The dentist and the staff are very friendly. And for me, their office is very convenient - 2 minutes drive or 15 mins walk. But like most dentists, they overbook and you end up spending a lot more time in their office than needs to be. I was having my teeth deep cleaned and right in the middle of it the Hygienist left me sitting in the dentist's chair for and went to attend to another patient for over 20 mins - I never had this happen before - though I have experienced a dentist going back and forth between patients. Overall, very happy with the practice.

Hands down without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. From the reception to the assistants, and Dr Hasso herself, every single member makes you feel welcomed and cared for. I highly, highly recommend you give this office a try if you are looking for a dentist in San Diego; it simply doesn't get better than this.

My first visit took place yesterday. I had established a rapport with Bri even before my visit. Her interaction with new patients is professional, perceptive, and very welcoming. The x-ray tech was quick, thorough, and friendly. Cassie at reception was very pleasant and a good listener when trying to set up my next visit. Dr. Hasso has a confident and warm "bedside manner". She asked and answered all of my questions and recommended a course of action for my myriad issues. So far, so good.

Dr. Hasso is a wonderful dentist. She is intelligent, caring, professional, gentle, and has a calm demeanor which is very helpful for those of us who become a bit anxious at a dental clinic. Dr. Hasso explains procedures and treatment plans and takes plenty of time to answer any questions a patient might have. The staff at Gateway Dentistry are equally wonderful. Brianne, the office manager, is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging.
She takes time to explain costs and will work diligently with your insurance company to ensure that every patient receives the benefits to which they're entitled. I'm so happy to receive my dental care by Dr. Hasso and her team. I highly recommend them!

Gateway Dentistry appears to be the ideal dentist office. The facility is clean and pleasing to the eye. The staff are professional but kind and caring. It's easy to get an appointment. The dentist, Dr Ranya Hasso, is a lovely, articulate and knowledgeable person. We immediately felt comfortable. I'm so happy we found Gateway Dentistry.

I will be honest. I am not a customer of Gateway Dentistry. I was sent by my dentist to get a 3D Scan. The people there are super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the whole time the person at the front desk was friendly and exceptional. If I lived closer I would go there in a heartbeat. Oh.and anyone who says the decor is outdated doesn't know what they're talking about.
