San Dimas Dental Office

Wow! I haven't been to the dentist in ten plus years and this was such a great experience overall. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Janessa cleaned my teeth and she did a fantastic job. I had a decent amount of build up and she was super gentle. Dr. Hernandez was fantastic at explaining everything I needed to get done. I recommend this dentist if you don't have one or ever wanna switch.

The experience my daughter and I had with this office was extraordinary. The office staff is very professional. Dr. Luu is an amazing orthodontist. He is patient and has wonderful bedside manner. My daughter always felt very comfortable with him. I would recommend this office and Dr. Luu to anyone seeking excellent orthodontic care.

I've had gum surgery with Dr. Yashar and she is absolutely amazing. She walked me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the procedure itself and the recovery. I've had to have this done twice already and both times my results and recovery has been great. Pain was minimal. I recommend speaking with Dr Yashar if you have any concerns; she will talk you through them. She's very knowledgeable and makes you feel that you are in the best hands always.

I definitely recommend San Dimas Dental Office. Sarah Boutros worked on me and she was great! She was patient and efficient and it was the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. All the staff from the front office to the dentist were fast, explained everything thoroughly and excellent. If you are looking for a goo place, go here!

I am very happy with Dr. Yashar. She explained me all my dental work step by step. She gave me options for all my dental work I am so satisfied with the results of my two front teeth, look so natural. Also, today I was greeting by Rachel, and I liked the way that she talked to me. Absolutely, I recommend this dental office.

My wife's first appointment ended up costing us over 2.5k because no one told her they were offering her services that our insurance doesn't cover. When she was checking out they said they don't do payment plans there. Fast forward a few weeks she got her wisdom teeth removed. They didn't send any of her 4 prescriptions to the pharmacy. I had to call 3 times, all with the promise of a call back and never got one.

Not only that, but the on-hold recording advertises that they do, in fact, offer multiple payment plans. I finally had to go in and they changed their tune and insisted that my wife asked them to send it to a completely different pharmacy that we've never used once in our life and it was sent there the day of her surgery. So my wife has been sitting in pain with an increased risk of infection right after surgery for no reason, and for some reason no other staff had the ability to relay that message.

I've done everything possible on my end to prevent a negative review of this dental office but they don't care. I have paid for my dental work in full at each visit. Was on top of what was covered and what wasn't. In short, months after receiving dental work I received a call from a collection agency saying I owed San Dimas Dental $250. I told them they were paid in full.

I've received probably 20 calls from collection agencies regarding this debt. I have called San Dimas Dental Office at least 10 times. Receptionist leaves me on hold for lengthy amounts of time and then would return with a promise the office manager would call me back. I have never received a call back. This mistake on their part has cost me numerous points on my credit, wasted countless hours on the phone trying to get a hold of them and numerous calls from collection agencies. They can't return my call to discuss their mistake, but if I needed 10k worth of dental I wouldn't be able to hide from them. Typical money grabber dentist.

I had MAJOR surgery in preparation for a full mouth of permanent dental implants. Tooth extractions, bone grafting, 8 titanium implants and stitches. I personally chose to have all of these procedures done in one sitting (5 1/2 hrs). During this time Dr. Yashar guided me through every step of the way. Of all this surgery she performed I felt NO PAIN.

I was advised of everything the Dr. was doing, constantly comforted, asked if I was OK, and just genuine concern, care and professionalism throughout the whole procedure. I want to reiterate, all four of my procedures were done all at one time by my in personal choice. You can have these steps done in numerous sessions. I cannot praise Dr. YASHAR enough for the wonderful job she did to get me prepared for my permanent teeth.

This is a great place to visit for ortho and dental care. The orthodontist and his team are great! They are kind, gentle, and supportive. They always answer all my questions. Check ups are fast and they always have availability that is flexible with my schedule.

I absolutely LOVE this practice. Each and everyone staff member from the front desk to the doctors are all very professional. I have been coming to this practice for a long time and I will not go anywhere else. The prices for treatment is very affordable and I have done payments options in the past as well. Sarah is my dental hygienist, hands down, my favorite person to clean my teeth!

So appreciative! Janessa took care of my mother yesterday and my mom said she has never had a cleaning that amazing. My mom had pain in her leg and Janessa would help sit her up and lay her back down during the cleaning making sure she was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and gave her recommendations. When she was finished she walked her out. My mom is now only asking for her for her follow up cleanings.

I love the people and services provided at this facility. Always a good experience as far as going to the Dentist is concerned.

This is by far the best Dental experience I have ever had getting a Root canal. I would highly recommend this place. The staff and Drs are very nice and honest and almost painless.

This was my first time on my own settling for a new dentist and I am so happy with my decision! They are so nice and so welcoming. They guided me through my whole procedure and they were really gentle on me!

Very thorough work! I've had two root canals, three crowns, and an onlay. The staff has been very nice and they are very knowledgeable. They've taken good care of me and my wife for almost two years now. They also work with you on payment plans to get the work done. Just make sure to get a workable payment plan figured out before they start to work on your mouth.

If I could give o star I would. Went to dentist, made a treatment plan. Went in to have teeth pulled under anaesthesia, came to with teeth pulled, stitched, no bone grafts. the surgeon and his asst knew nothing about me getting bone grafts. Come to find out, the dentist treating me had decided that I did not need grafts, never discussed with me, neither did office personnel as I was paying that AM, I even mentioned that was lower than what we had discussed. their response at the time was that my insurance had paid more than they expected.

Whenever I have had a tooth pulled I have gotten bone grafts and with my health issues really important. But did not want to go back to them and no longer trust them for anything. In order to fix I have to go through surgery again, it was difficult for me to heal first time, and it should be done right away. Gave me temp partials and said when I healed, come in for perm. Called to discuss that and what additional if any cost there would be, after few months, said they would call me back after financial looked over everything, or they would take message, but never a call back.

By my insurance they charged them but I no longer have this insurance and really do not want to deal with these people anymore. Guess what after calling 3 times I have never received a call. They know they screwed up. If you want them to make your health and dental decisions for you, go ahead but I and no one else I know will be seeing them. They had a potential for 10 new customers and lost them. 2 were getting braces, 1 implants.

If I had not been going through divorce etc I was considering trying to sue them, but probably too late now. Stay away from this dental group, may have just been that dentist, but you never know. Christine Son DDS was my dentist

I've recommended this dental office to multiple friends and family members. EVERYONE I've recommended to them has stated that they are a cut above. For me they have always been fast, friendly, and very informative. At my first consultation they gave me a complete consultation regarding my entire mouth to achieve "perfect teeth" from there I selected the services i needed vs cosmetic, even arranged a payment plan for the cosmetic services not covered by my insurance. Update: 1/8/2015 Brandy my dental hygienists totally remembered to save me the bubblegum flavor polish to polish my teeth with!

Cause we all know the adult flavor tastes like crap! It came complete with a post-it note saying it was for me! BAM! VIP status right there! Special order! Screw the lollipop! I got bubblegum flavored polish. I'm set! Peace!
