I cannot say enough about Dr. Grossman, and all of his staff. I was in today for a routine cleaning visit. Everyone that assisted in my visit Natalee, Bonalyn, Jessica, and Jen along with Dr. Grossman do a great job. The customer service at Summit dental group is second to none.

I brought my daughter in for a consult for braces. Dr. Grossman and Kelly made us feel super comfortable with our decision. I even got braces myself to correct a bite that bothered me for years. Everything was affordable and easy. Dr. grossman and Kelly always went above and beyond. We are both enjoying our gorgeous smiles. I couldn't be happier and WILL be bringing our youngest when the time comes. Thank you!

I was assured in the chair that I would not be charged for the preliminary assessment and I was getting up when the hygienist gave me the assurance. I went to leave and was charged $250 and my reason for going wasn't even addressed but they had a 2,500 dollar plus payment plan for me. Plus 300 quarterly for maintenance. What a ripoff! You can't pay me to go there again! Lies. Maybe the dentist is unaware of his staff lying but I went elsewhere for great service and reasonable prices. I am happy I went elsewhere

Best dentist care I have ever had. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. Great location. Dr Romano and staff have gone above and beyond in my situation. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job and treat us like family. Highly recommend!

My daughter had an accident to her two front teeth last night around 7:10pm. We are new to the area, so our kids don't have a dentist here yet. We called the first dentist we seen open which happened to be Summit. Even though they were getting ready to leave for the night they were awesome enough to stay open to take a look at my daughters' teeth.

We were not patients, and they didn't care which insurance we had right away like most places do. They still took the time to see her. The staff and the Dr were amazing. Very patient and caring. My daughter was nervous and was crying a little bit, but they were very patient with her, and they made her feel very comfortable, and the Dr even made her a cool flower balloon, defiantly recommend them. Very thankful They took us last min and gave great advice and helped us. Thank you.

I went in on a referral to get a new retainer and they completely changed my teeth. They were so personable after the first visit and felt like i've been a patient my whole life. They found a way for me to get braces again and really made it an easy cost effective process. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I recommend all my friends who are looking to find confidence with their smile, because they gave me mine back.

I went in for a sleep aid mouth piece. The process was thoroughly explained by my dentist and his assistants and I was in and out. I would definitely recommend them for any dental services major to minor. They made me feel welcome from when I walked in and even tho everyone wore a mask you were still greeted with smiles. 5 stars!

VERY impressed with Dr. Smithers and his staff! I was a new patient of theirs and they got me in and fixed my tooth all within the first day of talking to them. The whole experience was very pleasant and I HATE the dentist. On top of them all just being straight up awesome people, the procedure didn't hurt one bit, it was done in a very timely manner and the pricing is totally affordable! (I dont have insurance) bottom line.if you're looking for a new dental group, they are your people!

Everyone is super friendly and incredibly helpful. From the time of my consultation with Dr. Grossman and his staff to moving on to treatments and financing I almost feel like I'm a part of their family. The office has such a laid back/ honest feel to it yet everyone is still very professional and helpful. I'm not even half way through my treatment and I feel very happy with my decision to go through with treatment here. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this office! This is honestly the best dental practice I have ever been a patient of. Dr. Grossman and his staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and they do a great job making me feel at ease during my appointments. Dr. Grossman is gentle, knowledgeable, and really cares about the comfort and health of his patients!

I also really appreciate that I never have to wait long before being seen before my appointment. They do a really great job of keeping on schedule, but not making you feel rushed either. Dr. Grossman and his staff do a great job taking the time to address any questions or concerns I may have, and make sure I understand what's going on every step of the way. They're really the best! Had my first appt with Dr. Michael J. Romano, DDS - He listens and gives easy to understand honest feedback. Strong interpersonal skills and his staff is great! The overall office has a welcoming atmosphere. Process and costs are given in detail and in writing. Highly recommend. Rec'd a message on my cell phone this morning - it was Dr Romano checking on my status!

Dr. Grossman has been my dentist for 8 years now. Everyone in the office is great and I couldn't ask for a better dental experience! From cleanings to fillings to my first crown (it wasn't a big deal at all) to six month smiles to straighten my teeth before my wedding, every visit has been fantastic.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Clarke last night and I had a very good experience, I would definitely recommend going to Summit. I live in the Ithaca area and many of the dentists near me had very scary reviews or were only booking six months out, so I found them by looking for Syracuse area dentists. Even though they are booked for a while, they offered to put me on the cancellation list and were able to get me in very quickly.

The receptionists are all very professional, kind, and very helpful through the whole process. I didn't wait past my appointment time to be seen, which is a rarity among dentists. I had Amy as my hygienist and she was great. She was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Clarke came promptly after the cleaning and was attentive, I think he is a very pleasant dentist.

I will definitely go back. I am someone who it would be very easy to suggestive sell things to because of my teeth (sealants, flouride, etc.) to and I felt that they were very honest and did not try to offer things I did not need.
