Services
Our General, Cosmetic, and Implant Center offers a full array of dental services to help you maintain good oral health. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root.
All of the professionals at our Dental Center maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest technologies and procedures in dentistry. Dr. Vero was raised in the south Bronx and went to James Monroe High School. He received a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site or by calling our office at 914-476-0100. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier. We work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth.
Your first visit to our Dental Center establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During this visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know us. Went into the office with much trepidation, having not been for a check-up in 3 years, and looking to get a cap reinserted. Dr Fumo and team were wonderful. Transparent with pricing, procedure and options for the long-term. On every level I regarded this as one of my more enjoyable dentist appointments with a great longer-term resolution. Fully recommend for anyone with some anxiety about cost, transparency and integrity.

I have been a patient of Dr Vero's since he began practicing in Scarsdale, NY. He is the BEST dentist. His dentistry is perfection! He has "saved" my smile sooooo many times. Not only is Dr Vero an outstanding dentist, he is also a VERY caring person who is very funny and very easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can be scary sometimes. Not true with Dr Vero. Any time I've had a serious dental problem, I always knew I would be okay because Dr Vero would take care of it. Thanks Dr Vero! See you in September!

I have been seeing Dr. Vero for several years now. He and his staff are excellent. I have received very thorough teeth cleanings, as well as x-rays and cutting edge oral cancer screenings - everything needed to ensure my teeth stay in great shape. Everyone is so friendly! Dr. Vero always takes the time to answer any questions I have. The office is really the definition of great care.

This is a fantastic dental office! The highlight of this office is the front desk folks who schedule appointments, check insurance coverage, and call you to deal with issues and questions. They are so invested in making sure as much of my care is covered by insurance as possible and they always let me know ahead of time how much of a treatment will be covered by my insurance and what my payment will be - there are no surprise dental bills with these folks, they really care about making sure the treatment will be financially viable for you!
I see Dr. Fumo, and she is a really excellent and competent dentist! The dental hygienists are friendly and thorough, and don't make you feel bad for forgetting to floss and so on. Can't recommend highly enough, this is the best dental office I have been to!

I would not go anywhere else. I love this office so much, I drive in from Long Island just to come here. I have had extensive work done which required many trips in, but i assure you, it was well worth it. The work they do is excellent and methodical. Dr Vero was the only dentist that was willing to take on a major issue I had with implants done by another dentist.
He was the only one to researched the hardware that was already implanted and what to do to remove what was done and fix it. I have been coming to this office since 2015. Last year we finished my veneers and they look gorgeous! Friends and family commented on how great they look. I recommend this office and give it 5 + stars. aka. Diana Darrigan

I came to this practice after my dentist retired. From my first time there I knew that this was a wonderful dental practice. Unfortunately, I've needed a lot of work recently and it's nice to know that the dentists are competent, caring and take their time to discuss and explain procedures. At times they even stop and confer with each other regarding the various options there are for a specific problem.
In addition, the dentist called me after a procedure to ask how I was feeling. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It's more like a family than a cold, sterile office. if you need a dentist this is the place to go.

Took my dad here after many unsatisfactory dentist visits and weeks of pain. Dr. Fumo was extremely patient and listened to what my dad had to say and carefully examined him to figure out the problem. Finally we got some answers as to what could be wrong. Dr. Vero took time out to come talk to us as well. Very nice experience and highly recommend.

First and foremost I'd like to thank Dr. Vero and his staff on the most professionalism, courteously, non judge mental dentist office. I have visited. I had not seen a dentist in years because of bad experiences I had a bad tooth- ache and realized I could put it off any further, a co-worker suggested this office I was taken care of immediately.they started with analyzing my priority needs addressed them and even with me putting off root cannel, I started to have pain and on new years eve I had no choice but to have it done, DR.Vero waited for me that day although the office was closing and took care of me. I could not be happier with the service at Dr. Vero's office. The staff is super friendly, and the office is run very well. So far I've only been a handful of times but I'm very happy with not only the positive attitude with everyone in the office, but the quality of the dentistry. My teeth feel super clean, and the team takes the time to explain all the ins & outs of the procedures. I'm glad that after twenty something years, I have finally found a dentist that I actually like going to. A++!

Excellent experience all around at with Dr. Vero and his staff. My insurance was verified prior to me needing to go. I was seen almost immediately after arriving, was introduced to the staff, had my x-rays, cleaning, whitening consultation, and had my bonding on my front teeth shaped up all in one visit. Everyone was super friendly, efficient. and seemed great at their job. I'll actually be looking forward to going back to the dentist
