I called and left messages for cross county dental regarding a mouth guard. I spoke Christina the acting manager and she was extremely rude. She should have no rights to speak WITH patients as a called again today and she was rude. I guess I was asking to many questions as she put me on hold until Sabina answered. When I mentioned that I was a Dr Bauer's patient and ask her why she is so rude Christina Said Dr Bauer is not the boss I am.

My mom Deyse went there my sister natalie my daughter Tiffany and son Thomas my friends Lynne and many more have all been patients of Cross county dental. We all have the same feelings in common that the manager is Rude.

Took a wrong impression of my crown. Waited 2 weeks to get my gums ripped up for an hour to end up with a broken crown and having to wait another month. nice. The staff is kind and wait isn't too long so 2 stars for that.
