Dr. Ospina has been my doctor for at least 15-20 years! She's known me my whole life and theres a reason I keep going back! She's an actual gem on this planet. I cannot recommend her and her team enough! All of them are so caring and welcoming and patient and professional and, I could go on forever! She's done everything from cleanings to my wisdom teeth (I did them twice!) for me. Go. To. Her. Your teeth deserve it!

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Ospina and her wonderful staff. Not only was she immediately able to identify cosmetic improvements to make to my smile (as requested), but she caught and fixed issues that I had struggled with for probably the last ten years. When it came time to do the cosmetic work, I was extremely pleased with the mechanically subtle but aesthetically significant changes - they look natural and are a huge boost to my self esteem.

I don't know if words can really do the experience justice, but there were so many little details that really made it excellent. Awful. I took an appt in this office because they supposedly had very good cosmetic reviews. I went to get two small bonds on my front teeth. They were charging me a lot more than the normal price, but at least if she had done it right I would have been happy. Before starting I asked her if she could make them perfect and she said yes, and to go straight to the service I wanted, because I was not going to do anything else.

From the beginning, this doctor sounded like she was money hungry trying to convince me to do surgeries and things I didn't need. When she finally started, what she did was fill my two teeth from the behind part and made them a completely different shape. When I tried to show her the photo of my teeth, she said "no" those aren't my teeth anymore.

It was very unprofessional because I want the closest to my teeth. She started to get angry because I told her that it was extremely uncomfortable that I force her to removed all what she did. Then she wanted to leave me like that because the other patient had arrived and she was in a hurry and since I was not standing from the chair, she said sorry but you had to go back another day to fix it.

The appoiment ended that I took the instruments to explain what I wanted because she only told me that she did not understand the bad job she did my teeth were a lot longer and she asked me to file down my bottom teeth to finished her terrible job and I said no. That day I was so frustrated, I felt so bad about how they treated me and how awful the work that she did to me, that I paid and left, I cried all the way to my house that bd they made me feel.

The next day I looked for more information about what she did to me because I felt so bad. And I called them back for a complete refund, so I can go to another doctor and get it done right. The girl at the front desk was disrespectful, she kept yelling and screaming at me on the phone nonstop, she threatened me with returning 300 dollars out of 1155 that I paid and I had to sign notarized papers that I was not going to make a claim or a bad review against them and I said no, and she repeated the offer with 450 and signed the papers as the final offer and If I'm not accepting her offer I was going to lose the claim anyway.

Also she force me to go again because she had me recorded on video and she deleted the part of the video when the doctor lost her patience and looked mad at me when I took her instruments to explain what I wanted. Then I told her that I could go and ask the doctor personally and she said, it was not necessary because she had to have seen it. All I want is from them is to refund all my money, so I can go and fix what she did terrible.

I never want to have to go to this horrible place again people are very irrespecutful and unprofessional and they make you pay for things you don't need. I told them that he didn't need an exam, or x rays and still took me x rays for no reason and she tried to convince me to do 3D x rays to charge me more. I feel bad and I cannot go again with this doctor or this office that threatened people as if they were a mafia.

Dr Ospina gives exceptional and professional service. Her staff very knowledgeable and under her direction reach the goals that she has set to give you that perfect smile. Very clean, very hygienic follows all protocols in the dental field. I would never change you could never find such service anywhere.

I was impressed with the service at first. after years of going there (multiple times in one day for botched treatment twice!), I would not recommend this place. All services are extremely over priced and inadequate. The in house referrals and pressure to use her providers is obnoxious. The in house dental surgeon is arrogant and barely does his job until his dental tech takes over. Botox does not last and is way beyond the price it should be. After seven years going here (many times to fix problems that never should have occurred) I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Ospina saved me when I thought there was nothing to be done about the TMJ! I've been battling with chronic mandibulas pain, sleepless nights, neck spams, headaches, cracked teeth and many other symptoms for decades, as a result of TMJ Syndrome (a mandibular dysfunction). My prior dentist gave me a night guard and sent me home! Dr Ospina performed a detail exam, including 3D pictures of each teeth, and took the time to analyze my diagnosis in a holistic manner.

I recently moved to Miami and decided to see Dr. Ospina after she came highly recommended for veneers. I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Ospinas professional charisma as well as her clinical skills. You know when I was in Toronto & Jamaica as a kid I remember Abrahamic believers trying to indoctrinate me into the belief of heaven, hell and repentance. Repentance? for what? I never understood the " you are born into sin" thingy.anyway. They told me heaven was full of snow white Asexual angels with blonde hair & blue eyes playing harps 24/7. While hell had dark skinned fanged horny toad bat winged blood thirsty demons clamoring for your soul to torment for eternity.

I was like OK both of those images kinda sound very racially propagandist to me. but anyway. One dreadful day fate finally caught up with me and the day of reckoning arrived. My childhood days of gluttonous debauchery of devouring hostess Twinkies, Cup Cakes, Ho Hos and Ding Dongs came to an abrupt end. Pain had caught a hold of my spirit and it felt as though the devil himself was digging into my jaw with his pitchfork.

My parents ended up taking me to my first dentist appointment to an office on Ellesmere and Morningside in Scarborough. Little did I know my life was about to change for ever. The portals of hell must have been opened that day because that fat curly headed guy who was the dentist either was a chthonic demon from hell or the living Devil himself. I knew the moment I saw him with that petrifying 12 inch syringe spraying out dragons fire in front of me, that what the Abrahamics said about hell was total BS.

Hell was not populated by dark skinned fanged horny toad blood thirsty winged demons clamoring for your soul to torment for eternity. Hell was really populated with creepy dentists fancying "demonic doll" smiles (like that doll in the movie Poltergeist) and they all have dreadful 12 inch long syringes in one hand and terrifying loud swirling drills in the other.

I had believed this with all my heart and have been horrified by dentists all my life until I met Dr Ospina. Thank the Earth Spirit for Dr Ospina and all the workers at Gables Perfect Smile, because she single handily dispelled that myth for me. Ever since that initial encounter as a child with that 12 inch syringe held by the Devil himself, I have had a needle/syringe phobia.

So recently I had a tooth that needed cavity removal and a cap for a previous filling with another cavity on the same tooth. I called a few places and visited only one Gables Perfect Smile. After consulting with Dr Ospina I immediately knew I was going to do the procedure here even if I found a cheaper price somewhere else. My spirit immediately gravitated to Dr Ospina, she is like a motherly earth spirit and her assistants are like gentle fairies.

I informed Dr Ospina of my phobia and she assured me of how gentle she is and her technique with the syringe is literally painless. Dr Ospina had patiently explained the whole procedure from the use of the Waterlase laser to the 3D imaging used to craft a perfect porcelain Cap. Low and behold when I finally came in for the procedure, she guided me with her soft caring voice like I was having major surgery.

I felt like I was in the arms of my mother as a child. I was totally comfortable and I didn't become hypertensive nor hyperventilate. I didn't feel the needle even the slightest bit, it was like nothing happened. When I came back a few weeks later to have the cap put on the tooth, Dr Ospina put it in perfect and it looks flawless & feels great. Gables Smile Center is my new Dental Office and I have no fear in walking into this place because of Dr Ospina!
