Dr Sahafi and staff are awesome. Dr Sahafi needed to do a crown on my back tooth and it went nice and easy. Great job. Hygienist their are excellent, Dr Sahafi's assistant is incredible and her Office Manager is very friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Today Dr Sahafi posted a response saying the first consult was free. Here is the false receipt she made up for my credit card. There is no mention of any free consult. There was no house call. She did call because she could not prescribe the medication my son's doctors approved. They told me not to give James the medication that Dr Sahafi prescribed.

It is illegal and unprofessional to charge for a phone call without telling the patient there will be a charge. I was never informed that there would be a consultation fee. The consultation itself was very unprofessional and both Dr Sahafi and Dr Wright said they did not NEED to hear the opinion of Dr Perry who did the dental scan. They were both only interested in their own snap decisions and wanted James to have the procedure in an undisclosed office, not in the hospital.

They do not have hospital privileges but unlike other doctors who said James must have the work done in hospital, they were willing to risk his life to get $107,689.00. Our Care Credit dental credit card limit is $15,000. The consult was like getting mowed down. It was not a real consult. Dr Sahafi behaved like a bully.

I am a loyal customer of Dover Dental since 2017. I've waited until now to write my review. Why? Because I expected some procedure to go wrong. I based this belief on my past experiences with other dentists. I am proud to say that nothing has ever gone wrong. Every experience at Dover Dental has been positive, relaxing and even enjoyable thanks to Dr. Sahafi, Diane, Janelle & Brenda.

Many years ago, I shopped around for the best deal regarding the cost of dental services. Don't waste your valuable time or money making that same mistake. Dover Dental offers insurance in-house. Their cost for insurance is slightly less then that of some other dental policies. They worked with me on my payments during the pandemic and continue to do so.

I highly recommend trying Dover Dental, especially if you have any fear of the dentist. Fear no more. These ladies know exactly how to make you feel relaxed and the quality of work is amazing. I look forward to my appointments every time.

The best Dentist and staff in Orange County hands down! I was interested in Porcelain Crowns as well replacing some old fillings in my mouth. I heard good things about Dr. Kate Sahafi and her attention to detail. She did an outstanding job giving me 6 porcelain crowns on my front teeth using only the best materials and labs. She is painless and friendly and very professional. She's worked on a few celebrities teeth and now I know why she has such a great reputation. I have a beautiful smile thanks to Dover dental.

Dr. Sahafi is an exceptional dentist. I have had many many dentists throughout my life and she is truly among the best. She is very knowledgeable and uses state of the art dental equipment that makes the entire experience more enjoyable than I would have ever imagine at a dentist. She and her staff, especially the ladies that handle the front desk and reception are superb in customer service.

I was lost in finding their office and they went above and beyond to assist me. Despite being late to the appointment, Dr. Sahafi and her staff made me feel welcomed and comforted. I Love this office and I think Dr. Sahafi is terrific! Dr. Sahafi did some cosmetic work for me in 2008, 13 years ago and the work looked amazing then and still does. The type of work that I had done sometimes deteriorates over time but mine has not! I get nothing but compliments on my smile. Recently I had some work done for my son by another dentist and while we are generally happy with the work there is a problem and we wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sahafi graciously provided a second opinion consultation and advised us on how to proceed. I have learned my lesson and will only be using Dr. Sahafi for our families future dental work!

Also spent hours on the phone with my insurance looking through my policies and speaking with multiple workers. Even looking into laws. They clarified that it was the responsibility of the dental office, not them.

I love all the girls here! It has literally taken me years to find a dentist I actually enjoy going to and look forward to my appointments! Thank you for being one of the best practitioners I have ever met! I am so happy I found you!

Dr. Sahafi ruined my life. I was divorcing after 32 years. I went to Dover wanting a new smile. Dr Sahafi recommended caps and a few implants. I agreed and paid her 17.000 dollars for the work. She recommended caps and several implants. I agreed. She than ground my teeth down and put on temporary caps. I had paid her 17,000 but was unable to pay the remaining 2,700 I owed her at the time.

She refused to see me until I paid the balance. When I was able to pay the balance she saw me. This was 5 months I was trying to get her to see me. At this time she told me that my teeth had worn down to nothing and all she could do was pull them and fit me for a denture. Needless to say I was gutted. She fit me with a denture that looks like horse teeth.

I can not afford implants and I'm left with Poor fitting dentures, complete lack of tasted, plastic in my mouth and complete devastation. I reached out several time but no offer of compensation. I'm embarrassed by my mouth and won't even go out in public. I was in a abusive marriage for over 30 years and she knew this. But what she did was abuse all over again.

She cares nothing for the person, though her phony persona betrays that. I will never get over this it has devastated my life I've lost over 40 lbs as I can not taste food anymore. I would have sued her but I did not have the confidence to pursue i I appreciate Katy's response and that's nice but does not at all alleviate my suffering.

I got a note from dr Sahafi saying she was sorry I felt this way about her office however she could not talk about the specific details of my case because of hipa laws. That's great! What a sweet note. What you do not understand is that for years I have been suffering due to your horrible dentistry. I have not been able to afford more work so I still live with the humiliation of my mouth. My suffering and depression is completely your fault. I was looking forward to my new life after my divorce, but because of you I hardly go out.

I really like the team at Dover Dental. Phenomenal customer service! The doctor is very kind and gental. I look forward to a long term relationship with Dover Dental.

Dr. Sahafi is a wonderful dentist. She is always ready to greet you with a welcoming smile. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for longer than five minutes, and I am always more than satisfied with her work!

The staff and Dr sahafi are absolutely wonderful, they actually make going to dental office fun. I really recommend them. You have to see for yourself to understand. Anyone I send there thanked me.

Dr. Sahafi and staff make a dental visit easy. The office is so clean and welcoming. I was pleased to have a crown made in the office. Great to do this in one visit, instead of a 2 week temporary and another visit.

I had the pleasure to work for Dr Sahafi back in 2011 when her main dental assistant was on vacation. From the very day 1 of working for her/subbing for her main dental assistant, Dr Sahafi had made me feel so welcome in her office. I have never felt like an outsider, considering I only work there as a sub DA. This holds true, too for her patients.

I have observed her deep connections with them and its always inspiring to see her personal interactions with them. They always laugh and chat and tell stories and catch up. Dr Sahafi treats all her patients with genuine warmth and kindness. She is very thorough in her and is quite a perfectionist. I have worked for many dentists in my entire career as a dental assistant, and never had I encounter a dental provider who TRULY CARES about her patients.

She is a family person, and this also reflects back to he patients. Hence, Dr Sahafi treats her patient like part of her family. She takes time explaining all the procedures and really makes sure that she has answered all their questions. Dr Sahafi has a vast knowledge about dentistry, and what I notice and really like about her is she is never idle nor complacent.

She strives hard to always educate herself and keep up with the latest dental technology. Dr Sahafi is a master of her own craft, an artist, and a leader. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Sahafi and her team and have no reservations in highly recommending her services. I vouch for Dr Sahafi's skills and professionalism, 110%.

We have been patients of Dover Dental for a long time now. The staff is friendly and prompt, and the dentist Kate Sahafi is very nice and personable. They do a great job with the dental cleanings and work. We have even had to call them for emergency work before and they immediately made room for us to rush in and were very caring and helpful. We definitely feel they have made a great effort to not only care for our teeth but also build a personal relationship with us.

I have been with Dr. Sahafi for about 5 years. My kids and my husband both go every year for checkups and cleanings. We have never had any recommendations to replace fillings or do unnecessary work! Dr Sahafi and all the staff at Dover Dental are wonderful! I have had many issues with my teeth from implants to bridges and when it comes to my mouth I am extremely sensitive. Dr. Sahafi is always extra gentle and makes sure that I am comfortable and relaxed during each and every procedure, she has never hurt me like other dentists have in the past.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sahafi and her staff as a fill-in for one of her hygienists who was out of town. Dover Dental and DR. SAHAFI is a SCAM! Do NOT go to Dover Dental unless your looking to get RIPPED OFF, lied too, and have to pay a huge bill at the end. My Fiance and I needed a new dentist so we went to Dover Dental. We both ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars after the staff at Dover Dental told us we were going to be covered by insurance.

The first time I went in to Dover Dental was to get a teeth cleaning. They did not even complete all the steps to finish a cleaning, they told me I had to come a second time to finish my cleaning! They only think about how they can steal your money. The second time I went in for 2 cavity fillings. Before receiving my fillings, I asked Joclyn the receptionist what my insurance covers, and she told me my insurance covers 90% of the $400 dollar bill so I paid $40 dollars.

I ended up receiving a bill in the mail saying that I owed an addition $260. I called to find out why I received that bill, and Joclyn the receptions told me my insurance didn't pay the amount she thought they would. I tried to talk to Dr. Sahafi about the issue, and she told me she didn't have time to talk about it, whatever happened is final!

I kept trying to be able to meet with her, but she ended up ignoring my requests. When Dr. Sahafi was working on my teeth, she drilled so deep into my tooth that she almost made me have to get a root canal! Long story short, Dr. Sahafi will steal your money, she is not trustworthy, and she has no customer service what so ever. If your looking for a dentist, DO NOT GO TO DOVER DENTAL!

Dr Sahafi was a fantastic dentist, her staff was super fun to talk to and made me feel like i was a lifelong customer from the first visit! Plus, they made billing really easy, I never really had surprises to worry about, which is nice when youre a college student. Will definitely go back!

I went to her for about a year or so and I had to have 2-3 filling replaced. I felt funny about that so after the 3rd one, I drove back an hour to my dentist that I had for 20 years and had not had any constant replacements needed every time I went in and he told me there was no reason to replace my fillings at the time and there were no new cavities. So I decided not to go back to someone who tells me I have to do dental work that is not necessary.
