Le Chabot Dental

I don't remember the name of the gentleman who cleaned my teeth while Dr Le was out, but he was super thorough and meticulous. I'll be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

I was so very pleased. The dentist Dr. Alesha was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable as I tend to get nervous at the dentist. Her soothing manner and voice made me relax and her care was excellent in fixing my problem. Also the staff there were very mice and helpful. Dr. Le and his team are awesome. I was having some tooth pain and they were able to take me in immediately to diagnose the issue and get to the 'root' of the problem(pun intended). Thanks for taking care of me!

Dr. Lee, Autumn and the rest of the staff made me calm and assured that mr dental implant would be painless and comfortable. Before Dr Le sedated me he made sure I felt comfortable and answered my questions. The whole process was painless and being partially sedated it was like being in a dream. I was a little dopey after the procedure and I'm glad my wife came to pick me up and Dr Le helped escort me to her car. I f I need dental surgery in the future Dr Le is my man.

Le Chabot is THE PLACE to call when all others fail in the area of dental implant surgery. The staff is amazing and Dr. Le is extraordinary across the board. Even more astonishing is that the procedure cost was much less than normally charged in the area implant dentistry.

I've been coming to this location for years, and was feeling it was time to transition after a rather painful teeth cleaning a few months ago. My teeth are in overall pretty good condition. I felt the dentist was in a rush, and did not check in on pain and pressure during my cleaning. It was the most painful cleaning I ever had there or anywhere.

It just seemed she didnt care. I had a follow up appointment, giving me some time to think on it. Maybe she was just having a bad day. We all have them. But then I had a family emergency and had to be out of the area. I have never canceled the day of before, and rescheduled maybe once that I can think of in the years Ive been going here. Ive also come in early or at different time when they have asked or needed me to.

I had poor reception and the appointment did slip my mind. I will own that. Cause of my situation. The receptionist called me the day of my appointment, and already had an attitude on my voicemail, stating "I dont even know if you're coming in". I called back right away, feeling bad that I was not in the area. I explained that I had an emergency and apologized.

I at least wanted to let them know I wasnt coming in. I just received attitude from the receptionist, no offer to re-schedule, and she just ranted off the cancelation policy of $50 for under 48 hours, as if I do this on a regular. Again, been going here for years and treated like I just walked in off the street into their office for the first time.

I am unclear if they are charging me or not. But go ahead if you feel to. No compassion left in this world. Policy is policy I suppose. Anywho, this was just the sign needed to trust my original thought and find another dentist at this time. The energy of staff and the environment is important to me. And everyone has an emergency.

I love coming here to get my dental work done. Dr. Tai and her lovely assistant Autumn took great care of me and gave me nothing but great customer service. Wonderful staff and excellent work on my teeth. Can reccomend this place enough!

Always professional. They really know how to make you feel comfortable on every visit. Dr Le is very knowledgeable and explains what he will be doing next. Awesome.

This place is awesome! Dr. Le and staff are the friendliest, got my teeth cleaned, paid and left. it was that simple. No one trying to up-sell me anything or try to talk me into another procedure. Le Chabot Dental is straight forward, doesn't waste anyone's time. check out their Yelp reviews, pretty solid! To add - very clean inside with Covid-guidelines in place such as mask, sanitizer, etc etc.

I have never received such caring, professional and efficient/detailed services from any other dentist and dental assistant as I did with Dr. Le and Naya. Outstanding service in a very nice and clean office.

I've been coming to Le Chabot Dental for almost 5 years, and I have been exceedingly happy with the service I've received there. All members of their staff are courteous, professional and personable, the dentists are excellent, and the prices are extremely reasonable. They are also incredibly helpful with respect to scheduling, appointment reminders, and post-appointment follow-up. All in all, I can strongly recommend Le Chabot Dental to anyone looking for a good dentist in the San Leandro / Ashland / Hayward area.

Everyone is very professional and nice. Dentist Le is a wonderful person and knows what's his doing and take care of his patients.

My family and I have been going to see Dr. Andy Le for all of our dental needs. He's great at what he does! He has always been very responsive whenever we have a dental emergency. The front desk staff are great as well. We will definitely be back and recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Today's appointment was excellent! I was great as I walked in the door by the very warm front desk rep. She made sure I clearly understood what I needed to fill out. As soon as I completed my paperwork for first time guest I was called in immediately and X-rays were taken. The doctor came very shortly after asked for my desired results and began.

Although I was scheduled for a 30min appointment and she did inform I may have to wait because she had another scheduled appointment Dr. Lam was able to complete my entire procedure. I'm very well pleased with the service! Thank you for saving my tooth Dr. Lam!

I was so terrified to find out my trusty bridge work had to be replaced and went to see Dr. Alicia and Dr. Andy Le. I was advised to have dental implant which terrified me even more! It turned out to be the most supported and professional dental treatment which has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Le is strong, professional, very kind and empathetic and Dr. Alicia is very compassionate, thorough, gentle and very kind as well.

I am writing this review on the evening after my bone graft and implant procedure and already, I feel so happy I underwent this treatment. I love the whole staff, Anna, Lupe, Maggie, and everyone at the Clinic. So deeply grateful! Excellent dental care. We're sad to be moving and lose a great dentist but they took good care of us while we were here.

Le Chabot Dental is definitely an upgrade from my previous dental experiences. pluses: -no waiting extra time to be serviced. dentist spend time exclusively with me until they are finished, no shuttling between patients. -all dentists, assistants very professional, giving helpful hints, making sure everything is going properly -easy to find parking in neighborhood location. -waiting room isn't crammed full of patients. one is the usual number. -costs under my kaiser advantage program reasonable. -helpful post dental advice to watch for potential issues-pain maintenance, teeth care, etc.

I was really nervous about finding a new dentist after my family dentist retired. Le Chabot staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable from the moment you enter the office. The office is super clean and very modern. Dr. Le is warm, funny and thorough. I am a coward when it comes to pain and was so afraid of getting an implant.

I don't remember it hurting during the extraction of my tooth and I was amazed at how great my mouth felt after the extraction. Dr. Le used the Platelet Rich Plasma technique to promote healing and bone regeneration. This is noteworthy because it is a best practice that you might not have the opportunity to experience at most dental offices. Today was my one week checkup to look at the area where the implant will go. Everything looked great and I left with a big smile on my face to head back to SF. I would give the team at Le Chabot Dental 10 stars!

First time at this dentist. The girls at the front were so nice and sweet! I arrived early and they were able to get me started early too. I never waited. The assistant was super kind and gentle. Dr Alicia was so nice and patient. She gave me the best cleaning. So happy I went here.

Andy is the best! I travel all the way from Las Vegas to see him! I was in a life altering car accident on January 26, 2019 which caused me to lose my front teeth. Andy did the restoration process of the dental implants. He also performed some work to even out my bottom teeth. I got my teeth cleaned and whitened as well for a really good deal because Insurance doesn't pay for cosmetic work and the accident was my fault. Here is the final outcome of my dental implants!

Le Chabot Dental is my most favorite dentist ever. I had been putting off getting a dental implant for years, but after shopping around for so long, I had a good feeling about Dr. Le's work when I first came in. I'm so happy I was right - the implant process was long but was as smooth as could be. I can be a wimp with teeth stuff, but I was never in too much pain under Dr. Le's care. I now go to Le Chabot for all my dental needs!

Great customer service from the ladies working the front desk. We always get a phone call reminding us of our appointment. Our family has been attending this dental office for eleven years. We have moved to the tri-valley but we are willing to drive 30 minutes for the family friendly environment. Dr. Le and his staff are to be commended. Continue with the great work!

His positivity, his perfectionistic skills, and his overall care for people reveals itself in just one appointment. He is above normal standards, he is really the gold standard. One appointment can literally change your life.

You can't beat the first impression at Le Chabot Dental. The lobby is beautiful with plenty of seating space and a floral comforting scent flows through the air. Dr. Thai has a great attitude and so does the staff. Wouldn't ever want to change my dentist, totally satisfied right here!

Wow am I so ecstatic that we found Dr Thai. She has 40 years of experience and it shows. She is so personable. I really want to hang out with her one day. Today she is doing some extractions And preparing my darling for implants. I highly recommend her to everyone in the world
