Ms. Cabo has been trained in all of the latest dental hygiene procedures. A thorough head and neck exam is performed at the hygiene visit to screen for oral cancer. In addition to taking the necessary x-rays and performing the gentlest dental cleaning you have ever had, Virginia is also qualified to painlessly place medicated chips in the gums to get rid of the bugs that cause gum disease and tooth loss when necessary. A new laser device is used to detect tooth decay. She is a Graduate of the dental hygiene program at Hostos Community College.

Rao graduated from New York University College of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He completed a general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx where he also served as Chief Resident, overseeing the treatment of twenty-five general practice residents.After working with several of the top world-renowned dentists throughout Manhattan and Westchester, Dr. Rao decided it was time to achieve his vision by opening his own private practice.

I used to love this dentist. I've recommended many people who began coming here from my employer. It wasn't until I had to reschedule due to death in my family twice throughout the pandemic and I was basically yelled at and scolded by the lady who answered the phone about this being my second time rescheduling. Not even giving me a chance to explain.
She just yelled! I asked to speak with a supervisor or the Dr. When she said she is some form of supervision. I wish I remembered her name so I can include in this review! I've never been talked to this way by ANY professional. I will never recommend anyone else nor will I ever be back. Hire people who know how to deal with people! Especially during a pandemic. HORRIBLE!

Bavar and Rao share the offices. This is for Dr. Rao considering he is at the same location. I had Dr. Rao and his staff are caring, helpful, informative, understanding, and clear. I had some dental work performed at my second visit, and a cleaning done at my first visit. I would strongly advise you to make Dr. Rao and this office your primary. I had a beautiful experience accompanied by great care and by professionals who actually enjoy doing what they do and work with you to get things done. This experience was one I have not had before and I'm for sure returning. :-

This is my first time having so much work done in my mouth and I was pleased with the out come. Mr. Rao, was patient, caring and gently with me. I am terrified at the sight of needles and he had a technique that he uses so that you don't even know that the needLe is in your gum. He is my Dentist and the best Dentist I have ever been to. The office is clean and the Staff is the BEST. I recommend Dr. Rao and this dental office to anyone who need the best care. Thank you

Dr Bavar was able to create a new molar for me - performing all of the steps and procedures so that I did not need to go to several dental specialists to get the tooth created. He has also taken care of a variety of dental projects which O have needed in the last 8 years. His rates are reasonable too. I would recommend Dr Bavar.

Dr. Bavar has been my dentist for probably more than 20 years. Trusting your dentist is important when it comes to your teeth, because if done poorly you end up with pain and a poor smile. I have complete faith in both Dr. Bavar and Dr. Rao. I live in Virginia now and I still go all the way to NY for my teeth.

Dr. Bavar is the best. Took his time in explaining my options and recommended what he felt what the correct way to go. I took his recommendation. Had implants done today which went smoothly. As I am writing this so far so good. He knows what he is doing. His staff is great. His assistant really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The office is professionally run and everyone is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the reminders and scheduling convenience Dr. Bavar's office offers. Barbara at the front desk is great. The hygienist and the dentist take their time to examine, explain and answer questions. Wonderful dental office. I have been going for years and am very happy.
