I've been going to this office over 10 years. Worth the trip all the way from Daly City. I only trust Dr. Lim for all my dental work. Front staff is always very friendly and attentive. Office is very safe and clean as well. Thanks Dr. Lim & staff!

I have been going to Dr. Lim for many years and would choose him over anyone else all over again. Recently I had to have a tooth pulled. He really does believe in painless dentistry. He numbed the area--which took about 10 minutes --and removed the tooth in THREE minutes, and it was painless! He is #1 in my book. Allison in the the office is so knowledgeable and organized and kind that each person feels special. His trained team of professionals are excellent and helpful and highly skilled at doing their jobs. I highly recommend Dr. Lim and his entire staff.

So I've had very bad experiences with dentists in the past. On one occasion, I needed a root canal and the Dentist wasn't able to fully numb me so she forced the procedure directly into my nerve. I yelled so loud and she made a grown woman cry. On another occasion, another Dentist had to stop the procedure because it was too painful and again, didn't fully numb the nerve.

I later needed to get some work done because I had pain in my tooth. I was so nervous because I had been traumatized already. I found Dr. Lim through a post card sent to my home and decided to give him a shot. I was so stressed and tense when I first arrived. Dr. Lim explains exactly what is expected and respected my concerns. His staff is so nice and even calls for check-up follow ups.

This Dr. was able to numb me where I felt NOTHING. My tension had gone away and I swear, this man is AMAZING! I have no faith in any other Dentist than this man. I love him so much that I would drive from the Peninsula to his Vallejo office. Some procedures are pricey but it's worth every penny. If my plan had better coverage, I'd go back to fix my tooth. You are in great hands with this Doctor. I highly recommend him!

I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist. I've been coming to Dr Lims office for a little over a year now. Every time I come in for a cleaning the girls greet you with such welcoming smiles. I am very happy I found this office! Very comfortable visits every time!

I've been serviced by Dr. LIM for years never had a problem still have no cavities. Service is fast, well done and to the point. In and out.

When I went there a while ago I felt like I was taking my car for an oil change. Time to find another dentist.

My previous dentist used too send me to specialists for various procedures. Dr. Lim does it all. One stop dentistry. :- A very competent dentist combined with a personable and professional staff. You can't ask for much better.

Finding the right dentist with an excellent staff isn't easy. My husband and I live in the Central Valley, but we often visit the Bay Area. Since our move, we haven't had any luck finding an office that meets our needs so we continue to see Dr. Lim when we are in the area. His schedule books up fast but if you end up making an appointment with one of his associate doctors-they are just as caring and gentle. However, my husband and I only prefer to have our teeth cleaned by Swati. She takes her time and is very thorough. Also, you'll never get bored in her chair- she's a big talker!

Used to go here for my dental needs and they wouldn't see me without scheduling an xray when I repeatedly said I will think about it. Time to find a new dentist.

Dr. Lim clinic is the best! His been the Family Dentist for over 10 years. excellent service with children and Adults. We have a son with disabilities that has been coming to Dr. Lim since he was 11 years old and now his 19 years old. The clinic really focus on individual personal needs on every level of excellence even with our younger daughter. If any one is looking or needs the best professional Family oriented Dentist this is the best place to come they even open on Saturdays for those individuals that have a very busy schedule. I had impressive experiences at Dr. Lim's Dental Office in Pinole, which I have never had before. My first dental treatment was implants in last November. Before doing it, I was very nervous. I was told it was very complicated dental surgery procedures. But to my surprise, After dental implants by Dr. Lim, I didn't feel any pain. It is fantastic! Dr. Lim is very expert at implanting work.

It seems it is so easy for him to do the implant surgery. Now I don't feel my two implanted teeth any difference than other teeth. I am very happy with it. Later I brought my two sons (10 and 12 year old) to Dr. Lim Dental Office as well. After the first dental care, my sons began to like this dental office. They said all people are nice, and they don't feel any pain.

They also said they can watch tv and listen to music during treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Lim Office to my friends. All staff are very professional, nice, caring and friendly. Their dental skills are fantastic. The environment is very comfortable. The price is very acceptable. I am glad i was referred to Dr. Lim. The staff are all courteous and friendly, even my kids ages 10,5 and 3 are comfortable visiting the clinic. Dr. Lim just did my root canal and I'm very satisfied. Come and give his clinic a visit and you will never regret that you did.

This dental clinic is truly the best place to get your teeth cleaned and worked on for many reasons: The staff are very helpful, courteous, friendly and always listen to your needs with scheduling your appointment, inquiring about your dental coverage, or whatever the circumstance is with your teeth. You will never miss your dental appointment since you will receive an email or a text to remind your schedule.

The staff are just wonderful in providing excellent customer service! The entire office is clean, organize, and equipment use are modern technology. Restroom is also spotless and clean. Convenient parking outside the clinic. Swati is my dental hygienist who goes above and beyond making sure my teeth are super clean. She's a very sweet lady, great smile, caring and takes pride to ensure she takes good care of you!

My rating for this place continues to be a "5" star because Dr. Lim's clinic has what you need for a dental check-up and is the BEST clinic I've been too for over 12 years! I would definitely recommend to anyone to check out the amazing service you get from Dr. Lim's clinic!

Do you enjoy going to the dentist? Yeah, I already know the answer, but I've been going here for almost 10 years and for good reason. The staff is so wonderful, Dr. Lim is pleasant to talk to, and I don't feel that they push products or services on me. As a matter of fact, they went up to bat against my insurance when my nightguard wasn't covered-- and I get the feeling that I was undercharged. Dr. Lim recently explained the cause of meth mouth to me when I asked him while we were discussing Breaking Bad. Jesse sure does have some nice teeth for a meth user. But I digress. Great staff and my teeth are happy here. They are also open late on Wednesdays and are open on Saturdays for those of you who work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lim's since 2004 when he was still in El Sobrante and took over the practice of my retiring dentist. You cannot go wrong with him. I cannot recommend him enough. Thoroughly professional. Excellent work. Modern technology. Sincere and sensitive to the patients needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. DR. LIM HAS BEEN EXTREMELY GENEROUS to me financially on occasion as I do not have insurance.

I never tried to bargain with him or compromise his position. This was always settled/clarified before the procedure(s) were started and his decision. Whenever anyone asks me for a referral I always recommend Dr. Lim. On three occasions I had to have work done by other dentists outside his office. One such dentist I told him about and he recommended I not see that dentist.

The two others were his referrals. So I ALWAYS let Dr. Lim do what he can for me. He was even able to fit me in in his Vallejo office on a an urgent care situation once. He has also given me his personal number when the situation warranted it. I find it hard to believe anyone has had a negative experience with him, his staff or associates.

I've been seeing Dr. LIM for about 7 years now. Originally, I came to him through an advertisment to get a second opinion when a different dentist said I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. LIM saved that tooth. He is very skilled with almost painless shots if that is possible. I can say that he is by far the most pain free dentist I have ever visited and I'm always surprised how much less I have ever felt a shot with Dr. Lim verses any other dentist.

He is also very efficient. I feel he keeps his staff, equipment and himself up to date on technology. I trust him. I can't imagine going any where else. I have a 30 minute drive to see him despite living in a city that has plenty of dentists. I do so because he is worth it.

I have been very happy since moving to Vincent Lim's practice. The front desk staff are friendly, professional and efficient, and the office is clean and appealing. Swati, the dental hygienist, is genuine, funny, and full of great advice, and the Saturday dentists I have met have been professional, efficient, and practical. No one there is trying to take advantage of you- they just want you to have great teeth! And they're kind and gentle in the process. You won't be disappointed!

I have been coming to Dr Lim's office for years and years. Every time I come in for my routine cleanings, I receive great care from him and his staff. Dr. Lim and his staff are also there for you when an emergency comes up. They recently came through for me when I had a dental emergency on Halloween. His office squeezed me into their busy schedules and saved the day. Thanks to them, I was able to take my kids out trick o treating that night. Thanks!

I've been to many dental offices but never have I been so comfortable like how I am here at this office. I've visited both of Dr. Lim's locations, Pinole and Vallejo, and both offices are very modern and clean. I've received my cleanings from almost all the hygienists and each one is very gentle, friendly and easy to talk to. The dentists are all very knowledgable and I have never felt the need to get a second opinion else where.

I also have never gotten the vibe that they're trying to sell to me treatment that is not necessary. I've gotten many fillings here and never felt any pain or discomfort at all. The receptionists are very pleasant and are very accurate when it comes to out of pocket costs so that there's no surprises later down the road regarding insurance, billing, etc.

This business just deserves 5 stars from the front and back and I highly suggest anyone who is looking for a dentist to come here. Oh and also try offer one free whitening after the first initial appointment for new patients!

Dr. Lim's dental clinic is the best! The clinic is spotless clean; that was my first impression when I came in. If you're going to work on my mouth, I want to make sure the working environment is clean. Minimal yet classy decor with soft music piped on some hidden speakers. Everything looks perfectly in place. Makes you feel at ease. The clinic is equipped with modern high tech gadgets; from the comfortable dentist chairs, to tv monitor attached to the ceiling, to x-ray machines, to drills, etch.

You can tell that a lot of thought was put into it to make clients feel comfortable and make every thing flow smoothly. BTW, free wifi at the lobby area for checking in! LOL! The asset of this clinic is its employees! Hands down the best customer service. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I get an email reminder of my appointment. Three days prior your appointment, you get a text reminder; you can confirm or cancel through text.

The day before the appointment, if you have not yet confirmed, you get a call from them. I mean, they did their part to remind you with three different medium and if you still missed your appointment, it's totally your fault. When you come in, you're always greeted with a smile. The wait is never long, at least based on my previous visits.

The hygienist greets you with the most calming smile and engage you with non threatening conversation. Suddenly, she's your bff talking about the weather, food and other mundane things. She's very gentle and always inquiring if you're ok! After all the drilling, flossing, brushing etch. You get a oral care bag with toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss!

I have to give Swatee, my hygienist, a special shout out and two thumbs way up! Once done, setting up your next appointment is a breeze. They accept major credit cards and most dental insurance. You can also ask them to bill you in terms. I highly recommend Dr. Vincent Lim Dental office to anyone around the east bay(Pinole, Hercules, Richmond area) looking for a good dentist. You won't be disappointed!

I'm a big fan of Dr. Lim, his office, his hygienists, employees and facilities. I have been coming for several years now, for bi-annual cleanings and they've been keeping my teeth clean and healthy. I had a filling some years back and it was quick and easy. I have had 2 Zoom whitenings over 4 years and they were awesome. The facility is very clean and modern and everyone is very professional and caring. if you don't have insurance it can get pricey- but very worth it.

The best dentist in town! I was sooo scared of needles before Dr. Lim. He has made my experience so comfortable. Bring the whole family!
