Very professionally run hi-tech dental office. Dr. Rich was informative, time efficient, and has great chair-side manner. I highly recommend this office for all your dental treatment.

I had tooth repair for some problems I had. Dr. Rich must be the most expensive dentist in San Diego. After keeping my mouth open for 3 hours, I started having problems with TMJ. He referred me to his colleague who gave me a shot of botox. The botox did nothing and I was charged $500.00. At his time I had been charged about $27,000 by Dr Rich. In spite of always wearing a night guard I have had 2 crowns fall out within a few months. I will not be going back to him again and I still have tmj and it has caused me severe pain. I'm a singer and I can barely open my mouth.

Dr Rich and his associates are the best! His associate at the front desk greeted me with a friendly smile as I first walked in and took the time to make sure I was taken care at the same time she was busy with something else. I am typically not a big fan of the dentist due to several uncomfortable situations and this experience was completely different. Dr Rich was kind and nonjudgemental of the state of my teeth and was more than willing to provide solutions that made me excited to move forward with.

After my session ended, I met with the financial associate whom also was very friendly and walked me through every detail of the billing estimate and what insurance covers and what is not covered. Friendly, honest and straight forward dentistry. Thank you!

I just had my all time best experience at the dentist today! I am so happy to have found Poway Dental Arts. I felt so comfortable and welcomed by everyone at the office. The staff are all so friendly and fun to be around. Can't wait for my next appointment!

This is a beautiful office and the staff are highly qualified. I was very happy with my periodontal maintenance cleaning and exam. Everything was done very professionally and through. My only issue was this was my first visit after Dr. Cook merged with this practice, and I was charged much higher rates, with no advance notice!

Dr Rich and his entire staff are extremely professional. It is very apparent that this dentist takes great pride in his work, and it is reflected in the beautiful work that he does.

Probably the best dentist I've ever been to. The staff is amazingly friendly and Stephanie and Denise are kind enough to laugh at my Dad jokes. Dr. Rich is terrific as his craft, listens to us patients and our concerns, and seems to really care about our overall dental health. My only critique is I think my wife thinks he's cooler than me. Other than that, visit this dentist's office; you won't be disappointed.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Ann. She was very pleasant and gentle. I've been a patient of Dr Cook for many years, so today was my first appointment at her new location. Dr Rich was very professional and knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and the staff outstanding!

I had a crown fall off And Dr Rich squeezed me in the next day to help me out. He is a very talented and skilled dentist.

Easiest and quickest dental experience ever. And the receptionist was amazing.

I had a bad dental experience, hence a lot of anxiety about my first visit. Dr Rich is incredible! He put two crowns in the upper rear of my mouth in two hours and, best of all, it was pain free!

Professional, friendly and helpful from the front desk to the back office. I didn't have any work done today, but I feel like Dr. Rich had my best interest in mind when he referred me to a specialist. Also I was nervous because I don't have dental insurance but the office has very reasonable cash pay packages. I will be back!

Very patient and caring dentist. I brought my 92 year old mother as a first time visit. He was honest in suggesting another surgeon just to be cautious which I appreciated. Excellent staff around him as well with x rays - very patient and careful. My only objection was receptionist who felt a little salesey at the end. She was nice but felt like she was trying to push us returning for work and asked me what I thought.

I found it a little insensitive given my mom was pretty anxious. I told her we would discuss and get back to them. Overall this was the only glitch and she was probably just doing her job but it hit me the wrong way.

Best dentist and dental hygiene staff I've seen in my long life. A small and personal office, Dr. Cook helps me keep my teeth & gums healthy at low cost despite my poor home hygiene maintenance. You know a dentist is good when you hardly remember getting the numbing shots - I hate needles. Been seeing Dr Cook and hygienist Cora over 10 years.

Sometimes I do dose asleep in the chair as they seem to strive to for a low stress operation and play relaxing music on Pandora. I've sent several friends to see Dr. Cook over the years. They have done heroic dentistry to save some of my teeth when I ask, but always after giving me the various treatment options. Overall a good dentistry office if you are looking for a relaxing and low cost treatment option.

Came in today for my 6 month cleaning and a short but sweet teeth whitening. Great staff and an overall awesome experience! Thank you!

I was unable to see my regular dentist for a toothache, and began looking for a quick fix. I reached out to 3 other dental offices before reaching out to this practice. Poway Dental Arts was the only one to respond back same day within a few hours of my inquiry and would have been able to see me next day if needed. Scheduling an appointment and checking into the office was a breeze.

The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. She explained the cost of treatment thoroughly. The dental hygienist and Dr Rich had impeccable bedside manner and were easy to talk to. They both explained everything that was going on and the treatment plan. I've never had such an easy dental exam, so much so I'm considering switching to this practice just from one visit. I'm happy to leave a review for their office as it's deserving.

Awesome experience at the dentistry, Dr. Nicol is professional, skillful with her work and treated me with utmost care. I had to get several crowns done and the entire process was smooth, pain free and quick. She explained where the problem was, the options I have with photos and description of why the treatment was recommended. She takes the time to respond with patience and courtesy. Here entire staff is equally well trained, respectful and professional. Glad to have Dr. Nicole as my dentist.

Dr. Rich and his entire staff are so friendly, and so amazing as a family dentist! Both my daughter and I use them as our dentist, and they always make us feel comfortable, and at ease! My 7 year old is no longer scared to see the dentist! Love this place!

I've been going to Dr. Cook and her team for a few years and am always pleased with my experience. Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable and always helps me make the right decision and her staff is also extremely skilled, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I had veneers done here and could not have been happier with the results. They continue to provide great service and treatments and I would definitely recommend them.

The staff at Dr. Cook's Office is most friendly and personal which makes going to the dentist's office a pleasant experience. Wow. Dr Cook and her office to the rescue. My 5yo daughter fell off a skateboard and broke her 3 front teeth on a Friday afternoon. I called Dr Cook's office and without hesitation they took her in. They were SO good with my little one and helped calm her down. I can't thank them enough for their help. I highly recommend this office! They truly care!

I would recommend Dr. Rich's practice to anyone I know! After a horrible experience at a previous office in Escondido with dental work, a coworker recommended Poway Dental Arts. I needed to get a second opinion and got just what I needed from Dr. Rich who is incredible and straightforward. My encounter with the staff like Kirsten and Joseph were so kind and very helpful.

My examination was quick and wasn't too bad. Unfortunately I had cavities but the staff went over my options and treatment costs with insurance. Getting an appointment was a little difficult but once made they saw me very quickly and took care of everything. Good dentist here.

Dr Cook is a great dentist. I had only had bad experience until I transferred to her office. I even picked a specific insurance so we didn't have to go to a different dentist. Everyone their is always so polite and nice their. Would highly recommend them.

Dr. Cook has been our family dentist for just over a year when we relocated back to our home state. We've been pleased with her and the staff. friendly, accommodating, professional, excellent care. Do ask if you don't understand a procedure or why it's needed; sometimes professionals are so used to their field that they may forget we're novices- the patients. It's nice to receive gifts-an electronic tooth brush or water pic for referrals to other patients; even those within the same family. Ive had several cleanings-including the "deep cleaning" to start off well and a Night Guard made for my TMJ.My family has had a few fillings and cleanings as well. I've been advised that I need more than the traditional 2 cleanings a year, but what can I say? I have one set of teeth that I intend to keep!

Went to Dr Cook office. She wanted to have one tooth extracted and replace it with a post. She then named three other teeth needing crowns. Went to another dentist. He said he could save the tooth. I had successful root canal. He also said he did not see anything wrong with the other teeth. I am so thankful I went somewhere else for a second opinion.

I'm a skeptic when it comes to businesses with overwhelming amounts of 5-star ratings, in part because of experience. But For Dr. Cook? 100% warranted! The whole team is absolutely phenomenal. I had been searching for months and months throughout San Diego County for a dental office that made me not hate myself the whole time I was there. Far from that - and this is coming from someone who grew up a complete denti-phobe - I'm not just entirely comfortable when I'm there, but I look forward to it!

I don't get harassed for my flossing methods (though yes, I need to keep it up), I don't wait 30+ minutes beyond my appointment (on the contrary, it's been early every time minus one occasion, which was just a few minutes late), and I don't feel like they're speeding through procedures to the point they "accidentally" blow up my mouth. Keep up the awesome work! This place is a MUST if you're looking for a new dentist.

I have been going to my other dentist (will not be named) for a few years now and I was becoming more and more unhappy with them. Recently I went to them for a filling and was met with excruciating pain from it for weeks. They then proceeded to tell me that I had cracked an unrelated tooth and would need to pay for a crown. I didn't believe them and thought they were trying to scam me.

I immediately called Dr. Cook for a second opinion. She and her wonderful staff met me ASAP with open arms. Dr. Cook took one look at my tooth and told me the filling needed to be redone and I had no cracked tooth. Thanks to her she saved me a lot of time, money, and heart ache. I will recommend Dr. Cook and all members of her staff forever! They are amazing!

Excellence in service! I love everyone who works there :-) Dr. Rich, he is an extremely skilled dentist. He is knowledgable (up on all the latest in dentistry), honest (with competitive pricing and some deals/discounts too!) Dr. Rich is compassionate, warm, professional, and friendly. The office manager, Michelle is simply all around wonderful! She knows her insurance ins and outs as well!

I also love my hygienist, Christina who is a perfectionist :-) - Everyone in this office is delightful and will make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend this office.

We found Poway Dental Arts and Dr. Rich through Groupon! We just finished our last visit with them today (and will try and find reasons to go back and visit). My daughter was a senior in high school and felt very self-conscious of her "jacked up teeth". Personally they weren't that bad, but they were to her. Dr. Rich explained in detail about Invisalign braces and how they would be totally straight in less than a year. Using the Propel method, her teeth totally straightened out and she completed the treatment program in 7 months! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Poway Dental Arts.as a matter of fact, I am going in for my own Invisalign braces soon.

Dr. Rich and his staff are nothing short of amazing. From everyone in the front, especially their office manager Michelle, to the assistants and the hygienists. I came in for a cleaning and having not been to the dentist in quite a while, I was expecting that they'd tell me I needed a lot of work or recommend a lot of expensive procedures. I ended up only needing a filling.

The hygienist did an amazing and thorough job while doing my cleaning and when it was time for the doctor to do my filling, he walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. He also kept checking on me to make sure I was doing well. If you are looking for an exceptional, caring, and honest dentist, I'd highly recommend Dr. Rich and his staff.

I love everyone in the office. Since day one, they have always made me feel comfortable and at home (which is hard to do when going to the dentist). I never have a problem making appointments (even last minute ones).

Love them! Not only are the amazing with me but also with my three year old daughter! She just had her very first visit and cleaning today and Kristina the hygienist was beyond amazing with her! Gave her glasses to wear and gloves and had on Disney Jr on before we were even in the room! Dr. Rich is also amazing! He just tells you like it is which i love. And everyone at the reception desk is awesome too! 5 Stars for Poway Dental Arts!
