Great place to go when you have a problem with your teeth or crowns. Had my wisdom tooth removed here. Waiting time was very fast (about 7 min). The equipment is modern and state-of-the-art. Doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt no pain at all. Plus they added some bone tissue for best healing and didn't charge me for it (that itself is an easy $1000 or more! Very very nice office

Made an appointment day of for discomfort with my wisdom tooth on a business trip. Extraction appointment done in under 30 minutes and was on my way. Judy was SO helpful in helping me schedule and following up after the procedure and making sure I had received prescriptions etc. I had a great experience for a wisdom tooth removal last minute. Highly recommend Precious Smiles!

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Mereos and everyone I met at his office was responsive, friendly, and competent! I was given a lot of information with pictures and images. More importantly, I was given several options for the treatments which is great. I also received a follow-up call and text the next day to make sure I am well after the treatment. I'm pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service. I needed new retainers and came to get them here. First time visit. I'm having some potential issue with my new retainer and came back today to see the doctor. The doc offered to redo the digital impressions at no charge if I wanted; or have him do old school manual impressions (again at no charge); or to even refund what I already paid if I am not ultimately satisfied and then refer me to an orthodontist.

What I am grateful for is that the team here really wants me to be happy. That is their number one priority, and it's greatly appreciated. If you are treated as I am treated here, I know you'll have a great experience. I am smiling knowing that the team here is working tirelessly to ensure that I get my issue resolved to my satisfaction. That is precisely what you want from a dentist!

This is the best dental experience I have ever had in Miami. I have my broken molar fixed. Dr. Mereos was very clear about all the details, and was gentle and quick throughout the process. Even though the sound was scary, but I didn't feel a thing during the process. I will definitely come back for my regular checkup.

High end service at a fair price! Recently went in for my check up and semi annual cleaning. The Dr. took his time explaining everything and I did not feel rushed during the process. The cleaning was thorough and on time. I never have to wait long periods of time when visiting their office. They do a good job managing their appointments. Also, I pay out of pocket and feel they are fair with their prices. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Mereos is the best! There is no one I trust more with my family's dental health. He even once stayed open super late to fix my sons tooth. The ladies in the office are beyond accommodating and kind too. Best dentist and practice ever!

This dentist sees his practice as simply a way to cash in as much as possible. He has zero empathy for people with no insurance. They started out trying to give me 2 dental cleanings in a 1 month period even after I explained that I'm on a budget and we should just start with one and see how it goes. Next I was given a treatment plan for $20,000!

When I explained that I don't have insurance and I need to do this with budget in mind, the dentist became visibly agitated. I've seen him around town in his Ferrari - Sorry but we aren't all wealthy. Try and have some sensitivity to lower income patients or go do something in finance instead where you don't have to care about people.

Precious Smiles and Dr. Mereos and his entire staff are amazing! I have spent many hours in the dentist chair over my lifetime and Dr. Mereos is one of the best. He is gentle, professional, kind, is a perfectionist, and I can't be happier with the outcome of the work he has done on my teeth. Not only did my daughter have a tooth emergency right before she left for school that Precious Smiles took care of and was able to squeeze us in a very tight time frame, they did the exact same thing for me when one of my old crowns unexpectedly fell out and I needed a root canal and a new crown and I was leaving on a.

Amazing! First time patient of Dr. Mereos and can honestly say that in 50+ years of visits to dentists I've never seen the Dr. spent so much time thoroughly explaining all aspects of my current dental health. We even made a detailed roadmap of care to "update" and improve my dental health. The office is equipped with the most up to date imaging technology which the staff proficiently dominates. The staff is highly professional as well as noticeably courteous. Highly recommend you switch to Dr. Mereos practice.

Thank you Precious Smiles. A+ service from making appointment to getting dental work completed. Very efficient team. I have to say the Doctor had the most gentle hands while working on my teeth that I ever experienced. I received Novocain shots, drilling, x-rays, and crown repair and never felt any discomfort. That is a first for me and I've been going to dentist since 1963!

So I found this dentist via Yelp so I feel like I should write a review of my experience to help others. This place is fantastic starting with the reception team to the service and care provided by the dental team. I called to make an appointment for my boyfriend who had cracked a tooth and was in a good amount of pain. Originally I was going to make the appointment later in the week to accommodate his work schedule but ended up having to change the appointment and move it up because he was hurting so bad.

Both times I called the staff was very friendly and accommodating you could tell they cared which was nice. When he went to the office he was seen promptly and they followed covid restrictions checking his temperature on arrival and having him wait in the car till the room was ready. The doctor was extremely friendly and made my boyfriend feel very comfortable.

I want to thank Dr Mereos and his staff for not just taking care of my teeth but taking care of my whole self. I had a bad experience in the past with tooth extraction and so I basically had PTSD. Having to go through it again, the staff took the necessary steps to ensure I was comfortable and calm and Dr Mereos and his excellent bed side manner, worked executed like a champ.

I felt nothing, I wasn't anxious and it was over quickly. Their instructions made my recovery was painless. I think this practice is awesome and I highly recommend it to all.

Best dentist on Miami Beach hands down! They have been there 20 years, which is a testimony to the incredible work, compassion and affordability of this practice - the staff is amazing and Dr Mereos is awesome -they all will make you feel at ease - the place is so clean and sterile and now everything is one on one by apointment - also in the 20 years I've been going to Precious smiles they have always worked with my budget, so I left there with top notch celebrity teeth that I could actually afford - take my advice during the pandemic - do yourself. a favor and get your teeth cleaned and get to know this wonderful DR and practice and staff!

Recently visited the office of DR Mereos and I have to say it's a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in. The whole staff is very professional and attentive. I have never seen a dentist used what they call "rubber dam" which is to prevent saliva contamination when doing a filling. I highly recommend DR M and staff to anyone. Excellent Dentist! I don't know how they get anybody in doors. I could never get an appointment. Every little consultation costs a fortune. They probably charge for air you breath there.

This is the best place ever! I was in Miami for Christmas and right before leaving had 8 temps put on from my home dentist. Right in the middle of dinner, 3 temps popped off. I was mortified. I searched yelp for someone to go to the next day and found Precious Smiles - 10 am appt and booked right online. The staff is amazing and this office literally saved my vacation!

Within 1 1/2 hrs, I had completely new temps - yes, all 8 and a clear tray in the event anything came loose, which is didn't. I honestly wish I lived closer to Precious smiles bc I would make them my home dentist! Thank you Dr & team - you are amazing and deserve 10 star rating.

Impressed by the background, breadth of experience, and stellar Yelp reviews, I decided to drop in to Precious Smiles recently for a check-up, cleaning, and to get a general sense for the place. The staff was exceptionally friendly, even accommodating with a same-day appointment.

I had a suspicion I had some fillings that needed to be replaced from grinding my teeth as I slept over the years. This was confirmed by Dr. Mereos during the exam. I was impressed with the depth of explanation and visual aids (enhanced photos and video) provided while we discussed options for a treatment plan. After determining a course of treatment, the staff (once again) accommodated with a next-day appointment to knock out the fillings.

As for the actual procedure itself, I was blown away by the quality of work performed. He deftly anesthetized my gums (didn't feel a thing), swiftly replaced the defunct fillings, and took the time to ensure my bite felt right afterward. Overall, Dr. Mereos and staff provided a fantastic experience. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Dr. Mereos has been my dentist for over 15 years. I am so grateful for the service provided by him and his staff. I have always been treated like family by this office. Extremely impressed with Precious Smiles and their entire staff! I'm usually a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist and from beginning to end, everyone in this office made my experience so pleasant. I've been unhappy with my smile for some time now and finally decided to do something about it. After doing a little research, i decided on Dr. Mereos from Precious Smiles for my Invisalign treatment and i couldn't be happier with my decision.

I called to schedule my first appointment and was helped by Judy. She scheduled my appointment and explained the process to me step by step so i would feel comfortable knowing what to expect. During my initial consultation i met Dr. Mereos, and after we took some pictures of my teeth, i showed him my areas of concern and told him what i wanted from the treatment- which is to straighten my lower front teeth and straighten one of the canines in the upper left.

His wonderful assistant Norma informed me of the different plans Invisalign offers and explained to me the difference in pricing and time of treatment so that i could choose the one that was most convenient for me. Next step was taking the impressions- Something i usually have trouble with at the dentist. Norma was very gentle and made the entire process go quickly and smoothly. I'm currently waiting for my trays to arrive so i can return to pick them up and start my treatment. I'm very excited to see my final results. Im so happy i found precious smiles, definitely referring all my friends and family to this office for Invisalign and any general dentistry needs!

I am in my 70's, and until I saw Dr. Merrios I had serious gingivitis which very possibly related to a heart bypass.but in the last decade both my gingivitis and my heart disease have essentially been eradicated. I am now without a series of partial dentures which were required from progressive tooth loss, have a fine smile or so I'm told and have had consistently good check ups, and an apparent end to an adulthood plagued with dental issues. I can recommend his work and his entire practice without qualification.

Precious Smiles with Dr. Mereos is outstanding. After a year of neglect due to bad experiences elsewhere, I found this office via Yelp and went for a comprehensive exam. My first impression was that the staff is very attentive and welcoming. They send helpful reminders for your appointments and everything is well explained. It's clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Mereos is without a doubt the best dentist in my experience.

So far I have had a handful of cavities done and several more to go. Great use of technology and walking through the procedures. I got to see pictures from throughout the procedure that explained what was going on in my own understanding. Above all was the peace of mind knowing I was getting the best treatment possible and my money was being spent well. edit: July 2017 Wanted to update my review: I have been going to Precious smiles for the past couple years and have had all around great experiences.

Many of the fillings I had done as a kid needed touch up and I am most impressed with this procedure. First the whole thing is painless, from numbing to filling. Then the tooth is isolated using a cover which I like because it means I'm not inhaling tooth dust. I like that I get to listen to music the throughout the procedure which helps take my mind off of the drill.

They fitted me with a night guard and I can see just how awful I was grinding my teeth at night. The impression I get is that Dr. Mereos and the staff take pride in the quality of work and I can see that in how much better the results are. If you are searching for a dentist, stop here and make an appointment.

This place is AWESOME! I've been to 3 different dentists in my life. All of which were very professional and great dentists, but Dr. Mereos is on a different level. Guy is super cool, and down to earth and does excellent work. I had developed an infection in my mouth from my wisdom teeth. Most painful experience of my life. I went in to see what needed to be done, and he was able to remove both my teeth (which were rooted VERY deeply) within 20 minutes. No pain at all, and I'm already eating soft foods with no pain. The staff are all very friendly and beautiful girls. Overall pleasant experience.

I had the best experience at this office. The staff are friendly, professional and made my experience as easy as it could be. I was traveling and visiting the Miami are and chipped my front tooth. They worked me in immediately same day, and I was done in less than 1.5 hour. My tithe was perfectly repaired. Dr. Mereos was professional, courteous and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.

He was very meticulous and I was not able to tell that my tooth had been chipped. It's too bad don't live in this area. I would definitely be using Dr Mereos' dental services on a regular basis.

Well. I have to mention the point: 1nd: With Insurance and no insurance Fee transparent. Dentist service fee should tell patient before lay on the dentist chair? or after? (If no insurance cover.that will be a serious cost if patient have no ability to pay for) Hope there will no guard dog around the garden. This is the FIRST thing for any patient need to asking before make appointment.

I DO think so. 2st: Not everyone has perfect teeth, otherwise there will no dentist service need. So, less critique how terrible condition of my teeth ( intake interview my teeth ) 3nd: There will be a lot chance meet different dentist service in "different & people, country" in your life. So, pick on other dentist with bad skill or others kind strange.

How can we always meet zero mistake dentist in life? 4th: Try avoid appointment on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, in-case you meet traffic chaos. 5th: Most equipments they still using "metal" not "Disposable" as Mirror, Explorer, Pliers. Not sure which way can be more advance and hygiene (Equipment used in clinics vary from expensive machinery to small teeth cleaning tools) 6th: Surgery, Skills For "Anesthesia" quiet smoothly. 7th: Before and After photo I believe any patient love to see how the teeth fix and back in good condition. so, have teeth before and after is GREAT point. 8th: make call, if you live near by and also with budget for fix your teeth. and good luck!
