Eden Dental

I came on the internet to search for a dentist since most dentist have very poor customer service. To my surprise this is the first dentist I have ever seen with so many positive reviews. So, I decided to make an appointment to get my teeth clean. My first interaction over the phone was very pleasant. On my appointment date, the customer service representatives were very respectful, professional and efficient.

I had a 4pm appointment and I was seen exactly at 4pm. The dentist was awesome, he answers questions and he asked questions in a manner that is comforting. He is very friendly in a good way and is ready to discuss matters about your dental care. It is good to review business because if these people did not review this dental office then I would be stuck still search and probably would have gone to a awful office. Thank you to the dentist and his beautiful staff they made my day. No lonh waiting and my teeth was clean very well, they shinny now.lol

I have always been so afraid of the dentist (serious discomfort) but Dr. Koshy had always been so gentle, honest and kind! When I go there now I literally just lay back and let him take care of my teeth, knowing that he is literally doing the beat thing for me. I trust him with my not only my health but my daughter's as well. We are moving to the south soon but will fly up to see him because I don't think I could find anyone in dentistry more honest then him!

Dr Koshy is brilliant humble and hardworking. I recommend Eden Dental highly. His work is superb. He graduated from the top of his class at NYU dental school and it shows in his work! Dr Koshy is genuine and an all around nice man. I recommend Eden Dental without hesitation. I am blessed to sit in his chair

The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. Dr Koshy is through, quick and friendly and he only does what is necessary. Best dentist I have ever been to.

They were so great with my 2 yr old. I came from an office where they weren't that good with children. So this office was a breath of fresh air. Really appreciate the quality staff, dentist and dental assistant. Thank you for a great experience!

All the staff here is super friendly and the office is very clean. I came here for a second opinion, and a friend referral, after I went to Yonkers Ave Dental where the dentist didn't even look in my mouth, he decided off of x-rays alone that he wanted to pull out both top wisdom teeth as well as a tooth that I had just had a root canal on, which was upwards of $5,000. When I came to Eden, they saved the tooth that I had the root canal and didn't suggest removing my wisdom teeth at all. Couldn't be happier with Eden Dental.

Just had my first visit and I was very happy. Front desk was polite and courteous, the dental assistant informed me what will happen during my visit and the doctor heard my concern and didn't push for unnecessary dental work. I was surprised that they still used film for xrays instead of digital but otherwise the entire office was clean and organized.

Very friendly, clean, and professional. I have braces and im loving the results. Also im so comfortable coming here that i make sure i don't miss my every 6th month cleaning. I would recommend this dental especially because i have had many and very bad experiences at other dentals in the bronx. Cant wait for my son to be old enough to start his teeth cleaning lol

My experience at Eden Dental was life changing. The staff greeted me with warmth and kindness. Dr. Koshy explained the procedure that I would require with clarity and in detail. He made coming to the dentist a pleasure. I also love the ambiance of the office. It was modern, clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend Eden Dental to my friends and family.

I love this place. The staff is so great and friendly. Medical offices usually make me nervous but this dentist office really calms me and reassures me that I will always be fine and they joke with me : that really calms me. I never have to wait either once I come in they recognize who I am and they kindly tend my needs as soon as possible. Best place to go to! Highly recommended!

I was recommended to go here by a dear friend. I have a fear of dentists and have had not pleasent experiences but I took her at her word. The office itself was immaculately clean. The staff was extremely warm, friendly, helpful, polite and courteous. They made my time there as pleasent as possible. Susan in particular is amazing. She is such a gentle, and professional individual.

I was there for emergency work. I look forward to my upcoming visit and routine follow up. I highly recommend this dental practice. They keep a beautiful atmosphere and I look for this type of peace when visiting a Dr./Dentist office. It's a rare find. My personal rating 4.5 stars.

The dentist at Eden Dental continue to do a phenomenal job on my teeth. They not only are great dentist but it's a real warming environment throughout the office, which makes your experience that much more comforting. I highly recommend them!

This Dental office is nothing short of amazing. They take good care of all of us nurses in the offfice Park. They are compassionate, professional and very accommodating. The dentist is very understanding when it comes to being afraid of the procedures and patiently explains everything. I'm so glad I found him. Eden Dental is a pristine dental office. It has a very welcoming environment- everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and to make you feel at home. The dentist caught a dental health issue that over 6 other dentists had missed. True expertise. If you are looking for a dental office with old-school manners but new-school technology and methods then Eden Dental is the place for you.

My only regret is that I did not become a patient sooner. I even got a free toothbrush, a small but very kind gesture. I usually don't like going to the dentist but not anymore!

Eden dental is the BEST place for any dental work you may need. I had a huge fear of the dentist Bc of a bad past experience, but as long as I can come to Eden dental that fear is put to rest. First off parking is super easy, parking lot with plenty of spots right in front, from the second I walked in I felt comfortable, the office is spotless and as updated as can be. Newest equipment and the office is decorated quite nicely also.

I had an appointment (they are very accommodating and were able to see me ASAP) I walked in & was taken right away! I had some work done that DR. Koshy recommended to spread out and do it over 3 visits so I would feel as little pain as possible. He is very observant & immediately noticed my teeth were extremely sensitive just from doing a cleaning.

The visits were absolutely PAINLESS & I couldn't believe it. Dr. Koshy does EVERYTHING in his power to make sure you feel as little pain possible & is a perfectionist with his work. Seriously my fear of the dentist is GONE. I love this place so much & will NEVER go elsewhere.

Excellent service & dental care! Dr. Koshy and his staff are friendly, polite, and do their jobs well. The wait time was next to nothing and they were accommodating when I had to reschedule an appointment. I wish every doctor's office followed their model of caring service to patients. The staff at Eden Dental has been nothing but amazing to me in the past few years I've been visiting their office. Dr. Koshy is the absolutely amazing and always so gentle. Though I am just a naturally dramatic person lol. I've had my teeth whiten and with three sessions I was set and given the moldings to finish the treatment at home. My teeth now look excellent, I've also done a root canal and have had two of my wisdom teeth removed by him.

I couldn't have asked for a better dentist who is gentle, kind, and just makes their patient feel comfortable! Keep up the good word Dr. Koshy. Also his dental assistant Miledys always does a great job. They all do.

I had my second visit today after switching to a new Dentist, Both the hygienist and Dentist were very friendly and fast, which is important to me when trying to fit an appointment into my workday. I've seen other reviews about the receptionists, but I found her/them to be pleasant and helpful. The office is clean and family friendly. Dr. Suresh Koshy was comforting and made me feel at ease. He takes his time and engages with you during the whole procedure to ensure comfortability. So glad I was referred to this place!
