Nice Smile's comprehensive approach to my teeth and gums is what I have wanted for years without quite knowing what to ask for. Instead of feeling like a ping point ball between periodontal and and dental needs, it is all under one roof. I could also get a crown in one visit rather than 2. This practice has a good, transparent feel to it. A year later, I called because I had a conflict for an upcoming appointment. They got me in for a cleaning with a cancelation today! My smile is whiter and feels clean!

I was very disappointed with the treatment I received from Dr. Choi. I went in to see about treatment for receding gums. He felt it was necessary to tell me that it was mostly genetics which was causing my gum recession. I told him this information was in no way useful to me in making a determination to go ahead with the procedure and was very offensive.

He told me no one else had ever been offended and suggested that if someone was predisposed to diabetes that would be important information. I explained to the Dr. that in this scenario this information was completely unhelpful in making a determination, and would not would help me in any way to prevent more erosion. He failed to recognize this distinction.

I told him he shouldn't tell people this and he said he tells every patient this. so every patient can expect to be gaslighted by this Dr. the rates are also abusively high. 4 thousand out of pocket for a gum graft.

I've been getting my teeth taken care of by Nice Teeth for over 5 years and they always do an amazing job by me. The people are respectable and friendly and always take good care of me. I appreciate you all!

Excellent service from all the staff here especially at their front desk. Really love their digital technology where almost everything is paperless, and great for the environment. Love Dr. Evelyn. She is so calming and really explains every detail. Brian was also amazing and explained the procedures. I also love their hi-tech gadgets like their 360 machine and 3D teeth X-rays.

Nice Teeth is cutting edge and love that they are integrating the latest technology to help their patients like me, get the best care possible. Best of all, and this is totally new for me and really appreciated this the most from Nice Teeth, they tell you upfront the total cost of your visit before any procedure. I think having their billing transparency is amazing. More dental office should have this and a million thank you Nice Teeth. Last but not least, there are plenty of parking which is a huge plus! I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and was taken aback by how the front office communicates with patients. I got an email a few days before my appointment threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn't "confirm". Most dental offices send a reminder and ask that you cancel if you can't make it. This office needs multiple confirmations which is ridiculous. I asked Jackie to cancel my appointment and saved myself the trouble. She mentioned it was 12 days since we last communicated. I "confirmed" when I booked my appointment!

I love these wonderful humans so much. I broke my night guard for the second time and they replaced it at no charge, AGAIN! This time, they used a new material that gets a little softer once inside your mouth and I LOVE it. Everyone who works there is so amazingly nice and there's just nonstop positive energy flowing.

I was very pleased with the care provided by Mark and his assistant. They were Excellent. They were pleasant and attentive.

I've been to several dental offices in the past and I must say that Nice Teeth Dental has blown them all out the waters. The staff is super friendly and the office is very well kept. I have received several cleanings here and also looking to get some implants. I feel very comfortable with the process and appreciate Dr. Jason Chen explaining all the steps and details along the way.

I also really appreciate that the hygienists and dentists are always positive and encouraging when it comes to taking care of my teeth. And I receive a warm welcome by the front desk every time I visit which brightens up my day. Highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

I am a patient at Nice Teeth. Dental and I highly recommend them. I see Dr Brian Quon and I am very happy with him. He is a very good dentist and provides excellent dental care. Also the staff are all very nice and accommodating. If you need a good dentist you should choose Nice Teeth Dental in San Leandro.

I visited Nice Teeth Dental after having a negative experience at a different dentist office and the staff and dentist at NTD went above and beyond. I went in for a routine exam as a new patient and the receptionists, hygienist, assistant, and the dentist are all very professional, friendly, and detailed-oriented. They are focused on educating patients around preventive oral care and truly providing care for the patient and less about the business itself.

They are also very transparent and clear about the cost of everything and provide you with an itemized list. Scheduling was also very easy and they have modern equipment staying up to date on the latest dental technology. Would highly highly recommend!

I can't say enough! I always have a great dental experience at Nice Teeth Dental. I don't feel like I'm stepping into the 1960s in their office! The office is clean and welcoming. My whole family comes to this office, kids too. Not one bad experience. Nikki to care of me today she fast and thorough she really took care of me, in and out! I went to fix my front tooth and they did a really good job. The service was excellent and I'm so happy with the result. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. I'll definitely come back!

I've been coming here for a couple years now and I'm always happy with the consultation and results of their work. The dentists and all their staff are so friendly and courteous. My only issues are that this is a premium office and can be expensive and they are so busy it's hard to get scheduled in. They will however, give you a call or text if there is a last minute opening to see if you can fit it in your schedule Great team!

This is the place I had my front teeth repaired and made to look like movie star teeth! I have a new hygienist named Jennifer! She needed to give me a couple of shots in my mouth and did NOT hurt me! I hate shots in my mouth but if someone with the right touch does it, it's really not bad. Once I was numb, she got to work and I am super happy with the results. I've been coming to this office for years and my only son comes here.

Enough said? I think not! Dr Jason is a master at his craft and when things get deep, he's the one. I ONLY say "he's the one" about a handful of people. Thank you Nice Teeth! I will see you soon!

A few days ago My veneer fell off and I was so worried. Thank you to Doctor Jason Chen for fixing it in less than an hour without any pain. Finally I can smile with confidence again!.He's by far one of the best dentists I have seen. definitely recommended.

Very well organized and time sensitive. No down time and no waiting time. While I was not in a hurry I appreciate the sense of getting the job done.

I like the office it's clean, and up to date in technology. The staff is very friendly as well. So you may ask why a 3 instead of a 5. Well, I made an appointment over a month ago for a exam and cleaning. That process was pretty simple, they send you forms online and they ask for your insurance information up front as well. When I arrive, like I said earlier the staff is very friendly and the office is very neat.

I meet my new dentist, and the hygienist went through the normal procedures of X-rays. Then dentist returns and does oral exam and gives diagnosis. That all went great. Except they said I have to come back for a cleaning at another time, they only do exam for new patients in 1st appointment and cleaning on the next. Which would of been ok if they had told me that when I scheduled my appointment. But, I have never went to a new dentist and they didn't do an exam and cleaning in same appointment. It's hard enough to get one day off now I have to get two.

That was a bit frustrating so took 1 star off for that. The other thing that bother me was that they didn't tell me ahead of time that my insurance considered them out of network, which meant I have to pay more out of pocket. I know it's not their fault they are out of network. But Its a bit annoying they didn't tell me that up front so I could make my own decision if it's worth to pay more to see them.

Also now I have to find an in network dentist, and have to pay completely out pocket for the new dentist to give an exam and X-rays, because my insurance will only pay for the exam and X-rays once a year. I took two stars for this because I feel like They were not up front with pricing and because of that I have to pay more money out of pocket. I gave one star back because they waived my portion of the fee for the X-ray and exam. However, they still charged my insurance.

Dr. Chen is my guy he's probably the best dentist I ever had and his staff A1 service. I would give them 10 stars.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I came here after my friend referred me and every visit I've had here over the past couple years has been so smooth. From scheduling/rescheduling appointments, to appointment reminders, to cleanings/exams, everyone I've come across at this office has been so friendly, professional, and HONEST!

Before coming to Nice Teeth I always dreaded coming to the dentist because cleanings were always harsh and painful, but not here. They use modern up to date equipment and all the hygienists are skilled and gentle (shout out to Nikki!). I'm bummed that Nice Teeth is a bit too far for me to visit them regularly now that I moved out of the East Bay -- but I'd recommend this dental office to anyone. They're the best!

Nice Teeth Dental is always a great experience. There were temperatures checks, no touch hand sanitizer, and staff wearing masks. I felt very safe. My dental hygienist was great. Always love going to Nice Teeth Dental. I highly recommend to anyone seeking dental services.

Horrible horrible experience. Rude front desk. Just look at their negative reviews and you will see rude front staff is a recurring theme at this place. I recommend management take a look at how patients are being treated here. Yelpers beware, sort by negative reviews and you will see other experiences. Also if you notice, many of the positive reviews are left by people who have 0 or 1 friend on Yelp (newer accounts).which should be a red flag at the legitimacy of these reviews.

My experience: I booked an appointment for today June 7 at 3pm as a new patient. I submitted all my paperwork and confirmed my appointment via email (see screenshot). I took time off work, spent 20 dollars each way on Uber, when I get in she says she doesn't have me on the books. I showed her my email confirmation and she seems confused. Then the lady on the computer in the back glances over and says They texted me to reschedule and I never responded so they cancelled.

This is simply not true. I unsubscribed from texts a week ago but confirmed via email, also they never texted me like she said to reschedule. When I showed the lady my email and texts, she said oh it must have not gone through on our end. How is that my fault? Then I asked if they could see me and she said no. And then she kinda shrugged and let me walk out.

No apology, no let me try to squeeze you in, nothing. Horrible first time experience, I got an email this morning (way after I unsubscribed from texts) that I was confirmed. What a waste of my time and money. Of course technical difficulties happen, but how they treated me when they found out there was an issue on their end is unacceptable and horrible. See screenshots with dates, I got a confirmation email this morning and I never got a text to reschedule like she said.

I love their patience thoroughness cleanliness this is a great place I'm so glad I stumbled upon this Place!

Everyone is professional, kind and safety conscious during covid. Have been going here for 40 years. Great care- have seen three dentists and three hygienists. Explain everything and are so knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful and educational experience at Nice Teeth as a new patient. They use the latest and non-invasive technologies to provide the best treatment for a patient. Had a night guard made within the week after intense pain from eroded enamel that I thought was going to need invasive treatment. They provided an exam and incredibly informative second opinion. I love their reminder text/emails, friendly and enthusiastic staff. What a treat to find such an awesome dental clinic in the east bay! Thanks Nice Teeth!
