This rating is solely based on my interaction with Alexandra. I called to schedule an appointment with an endodontist and she was very helpful and catered to my needs. She gave me her undivided attention and demonstrated great professionalism. Once I received my appointment, I expressed to her that if there's any cancellations, to please notify me because I am experiencing tremendous pain.
She went back to the system to verify if there were any cancellations. She's such an angel, she happen to find a cancellation and schedule me in for that slot. Oh my goodness, I am forever grateful for her diligence. Thank you Alexandra for your help

Zero stars! Such a horrible experience. Alexandra the receptionist made an urgent appointment for a Friday at 3:30pm. She called same day saying there was a cancellation and if I can come earlier at 2:30. Went at 2:30 and waited over 2 hours, to still not be seen! Front desk was extremely rude and inconsiderate when questioned. Please don't bother coming here unless you plan to sit more than hours and and be disrespected. They really don't care about you or your time!

The first appointment was seamless, The overall experience was great. At that time i was referred to Marjorie Rivera who i was told would get back to me regarding treatment plan. It has been over 5 weeks and i have not heard from her in spite of the fact that i have made several calls and left numerous voice messages. I am truly disappointed with the service i was given.

I doubt they are "concerned" about our reviews but I am in the same position as the person who last reviewed. I have been calling over a week and no one picks up the phones at any of the extensions, even when messages are left. I called the other location where the dentist I saw works once a month, and the person I spoke with asked "Did you try emailing them", in a matter of fact way.
She gave me two emails, one from which I got a response asking for my DOB and then no further correspondence. If something is wrong with their phone lines, something should be posted somewhere or a notification sent out to patients. Otherwise, this office is quiet negligent.

I have been coming to this Dental office for over 25 years when it was ran by Dr. Fensterstock before becoming Concerned Dental Care. I absolutely used to think they were the best in the Bronx.well not so much now. Although I really like the Drs., Dental Assistants, , X-ray Techs and Hygienists, that front desk and finance office are the worst ever!
They are nice in person, but trying to get anything done on the phone is a nightmare! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! If you are lucky enough to get answered it's a brief conversation and you feel devalued as a customer when you hang up. The finance office manager is overwhelmed and even though you have insurance it seems as if you are still being charged for things you shouldn't have to pay for.
I've been attempting to get implants since Nov, 2021 and have been questioning certain charges that my insurance should be paying and the manager is not helping to get the issue resolved at all. Mindful that COVID has made things go much slower than usual I called her today, 4 months later to find out what's going on and she still has not put in the estimate with the insurance company to really clarify the charges.
The unfortunate thing is that I'm still not convinced she will today either. Begrudgingly, I guess after over 25 years, it's time to find a new Dentist. Concerned Dental is not really concerned at all.
