*insert typical "i never write reviews" intro here* but I grew up just going to whatever dentist my parents signed me up for and just did whatever I was told by whatever dentist. It wasn't until I found Park Lake Dental that I learned there is a difference between good dental care and bad dental care and they're the highest quality dental clinic I have ever been to.

They really take the time to highlight and explain the things that I don't think other dental clinics really care to explain to you. Like the importance of braces beyond aesthetics and proper maintenance of your teeth beyond your typical "brush your teeth and floss." They also are equip with everything you could need for any treatment you need!

No referrals to a dentist friend of a dentist friend just to get a simple cap put on, etc. I highly recommend for anyone who has never really put more of a second thought into their dentist.

This is hands down the best dentists office I have ever been to. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely happy to work with me and they took their time to do everything that needed to be done. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area!

DECEITFUL PRACTICES I went for a regular cleaning but after the regular check they offer me a deep cleaning for $1,300 I decided not do it because is first time I hear about it, doctor maria Lourdes get annoyed and told me is better to get out, they forced me to pay despite they didn't my regular cleaning Is very regrettable this situation probably this happened to many more patients we need to stop this type of abuse

They don't know what they're doing, everything they say is sales talk but they never keep their word, they don't care if you are in pain and are suffering, all they care is that they get paid. I now suffer and can't eat without extreme pain and discomfort from what they did to me. I am now actively looking for someone who can fix what they fix to me. Do not trust them!

I have been nervous all my life about going to the dentist, but, when I came to Park Lake Dental, I was welcomed so warmly. The hygienist Bryan who saw me made me so comfortable and made my visit worthwhile. I love this place and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great dental experience. I will never go to any other dentist except this one.

I'm a recent client of Park Lake Dental, I had started working for a new company in the beginning of 2021, and this location was the closest dental office covered under my insurance. The location is convenient as it is only a few minutes drive from my house, and I could go grocery shopping at Lucky's when I am finished with my appointment.

Their COVID restrictions include filling out an online form prior to your visit to ensure you're not sick/ haven't traveled to high risk areas, etc. You will receive a text message the day of your appointment with instructions such as giving the staff a text or call that you're waiting in your car, then they will let you know when you can enter.

The lobby area is small, so no visitors are allowed, and only one person can pay at a time. Additionally, you will have to keep all your personal belongings up in the front and cannot bring it with you into the room. The staff make a good effort in educating their clients about dental health, which is not something my other clinics have done. The staff are all very welcoming, and even though I switched employers again very recently, and this clinic is out of network, I still prefer going here for my dental needs.

Best dentist around! Geline and Ari at the front desk were nice and accommodating. I have not been to the dentist in a while. Decided to finally get a teeth cleaning and I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the office. Dr. Carpio was very honest and straightforward about the treatment that I needed. Bryan the dental hygienist was a pleasure to be around, and I learned how to take care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Daniel was very gentle and handled my treatment with precision. I would rate this office a 100 if I could. Definitely recommend coming here!

My husband Eddie and I have been coming to Park Lake Dental for over 23 years and we love the staff and doctors so much. This week I found an issue and I called the office on Monday and they saw me right away. The next day they put a crown on and there was no pain. Dr. Mabaet told me each step he was doing and I even got to watch my crown being made right there in the office. Dr. Carpio is awesome as well and seeing her also was great. The staff is such a joy to be around and they truly make going to the dentist a pleasure.

The staff is very efficient and even more so, very personable. They make you feel like family. The dentists and assistants are very professional and knowledgeable. I feel very well taken cared of.

The best dentist in the Hercules area! I needed to find a new dentist due to some not-so-great experiences with previous dentists. At Park Lake Dental Practice the office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the clinical staff are very professional and caring and do quality work. It's a family atmosphere and the doctors and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a dentist or thinking about changing I highly recommend Park Lake Dental Practice in Hercules.

I've moved around a lot over the past few years and hadn't been back to the dentist since late 2020 (6 years). I have never really had any problems with my teeth and went in for a cleaning and a check-up. I ended up needing a few crowns and was happy to get them done. Went back a few more times for my crowns and it was a great experience.

A very welcoming environment and I felt safe despite all the covid restrictions. All my crowns were also made in house and I was welcomed to stay inside to wait for them to be constructed. Normally you have to wait a few days after scans but it happened all in the same day. Dr. Daniel, Dr. Rigo, and Dj were awesome and always there to answer any questions I had. This will be my go-to place for now on.

The crown was defective in that it had a hole. Since it was porcelain it had no give. I was not given a choice on what type of crown and in hindsight, it should have been metal just like the one that I had for over 40 years. This did not last 2 years. Trying to get the doctor to respond is difficult unless you go to their office and force them to speak with you.

It has been over a month and being closed due to to COVID is understandable, but the doctor still has not contacted me. When I texted and sent a picture of the crown that fell out, I received a picture of a temporary glue to use and nothing else since. I have been to 2 other dentists and was told that they should have put a whole new crown once they saw it was defective. Would not recommend as they do not care once you have paid them.

I love this place. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I've never gone to an appointment and was educated on my oral health the way I was here. They really care that their patients not only know how to properly care for their oral health, but understand why. And I didn't experience any pain whatsoever during my procedure. I love this place.

I have been going to Park Lake Dental for at least 15 years. My recent experience was very pleasant and I felt like I received a lot of positive feedback and information. Although I went for a cleaning, the hygienist and dentist were very attentive. I enjoyed talking with the front desk staff and I felt welcomed (as usual).

Best dental clinic I've ever been to! The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I've had such a great experience with them since day 1. All are very professional and very knowledgeable about their craft. They build good rapport with the patients and make sure that they are comfortable and that questions and concerns are answered and addressed - because they genuinely care about their patients! Also, they do the procedures very well and in a timely manner.

They also do a lot of patient teaching about dental health which I think is very important in this kind of field. Another thing that I like about this clinic is that it is well-equipped, clean, and very organized! Highly recommended! You won't regret it!;

He is so experienced, knowledgeable at his young age. Dr Carpio is so creative doing my partial.very natural looking. I have never been happy with my partial till she made one for me.and I was surprised that she well fit my partial and this came out as what I have been wanting for for a very long time.very natural looking. First time and last time visitor. I attempted, in good faith, a private letter to Dr. Carpio. Not that I expected a response. However, it was not a positive experience and was noted in the letter. I'm compelled to submit this to Yelp in view of their not following up with all dental X-rays, etc. to another dentist. I signed the proper form to release the info.

Upon my visit to the other dentist they had not received the information. How, petty and unprofessional. More than a month had passed and they could not find the time or desire to send the information. I will not go into the specifics of the initial visit but suffice it to state NO GOOD! Now this!

100% percent recommend it. If you need a good dentist and very friendly staff. Try it you won't regret it. I been looking for a good dentist that will really fix my teeth I finally find one. Am very happy for the service. Very satisfied with the work that they did. And my kids love it too. Thank you. Hope you guys try them and trust them with there advice.

I am a 62 year old woman who had a very bad experience in the 1980s with a dentist. Needless to say after that I didn't return to the dentist till last year. My teeth where broken cracked rotted embarrassing situation I put myself in. I searched all over for a dentist I felt comfortable with finally found it. The minute I walked in I knew I'd found the right place everyone was warm and welcoming. Dr Carpio and her wonderful staff changed my life. Definitely recommend Park Lake Dental they did a wonderful job my whole mouth Is restored My smile is perfect. My teeth look so good I get comments on my smile everyday.

Can't say enough great things about this place. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable, keep you aware of what is going on and they do fantastic work!

Worst dentist in Hercules. The pushed for two crowns that was done improperly done causing two root canals. In addition they have the worst teething in the Hercules. Don't come to this dentist because they push for dental work that is unnecessary.

Dr. Hosseini is amazing and she really explains in detail what needs to be done, very professional, caring and very knowledgable. I had great experience going to park lake dental because the front desk is very helpful and very professional. The place is very clean and nice environment. Dr. H really cares about her patients.

I think this is good dental office with very professional staff. The owner even gave me a senior discount except I have to pay in advance in full, pay the full amount before the dental appointment. And yes they can take my credit card over the phone, and by the way, I'm a month late for my 6 month cleaning and it's now an emergency to make your appointment considering the condition of your gums!

If I remember right, the dentist who saw me said I have very good oral hygiene. I disagreed just by principle alone. I thought it was pay for service not the other way around. I went back to my old dentist, his son is now taking over the business. I have been going to the same dentist for the last 40 yrs and will stay with the same dentist till the day I die, I regret that I felt the need to try a new dentist due to convenience. There is nothing like mutual trust between doctors and patients.my dentist knows that I always pay for service rendered.

This was first time at this dental office and from the beautiful smiling faces at the front desk to the knowledgeable hygienist and Dentist. Everyone made my experience very nice. The dentist took her time to educate me about my issues. I don't feel like they are a rip off and I actually look forward to coming back again. My hygentist was especially nice. The Indian lady, I forgot her name.

Staff is very friendly and make the visit to the dentist a lot more comforting. They make me want to go back! Good job everyone

I haven't gone to the Dentist in over a year. My experience at the Dentist has never been fun. Especially for someone like myself who would never floss But I started a new job down the street and Eve the marketing manager came into our office to introduce herself and I decided to come in for a cleaning. All the front ladies are so nice and personable.

All the times I've come in they've called me by name and would strike up conversations with me while I would wait. The dental assistant who always helps me is so sweet and funny! And my dentist is nice and quick with work he does. If you live in the area I recommend this dentist!

Great little dental office! Called in to get scheduled very accommodating for my busy work schedule. When I did come in for my appointment the ladies at the front were very friendly and all smiles. The doctor did a great job with my cleaning and I never got the over sell pushy dentist I have in the past. My new dentist rocks!

Park Lake Dental is a wonderful dental office. The front office staff are both friendly and very knowledgeable. I've been going there for approximately 3 years and I feel less like a patience and more like a family member. All the work that I've had done from cleanings to fillings have been top notch. The one thing that a lot of people don't like about going to the dentist in general is leaving the appointment and still feeling pain or discomfort.

I must say that I am asked before I leave how I am doing and the staff genuinely makes an effort to assure that I will be great right after I leave the office as well as weeks later. I have since moved 30 miles away from the office but I still drive back because I am extremely confident with the work that I receive at PLD. This is the biggest testament that I can give!
