Bancroft Dental Care

It appears that this place has had a turnover in staff resulting in: lack of communication, necessary services and the COVID guidelines being adhered to. The young female doctor is rude and has no respect when you bring things to her attention.

No one likes the Dentist, but when you walk into Bancroft Dental office you feel welcomed. Greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile. Every single staff member that I dealt with was warm and friendly.

Just very very disappointed I only went to this place because they had a quiet a good review and it's close to my house. I was excited finally I am going to get my cleaning done however I am not the person who like to visit dentist as it's hard to get good one. Well my first visit was very disappointed very. First the assistant took me in and did all the pictures stuff I taught it was very fancy and after this guy comes in and so call doin cleaning and he did nothing nothing all he did checking my gums and teeth and next thing I know the lady who took picture and this had an argument infront of me.

Like I said the guy with earring did not do nothing so the girl told him you need clean and use the gel for numbness and clean and they had an argument than next thing you know Min the dentist came in and I taught she who is going to clean. And guess when she came in she said it's already clean I was like are you really serious about this. No customer service and she just looked at me crazy.

So guess what I told this ridiculous and I am very disappointed. She just ignored and she is the worst Dentist I ever met she don't even care at all. Not understanding how you guys got more review an my boyfriend goes there too and he is fine he got good dentist I guess. I lost my trust when both staff arguing in front me like they don't know what they doing. Just horrible experience. Hope they not charging my insurance as I am going to call my HR and let them know as well. Thank you for your wonderful services.

Today was my 6 year old first time to the dentist. She was very nervous and anxious. But, she quickly got over her nerves when she met the staff. everyone was so nice and friendly. They talked through every procedure on a level that made her feel warm and comfortable. After her procedures, they praised her and gave her a gift. She felt so special and she can't wait to return. Went in for my routine teeth cleaning. Dr. Chang, Mel (who did the X-Rays) and Adrian, the dental hygienist, all did excellent jobs. They explained every step and the before and after photos of the cleaning showed such a difference.

They are always kind and efficient at Bancroft Dental. They tell you what they're gonna do and what to expect and check in on you as they go along. The music they play is a great distraction. I can't say enough good things about this place. Let's face it nobody likes getting dental work, but they make it easy.

Yesterday was my first day visiting this office. I'm extremely nervous when going to the Dentist. Extremely nice welcome from the 2 ladies at the desk. Then another staff member, Ivory, took me in the back to do the xrays and took me to the exam room. Then, Dr. Min walked in and Introduce herself. Very pleasant and understanding of my needs. If you're a coward like me going to the Dentist, don't worry:. You'll be just fine.

Always a pleasure anytime I'm seen here. Even during the pandemic they are able to remain efficient and effective. Hygienists and dentists are knowledgeable and ready to answer questions or help in any way they can. Super friendly desk staff and a clean environment every time.

I Love this Dentist. Everyone is so Kind and Professional. The office is always clean and has such a good atmosphere. The Dentist and the Dental Assistants are Absolutely Wonderful. I've been pleased with their work and most importantly. Pain Free

The place is very clean. The atmosphere is nice. The Personnel are friendly and respond to the client's quickly. You are in and out promptly. As a new patient, I like the fact that the dental practitioners are confident /and competent and posses a great chairside manner. I feel as though I'm in good hands. for a newbie patient, that's a good thing.

I need to have more work done. I will be back to tell you more later. I went in for a quick recheck and nothing is changed. The staff is kind, friendly, patient. It's really a happy place to go to have your teeth worked on. That's a pretty good proposition.
