Best dental office I have EVER been to, super friendly, very helpful with all of my anxieties' that I have about the dentist, I hope Dr Carol NEVER retires, she is the best and so is her staff! I love this office and could not recommend a better place to go! TOP NOTCH # 1!

This is a wonderful dentist office and Dr. Carol leads a wonderfully efficient and professional office. Every single person is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I've been a patient here for 12 years and always look forward to visiting. My daughter has also been a patient here since she began getting teeth and they helped to instill good cleaning habits during her visits while keeping me informed about how her teeth are developing.

The cleanings and exams are always very thorough and well explained. Everything is transparent and you are given complete control over the decisions for any recommendations for treatment. Absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had.

Dr. Carol McCutcheon has provided my family dental care for many years. All of us appreciate the office's efficiency and cleanliness. However, the most important aspect is the friendliness of everyone who works there! The professionalism of Dr. Carol and her staff have always given me confidence and peace of mind. Plus, I have great teeth, thanks to them!

My crown fell out of my tooth and needed it fixed as soon as possible. They were able to find a time to squeeze me in in super short notice! My friend (who's also a dentist) was able to see me earlier that same day so I ended up canceling the appointment but wanted to show my appreciation for getting me booked so quickly! Thank you so much!

This is such an awesome place this was during covid, everone was super friendly, great dentist and clean place with vaccinated staff (they were wearing kaiser covid vaccinated badges), care for details and easy appointments. They even checked our temperature and took our forms outside at the parking lot. 5 stars all the way.

I have been to Campbell Smile Dental since last few years. The Staff is very professional and very knowledgeable. This office always have a professional Hygienist for the regular clean and on top of that another doctor does a check to see the overall gum health. I would recommend all to visit at least once to this place to compare the services from other dental practices.

I always appreciate that I never have to wait when I get to the office. Dr Carol is great! I have been going to her for many years and have always been very happy with any treatments I need.

I got my teeth cleaned last week. Pam was very patient with me as I hate getting my teeth cleaned. She even offered a new sonic water scraping thing. I liked it better than the actual scraping, but I still didn't like it. She also let me pick my polish flavor as I hate the mint flavor. Again, she was very patient with me. It was very nice. Dr. Carol was very friendly.

We chatted about theater for a minute, she's a patron and I am a performer. I also liked the view from the room. It makes a difference and helps me relax. It is a clean and friendly office. I highly recommend.

My first visit very pretty and clean place, people that work there are very nice. But wait, they upselled the hell out of me. They wanted to do this big procedure right away a deep cleaning cost around $300 & then trying to set me up with getting a new route canal all kinds of stuff. and to top it off they partially took my insurance which I said didn't make sense to me I still had to pay but then my insurance would pay me some back. I get 2 free cleanings a year. This still pisses me off. But I should educated myself better too.

I have always had good experiences with Campbell Smile and their friendly staff. They have taken great care of my wife and daughter as well. I highly recommend their services.

The dentists and hygienists are highly skilled and they take the time to listen and explain procedures carefully. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the office itself is beautiful - I feel like I'm in someone's home instead of a sterile clinical setting.

I Love Dr. Carol! I had avoided going to the dentist for several years because I'm a bit of a dental phob. Dr. Carol and her staff worked with me to get me back into regular visits and help keep me comfortable. Highly recommend!

I used to go to Dr. Yamasaki, he retired and Dr. Vupala took over. That seemed fine. Now they've merged and became Campbell Smile. My 1st checkup was not with Dr. Vupala but some lady dentist. She and her assistant were nice enough, but barely performed a checkup. If the dental assistant barely cleans at all and the dentist spends 50% less time than any dentist before examining when they've never seen my teeth before, something is very wrong.

I always left the dentist with my teeth feeling clean (and my mouth usually a bit sore). Not this time. Now they've screwed up the billing too. Same insurance as last time, and billing and insurance was never a problem before, but I remember on the way out (that's right, not BEFORE the checkup as they should have), they mentioned they "usually take delta insurance".

Now with only that vague notice, they send a bill that seems to claim they got nothing from insurance and my bill is past due the 1st time I've seen it. Avoid them. They've really screwed up with this merger.

This dentist has billing issues. They are not in network with Delta Dental, which is very popular dental plan. When you walk in, they will smile and happily take you in and not mention you to you that you are out of network. Clearly they know but hide. For simple visit, Dr carol just looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and sent me home. For that i was charged 130$. My insurance barely paid 43$ from it since out of network.

Dr. Carol and her wonderful staff are helpful, professional and a pleasure to see. Can you imagine ever saying such a thing about your dentist? My family and I have been seeing Dr. Carol for over 20 years. She treats every patient with respect and as if we are family. Every member of Campbell Smile goes out of his/her way to ensure you understand what is going on and why -- from x-rays to insurance issues.

The staff accommodates patients when it comes to scheduling appointments (or changing them, if needed) and they always do it with a smile! Dr. Carol is one of the most honest practitioners I have ever met. She is also an incredibly skilled dentist who strives to continually stay up-to-date on the latest technology and practices in the field. I can't recommend Dr. Carol and her Campbell Smile staff highly enough!

My wife and I, our two daughters and now our grandchildren have all been cared for by Dr. Carol. We have been seeing her for what must be approaching 30 years. In 2006, my wife and I retired to Nevada. After a couple of unpleasant experiences with a dentist there, we decided to resume our care with Dr. Carol. We are so happy and comfortable with her expertise and care, and the friendliness of her office staff, that we travel 450 miles round trip, twice a year to continue our dental care with her! That should tell you what we think of her!

Dr. Carol is the best dentist I have ever gone to! If we hadn't moved two states away, I would still be seeing her. She and her fantastic staff, (Lala, Barbara, and Kim), are wonderfully friendly, very thorough, and a real joy to see. Dr. Carol explained all procedures thoroughly, and always put me at ease. Luis, who handles the financial side of things, is so patient and kind.

He never pressured me about paying for work done, (not even when I forgot to pay once). All in all, I really miss those dental appointments! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carol J Mccutcheon, DDS!

Love the staff at Campbell Smile, so sweet and knowledgable! I'm doing a Invisalign treatment and so far so good! Great at teeth cleaning and also had a cavity to have done took like 15 so fast!

Not many can say they like seeing a dentist but Dr. Carol makes "seeing a dentist" a treat. I like that she, and her staff are always on time, very professional and friendly. They show concern and respect for me and my time. But the most important aspect of the visit is Dr. Carol's abilities to solve my dental problems with skill, knowledge, and gentleness.

I feel complete confidence in her abilities to care for not just my teeth, but to screen me for possibly bigger health issues. There is nothing I can do to my teeth that Dr. Carol can't fix! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs!

This looked like a nice office. So, I called and made an appointment for a routine cleaning and check-up. I was informed by the nice and polite receptionist that they won't do a cleaning without first doing a consult for new patients. Reasonable enough, right? However, I have to come out of pocket $300 and then wait for my insurance to send me a check.

First off, I don't need my hand held to get a routine cleaning and exam. I had one 6 months ago, and I didn't have to spend $300 to have it done or have to first have a consult then another appointment for a cleaning on a different visit. Something doesn't smell right and it's not the fluoride. Needless to say, I immediately found another dentist, Dr. Gregg Trent and they do take my insurance and will bill my insurance for me, and will clean my teeth in the same visit. WOW, what a novel idea.

I first visited the doctor's office in Sept 2011 for a second opinion. My then-dentist had suggested that I quickly needed a major procedure done and I wanted to consult another doctor before making a decision. I called, explained the situation and made an appointment. During the consult, I got the rare feeling that the doctor actually cared and wanted to present me with the best options for my dental health and not necessarily talk me into getting more and more things done (which would obviously benefit her financially).

After another unsuccessful visit with my former dentist, I called Campbell Smile office and decided to become a permanent patient. I went through with my initial oral exam and so far she is the best, most caring dentist I have visited. As for the actual scientific knowledge I cannot comment on; I am not a dentist and this is not my area. But I'll have to say that as much as dental proficiency is important, so is the patient interaction and the caring itself. I am so glad I found her!

A+ service all the way around! The entire staff are warm/inviting and so very helpful and fun to chat with. The initial exam was very thorough and the dental equipment is state of the art! Dr. Carol has a warm friendly personality it's hard not to smile when you speak to her. : I learned more about how dental care than I ever had from any other dentist I ever been too. Even though they are out of network - they are worth it!

Dr. Carol has been my dentist for many years. She is very thorough in her examinations and an excellent communicator. Her staff is always polite and the atmosphere of her office efficient and professional. I come from a family with a history of dental problems, so when I was looking for a dentist I wanted someone sharp, no-nonsense, and would get the job done right. That's Dr. Carol! She's a really nice person too.

You won't find a nicer dentist with a friendlier staff. Period. Dr. Carol (as everyone calls her) is always happy and is a pleasure to visit. Her whole staff is super-friendly and helpful, and they have a great family atmosphere. If you have an appt in the holiday season, you even get to take an ornament from their tree! On top of all this, they recently moved into new digs, and this has got to be the most beautiful office in the whole dental industry. GO! Best dentist ever.
