows what shes doing will recommend my mom also thank u

Great experience. Staff is friendly and dr. Vera is honest and straight forward. I was nervous because neglected myself for long time, but she put everything in order for me, explained all steps and made me very comfortable throughout the treatment. Very knowlegable and painless dentist. Highly recommend!

This has been my new dentist for 2 years now. The dentist can be brutally honest but sometimes the truth hurts lol The office really respects the patients' time and when you have an appointment then you literally go right in most of the time unlike other clinics that make you wait forever even with an appointment. Plus they have always been sanitary even before Covid

I came to dr. Pavlova for a second opinion, hoping to save my tooth, after being told by another dr. that it needed to be pulled. I couldn't be happier with a result. She saved my tooth with a painless! root canal, which was quite difficult. Have to specially mention her gentle touch and great anesthesia technique. So happy to finally find a caring and professional dentist!

Very nice staff! Front desk, doctor and assistant were kind and nice. Assitant was taking cleaning safety measurements changing her gloves now and then with the tools that were going to go inside my mouth, I was worried about it since we are going through this pandemic situation. Doctor was honest regarding an infection problem that other dentist doctors did not tell me, and told me to go see specialist just to be sure on the side before deciding to do root canal and see if my tooth can be saved.

I really appreciate the help and advise, front desk was very kind. I recommend, be patient please. They took a bit longer than expected to finish with me (at 12pm) the next patient was very rude saying next time she was going to come at 1pm instead of 11pm. Listen people, in every medical office they try their best for everyone, I have waited at a doctor office for 5 hours but that was a bit extreme, so 1 hour wait is NOTHING, play on your phone or something while you wait, you spent time on it for hours at home without complaining. Again I recommend this place.

Dr. Pavlova is amazing! Hands down the most patient and knowledgeable doctor I have even gone to. She has hands of gold and is the most hidden gem of dentistry in Brooklyn. Highly recommend!

Most definitely the best cosmetic dentistry office in Bay Ridge (maybe even Brooklyn)! Don't bother looking any further this is literally the best Doctor and office. Everyone is so lovely from the receptionists to the dental hygienists. And Dr. Souferian is a genius! He works to fix dental issues to his patients' best interest and not his own. If you need a dentist especially cosmetic dentistry this is where you need to go!

My family and I always have a positive experience at Bay Ridge Dental. We are always confident in the abilities of all the staff members. They are all very nice and accommodating. Going to the dentist is not the funnest place to be for most people, but the expertise of the dentists makes it less stressful and we always leave with a bright smile.
