Very dishonest place of business. After meeting with the manager regarding a procedure they recommended, she told me that I would owe $x. She showed me paperwork saying that she called and my insurance pre-approved $2,000 towards the procedure. Being very trustworthy, believed that indeed she did her work and received the approval from my insurance to cover the $2,000. Looking back on it all now it was also very suspicious that they remarkably had an 8:00 a.m. appointment open the very next morning to get this procedure done.
A year later, they sent me a bill for that $2,000 saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. When calling and discussing the matter with them they were very rude and said it didn't matter what was said and that I should just pay it because the dentist did a good job. I couldn't make this stuff up. Absolute joke. Response to Jodi: I have called! So many times.but You're welcome to find my file and give me a call If the answer will be something other than the lies and bogus remarks I was fed before.

I went in today for a crown and a filling. Dr. Magro, Dr. Pearce's new assistant dentist, was wonderful. No pain! And when he was finished with my temporary crown, my bite was just right. He was kind, patient, and very personable. I always feel that I am in good hands at Gentle Dentistry, and today was no exception. I'd recommend this dental office to my best friend!

The staff are professional and friendly. They truly embody "gentle dentistry". The hygienist worked carefully to not aggravate any sensitive areas of my teeth. The assistant was attentive and understanding. And Doctor Pearce explained the procedures and answered my questions clearly. It was important to him that all my concerns were addressed. During the procedure, he checked with me often. "Doing okay? " I didn't feel any pain or even any twinges of possible anticipation of any pain. (If you are a baby about pain, you understand what I mean). Post operative instructions were very clear. Dr. Pearce was recommended by two friends and they didn't steer me wrong.

I'm a new patient at Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Pearce and his team have all been very welcoming and reassuring. I needed some significant work done, due to avoiding going to the dentist for too long, and Dr. Pearce took the time to thoroughly explain the options available to me. I'm happy to say I was able to have dental surgery with no pain during or after! So happy I found Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry.

I have had a very strong fear of dentists since I was a child, and because of that I had stopped going, until now. The staff here is AMAZING! I have had more than just a cleaning done and my dentist here is Dr. Murphy. She is beyond exceptional! I have never laughed at a dentists office until fairly recently. They work with your fears and do what they can to make you as calm and comfortable as possible.
I have had a lot going on in my personal life, and because of that I have been looking forward to going to my appointments just as my escape and relaxation for a short time. That says A LOT!

Being a very nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist, a friend of mine recommended going to Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry. It was absolutely great advice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and calming plus they were so thorough with the way they worked on my teeth. They give you all their attention and go through whatever process they are performing gently and always being cheerful and reassuring.
Doctor Pearce meets with his patients to go over any procedures that they would like to have done, offers background and logistics of what is to happen and in what order, all the while explaining in detail the background of the procedures of anything else that he is concerned about and how it can be remedied within the patients wishlist. All in all I was very pleased with my visits and looking forward to a better smile and healthier teeth.
