Just finished my treatment and I am happy with my results. I was very insecure for many years about my teeth and I've been to a few places where I was always given a very expensive quote for braces. At Willowbend Orthodontics the price was the lowest and most reasonable. The payment plan is flexible which is great. The staff is all very nice and welcoming. Dr. Jones always made me feel comfortable and made sure to answer any questions I had. I now feel more confident in myself and my smile.

When we moved here, every orthodontist said they handled transfer patients. All of them basically said they would take off the old ones, put on new ones for the entire time, and basically charge full price. But Willow Bend was different. They knew many different techniques and could easily handle braces put on by someone else. In the end, my child didn't have to go through extra time with braces or a painful transition and the cost was similar to the last few payments we would've been making to the old doctor.

Dr Jones is hands down the best in everything. I searched her up online and I am very proud to say that I did good. My daughter just got her braces removed and I know I will be missing taking her to her appointments. She is very kind, detailed, knowledgeable, and quick. Her staff is wonderful. Their morning pep talk before they start their day is just amazing.

I wish I could tell Dr. Jones how much her help has truly improved my confidence and smile. I had a impacted canine and crooked teeth overall and it took way less to get everything that needed to be done. Every orthodontist that I consulted with didn't necessarily provide me the information, reassurance, and time expectancy for my braces treatment.

Everything was done so well and smoothly at willowbend orthodontist and I can express how incredibly happy and full of joy after I got my braces off. I thank everyone on the team who's helped me throughout. You've truly changed my life as dramatic as it sounds!

Dr. Jones is absolutely an amazing doctor! My daughter has been her patient for the last 2 plus years and we are really happy about the results. Dr Jones is so incredibly friendly, patient with the kids and just positive! We think she's the best orthodontist in the metroplex!

My husband and I moved from Peru to the DFW area right in the middle of his orthodontic treatment. Close friends of ours recommended Dr. Jones at Willow Bend Orthodontics, and we're so glad they did! Dr. Jones and her team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They jumped right in and got us set up smoothly without losing any time. Dr. Jones helped facilitate and oversee my husband's long-term needs as he also had maxillofacial surgery.

The Willow Bend Orthodontics team was patient and incredibly kind as we worked through all those details. Dr. Jones' offices even have Spanish speakers, which was a huge plus and blessing. My husband was able to communicate and understand his procedures from start to finish. Dr. Tamara Jones and her team were fantastic! They were able to get me in quickly as a new patient from out of town to fix my retainer, which they did a great job fixing and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs an Orthodontics to check them out. I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for several years and it does not matter if I was there last week or 2 years ago, I receive nothing but the best service and compassion for my dental health. The office is very organized, and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would not trust my smile to anyone else. I'll start with Catherine and the ladies at the front desk. Their smiles welcomes you and and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable. They always works with my schedule and even let me go in during their lunch breaks for a valid reason. Dr. Tamara and her staff has the most gentle hands especially America. If only I can get her all the time. Dr. Tamara works with my teeth for quite sometime as I have stubborn teeth before we are both happy with the result before we decided to graduate.

I am very observant and I observed that Dr Jones and the staff are like family. They helped each other out. When one can't do it. One will help out. I think Dr Jones did great running her team.

Dr Tamara Jones & her staff are top notch! Their entire office operates with perfection in taking care of the patient & accommodating their appointments. Their "shining star" is making sure the patient is satisfied with the aesthetics of their teeth after orthodontics! That is something that one does not always find with some orthodontists. Dr Jones' office is truly amazing!
