I went in to get new retainers made from existing molds. I was very clear that I did not want braces because I have already done my time at the orthodontist office. I work for myself and my time is valuable. I did not feel that my time was valued. The office staff was very friendly but the entire visit felt like a sales pitch, with very little regard for my stated goals.

When I asked for a price range and a range of how much time the proposed Invisalign system would take, Mallory was evasive and insisted on consulting with the orthodontist about an exact figure. The entire visit took more than an hour and fifteen minutes because of the various consults (out of my sight) with the orthodontist. It felt coercive and not responsive to my needs or wants. I will not be returning.

Dr. Paciorek is exceptional. The staff is professional and friendly. I could not be more pleased with the final results of the work done on my teeth. I can finally smile with confidence. Thank you.

The appointments always go by very quickly and painlessly, I don't mind going to the orthodontist. The staff are all very enthusiastic and kind, they really seem to love what they do and it makes it fun for me to go get my braces taken care of.

I had braces through this office as a youngster and I just LOVED the people and their office. They had a nook with games and books for kids, a drawer where you got to pick a toothbrush and wax for your braces, and I remember when they got TVs to go over each patient chair. They were always so patient and kind!

I truly could not boast about this office more. I was referred to Paciorek Orthodontics by my regular dentist. and I thank him every time I talk to him for doing so. My teeth truly played a big part in my lack of self confidence, and getting braces at 30 years old really wasn't something too exciting. The genuine care, communication, and just overall kindness in this office, has truly impacted my life. I sincerely thank the entire office for all you did for me. Every visit was wonderful. This place is so amazing you earn points to have braces! My teeth only hurt for a couple days unlike other people that do to Paciorek and there mouth still hurts! The staff is so nice! Choose Paciorek!

I am so happy with choosing Paciorek Orthodontists. Every time I go in there everyone is so happy and the customer service is amazing! I have never been to a place that had better customer service. At an. Invisalign checkup, I told them that I am pregnant and they gave me a newborn gift basket! I have been going here for longer than a year and of course when my son needed an orthodontist I brought him here.

My sons insurance is out of network, I could ultimately save $800 if I went elsewhere. The trust I have in this office and their customer service makes it not even worth looking to go elsewhere for him. I recommend this office all the time to people! Keep up the great job

His staff helped my very thumb addicted child give up her thumb, by finding the incentive that would work for her. Her teeth have improved so much we can't wait to see how they look when she finishes her time. Her brother had amazing success with his invisalign treatment, less than a year from start to finish.

My daughter and I are patients here. They always speak to us like we are the only ones there. Every employee calls us by name without asking for it. They were completely honest about the process and cost. Most recently had to bring my 7 year old in to be evaluated and Dr. P spoke to him in such a calming manner and made my child feel comfortable with the next steps.

My wife Ling and I were so impressed with how quickly the Invisalign system of treatment worked and how well the Alligners straightened her teeth! We were also thankful to all the staff - they are great!
