I have my teeth cleaned here but last week ( October 20, 2021 ) I had to go in as I actually scooped out some of my skin in my upper mouth with a bagel chip ( Crazy ) and the skin was just dangling there. I had to drive 40 miles from Fort Worth by getting up at 5 am just to cut the trip down from 3 hours to 2. Anyway, Dr Johnson was not there but Dr Jaynes was and she saw me on short notice at 8 :40 am due to her staff coming in early and listening to messages whereby I could get in and others who needs to get in for a problem. This is a great office and staff and Dr. Jaynes just cut the "dangling skin" off and there was no bleeding.

Suzi in the front office, Dental Assistant Courtney, and Dr. Elizabeth Jaynes - they have each gone above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Jaynes for several years now. She is always friendly and easy to talk to. I trust her and that matters a lot to me. The Hygienist that I see is Karen. Karen is awesome. I have alot of nerve exposure and she is able to do a thorough job of cleaning my teeth without causing me pain. They are fortunate to have Karen on staff. C M

As always, my visit went extremely smooth. From the beginning at the front desk till the end they give superb patient service. The cleaning was painless even though I had my share of plaque. Dr. Johnson as well as his office are always upbeat, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall Johnson for any periodontal issues. They are on top of all COVID protocols.

I've had several appointments with Dr. Jaynes, and I would highly recommend her. I've never had a long wait time, everything in the office seems to run very efficiently. Dr. Jaynes is very nice and easy to talk to, the first time I visited she put me at ease while explaining my treatment. She's very kind and compassionate and funny, I enjoy talking to her. Her staff is excellent, and the office is warm and welcoming.

The professional staff is prompt, very efficient and informative as to any areas needing attention, changes due to new innovations and treatment that is deemed necessary. I have had four surgeries with Dr Jaynes. She is an amazing surgeon and a very caring person. She and her assistant, Julia, are in perfect sync during surgery. My surgeries were rather involved and included bone grafts, skin grafts, implants, etc. However, they were not unpleasant experiences at all. My recovery went very smoothly each time. Previously, I had some traumatic experiences in dentists' offices. However, I had only positive experiences in Dr. Jaynes' office. A++++++++++++++++++

I was referred here by my dentist for a periodontal procedure - root lengthening! I have SEVERE dental fear - but was greeted warmly by Dr. Jayne's dental assistant, Julia and by Dr. Jaynes herself. I recommend having an intake appointment to discuss a procedure and then coming back to have the procedure done on another day. I had many questions, and Dr. Jaynes answered all of them.and more!
On the day of the procedure, Julia was quick to assess that I was really nervous, and spent extra time just chatting to calm my nerves. I was able to explain what works for me (in the chair) to alleviate my anxiety, and these strategies were used during the procedure. When it was over, Dr. Jaynes made sure that I fully understood the follow up care and Julia stayed with me until the after effects of the nitrous cleared out of my system.
I received a very thorough follow up phone call the next day; Julia wanted to make sure that I was doing well - and again she reiterated that I should NOT hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns at all. I have never had periodontal surgery before, but if I have to have more, I will not hesitate to return to Dr. Jaynes, Julia, and this office!

Terrible place the front desk is rude they give you a glass of pills to take prior to your procedure then ask you to sit in their Lobby for an hour and a half until they take affect! Why not give the patient a prescription before they arrive? This place is horrible and by the way they don't take insurance and every procedure costs 5000! Horrible on all levels don come here!
