In all honesty, Dr. T is probably is the best dentist I've ever had. She and her colleagues are extremely kind, helpful, courteous and extremely professional. Pertaining to Dr. Thakur specifically, she has consistently provided a lot of insight and recommendations that have not been typical in my past visits with other dentists. She's always goes above and beyond to care for my teeth/mouth/jaw and I've been extremely grateful for her past few years of care.

I've been recommending her to everyone with a pulse (seriously) and as a testament to the excellence of her practice, I decided to write this. Hopefully whoever's reading this will adopt her as their primary dentist, you won't be disappointed! -Tristan K, 26

Dr. Thakur and her team have been nothing but wonderful! She provides exceptional care, emailed resources, guidance towards better dental health, and made sure to follow-up. I cannot thank her enough for the work she has done.

I had a good experience with Dr. Bhavana and her assistants. She is thorough in her explanations, meticulous and very patient. I really appreciated that she also checked up on me after the procedure was complete.

What can I say except that Dr. Thakur and her assistants were the most professional and competent providers I could have asked for in this unsettling time. I had come in on Monday with major tooth pain that I suspected was a breaching wisdom tooth and Dr. Thakur proceeded with the necessary treatments for my pain and extracted the tooth only two days later.

Obviously these times are very different and I wouldn't have expected a quicker turn around if she had a full load of patients that, but either way I would have understood. Regardless, my pain is gone and I am healing very quickly. Dr. Thakur was also very considerate of all the cautions regarding the spreading virus and directed the entire appointment appropriately. I am grateful for the office's support and care and I look forward to continuing my care with her in the future.

I am among those people who needs all kinds of dental treatment. Dr. Thakur has been my dentist for several years now and because of her I feel rather carefree. I know I can reply on her even in urgent dental care matters. I have had multiple root canals and all kinds of treatments done by her, treatments, that I used to dread in the past, Dr. Thakur performs them with zero discomfort to me and in good time.

Not only is she an accomplished dentist, she also is an equally fine person and is very accommodating and considerate. Her staff is nice and competent as well. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Thakur's dental clinic.

This is one of my favorite dentist I've ever gone to, not only is it reliable Professional dentist work but they provide you with the best work they can manage to complete on your dental concerns, for every tooth I needed fixed or cured "Bhavana Thakur" has always been able to assist me in the best possible way. Too unprofessional with her staff each time I went, it was a new girl this time (as always) and she treats her staff with no respect as if they were stray dogs. I'm sure she has them sign something so they can't sue later because she is extremely hostile and creates an uncomfortable work environment that I have seen several times I have had an appointment.

Too unprofessional with me, I came in with tooth pain and she was more interested in cleaning my teeth and it hurt so much when she cleaned them because I'm in need of a root canal. Her fillings she did for me in the past have fallen out (she checked because they hurt me as well). Crappy work as well. She did not even tend to the root canal or set up any appointments further.

She promised pain pills and antibiotics but never prescribed them. She was too interested again to set me up to remove my wisdom teeth (I did not return any of her calls because this is all the messages talk about) she only cares about money! This is the SECOND time I went in needing a root canal that she did not attend to nor care to attend to in the future (big mistake going back but for some reason she always has appointments available, wonder why.) This will be my SECOND time having to schedule with another provider to perform the work. I will never go back to her again!

I called for an initial visit and got seen the very next day! Dr. Thakur is provides professional care as well as being an extremely friendly and compassionate person. She listened intently to my concerns and took the appropriate actions to meet my needs. The dental assistants were also great; very good-natured, pleasant and professional people. I can be a very anxious person but they helped me to feel relaxed from the very beginning and throughout my entire visit.

I will certainly be continuing as a patient of Dr. Thakur and her team and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new dentist or considering a transfer to give Dr. Thakur a call.

My experience with Dr. Thakur's Dental Office has always been excellent. Dr. Thakur takes the time to make sure her patients are well informed about the condition of their teeth, and also provides realistic options for dealing with an array of teeth related issues. She has always given me the same level of outstanding service whenever I have had my teeth worked on, regardless if it has been for something as simple as a routine cleaning, or a treatment for a more severe condition.

I have always felt comfortable having Dr. Thakur work on my teeth for whatever sort of dental procedure I needed, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a quiet, cozy dentist located in Campbell.

Dr Thakur and her staff are extremely welcoming and sweet. I felt really comfortable for every appointment. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Thakur was very proficient at her job. She is very experienced in dentistry. My multiple cavity fillings went very smoothly and painlessly. She was flexible in scheduling the appointments. This is a small, no-frills clinic, but she's a dentist I can trust fully, which is more important to me than fancy office and goodies.

I do not recommend this place at all. I made an appointment with Dr. Thakur to discuss about my tooth ache that literally gave me swollen chic. I always find it rude and unprofessional when person does not talk to you with an eye contact especially doctors. I sat right in front of her and she was looking completely somewhere else while talking. She always behaves like she does not care about her patients and is always in hurry.

I absolutely do not trust her diagnosis and after I came back home, I took an appointment to other dentist who listened to me carefully and understood the real problem. Dr please take my advise, go and take some communication classes who will teach you how to make an eye contact.

Terrible, very controlling. I m Denti-cal patient who has no money, and then gives me a estimate of 3000.00 and will not take care of fillings needed now! without a deep cleaning first! which is 640.00.shameless! I m with Donna H on this dentist

I am a first time customer of Dr. Thakur and have to say VERY impressed with her service and professionalism. She really took the time to give me a full exam and xrays and then explained my options for a tooth extraction and replacement. I only wish I could have her do the oral surgery and implant. She was very honest and told me she's unable to do the extraction because of the location of the tooth and referred me to another dentist who does implants and has a 5 star rating!

I will be back to have her help with all her other services. By the way, the office manager, Peg, is so kind and helpful on the phone and in person. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you!

I go in about 2 weeks ago because of a toothache. She did X-rays and an exam then gave me a laundry list of things I need done.and SURPRISE! most are NOT covered by my insurance. I know she has no control over what's covered but it was just another brick in the wall. She also sent me home with a referral because she wanted me to get a biopsy done on a spot "to rule out cancer" well that freaked me out, so that same day I call the place and they don't do biopsy there.

So I call her back, same day, and let em know I need another referral."ok we'll call you back" Ten days later and NOTHING.I've even called 4 freaking times and they never got back to me to ONE give me a new referral and TWO schedule me for a root canal which was why I was there to begin with But seriously.who the fuck throws out the word cancer then leaves you hanging like that!?!?

Very unprofessional Also the tooth I need the root canal on hasn't magically stopped hurting I've since been in and talked to and scheduled an appt for next week with a new dentist, Dr Jou. I went back to get copies of my X-rays and explained everything to the receptionist, she was very understanding to my situation. She actually called me later the same day "because she felt bad" and told me she'd talked with the doctor who said that she'd been trying this whole time to find someone who can do the biopsy that takes my insurance. If that's the case why didn't anyone return my phone calls? At the very LEAST so I could get this damn root canal done!? Completely unacceptable

THIS PLACE IS A FREAKIN JOKE SHE FAST TALKS YOU RE WHAT MEDICAL COVERS AND DOES NOT COVER. SO I INCLUDED LISTENED TO HER THAT MY CARE WOULD BE AROUND 4500$ cuz medical didnt cover alot of stuff. So I payed 28th my debit card that 560$ for my deep clean. Witch I discovered 2 hrs later is fully covered along with the 800$ crowns she quoted me. And now I have been waiting on my refund and still nothing even after I called same day before the office closed and she still ran my card. Now I have to go leave work so I can sign some stupid ass paper! One star was to many!

My follow up appointment with Dr. Thakur went great. She needed to finalize the filling from the root canal. She did a great job, absolutely no pain! She expressed concern for my well-being and kept checking in with me regarding pain. No pain! Yea!

NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND, NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND! THEY ARE SO RUDE TOWARD MEDICAL CARRIER. THEY GAVE BAD SERVICES IN GENERAL. I've been trying to make AN appointment since my crown amd my wisdom tooth was hurting so I called but no one answer. So I left a message. The next few days I finally got a called back but I was in the shower, I told the whoever that receptionist was that if she can call me in 5 minute and she said "no, I'm going to lunch in a few min You call us back" then hang up. I'm a busy working mom, so I didn't had a chance to call back.

I work graveshift 11pm to 7 am and would be sleeping when I come home. The same receptionist called me at 10 which was a bad timing but since I wanted to get scheduled I got. and pick up the phone. Then she told me that "so you said you couldn't come in on Aug 29" and I didn't even know that I was scheduled. She said she left me a bunch of message n when she finally got a hold of me I'M THE ONE WHO HANG UP? which was a big lie.

I was in the shower for god sake. Anyways, then she asked me if I have medical and I confirmed yes I do. Then she asked me if I'm able to come at 2 the same day and I said no she sounded mad and she asked me rudely why I could come when my tooth is hurting. She doesn't even let me answer and say call us back when you wanted to get appointent. Wasn't that the reason whyy I'm trying to contact my dentist?

To make an appointment for some other day so I can set up my calender on my side? what happens to the Aug 29? I could get that. But instead of working with me and my schedule, she wanted me to work with her schedule which I'm not able to. These people are so rude toward medical insurance carrier. They are a bunch of lies to. again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This review is only based on my experience trying to set up an appointment. I called a few times at different times of the day but no one picked up. Finally left a message. Someone called back. But by then I had made another appointment with a different dentist. The receptionist (or whoever called me back) tried to lure me by saying they can give me an appointment tomorrow or Saturday.

I asked for a Saturday morning appointment and she said "Sure!". She asked me what insurance.the minute I said Medi-Cal, suddenly the Saturday morning appointment was no longer available! :) Wow! Thanks a lot, for making us feel marginalized.

Dr Thakur is the best dentist I have ever had. I am so grateful that I found her and have been going to her for over 6 years! I use to live in Campbell, but 3 years ago I moved to San Leandro. I drive all the way to Campbell to have Dr Thakur check my teeth because I trust her. I have never been able to say that about any of my dentists before. I have very sensitive teeth and before becoming a patient of Dr Thakur's I used to agonize over having to go to the dentist.

This is not the case anymore Dr Thaker remembers where my sensitive spots are and my check ups have been virtually painless! Now that I don't have to worry about the pain I have been making sure to go to all of my 6 month check ups and my teeth are better than they have ever been. Just last week I went in for a 6 month check up and I had no cavities and nothing wrong with my teeth! Dr. Thakur is a brilliant dentist. Her facility is very clean and high-tech. Her and her staff are personable, professional, warm, and friendly. I would highly recommended Dr Thakur to anyone I know!
