Dr Sandra Low is the best dentist I known. She is an angel sent to those of us that have phobias about going to the Dentist. I've been going to Dr. Low for many years and I can honestly say I have never experienced any pain durning any of my many procedures. Because of my fear of the dentist my teeth were dreadful especially after so many years of neglect.

I rate the service a 5 star! Dr Low is just so professional! I have been her patient for 10 -15 years snd i keep on going to her clinic all the time! I came to the office afraid and embarrassed by the condition of my teeth. As a divorced mom of three money never seemed to go very far. My priority was always my children and putting myself last. On my first visit I was greeted warmly by Faby. Fabulous Faby has an aura about her and eased some of my apprehension. Dr Low the 80 pound dynamo also greeted me with sensitivity and explained the treatment.
I was nervous but I immediately liked her. The staff is genuinely friendly and caring. They take pride in putting you at ease. I feel like they genuinely care about people. Fear is a powerful emotion and will cause someone not to seek help. Don't let fear defeat you.

I truly can say that this was my best dental visit I've ever had. Went for implants and information on my options, and they were very nice, informative and they made me feel so comfortable. They're very friendly and professional. I recommend . Update: Today I am the happiest woman because of my implants. I love Sandra Low and the crew there. Dr. Low gave me my confidence and life back.
I had five years of feeling depressed because of my teeth and now I can't believe how beautiful they look and I'm back. It was beautiful to see the team work. I couldn't be happier. I continue to recommend New York DMD if you want your smile back as well.

Love, Love. LOVE! The whole staff is amazing! Was referred by a colleague 3 yrs ago and It's the best dentist office I've been to. The girls at the front desk are always so courteous, Michelle is super gentle when cleaning my teeth and Sandra always seems to remember every single patient. Great attention to detail & assisted me with all my questions regarding dental health. Truly a great place! Highly recommended!

Dr. Low and her staff are amazing. The amount of care and professionalism they provide from the moment you walk in the door up to when you are home recovering is outstanding. There is plenty of communication and check-ins after your procedure. I am someone who has high level of anxiety at the dentist office. The work I had done with Dr. Low was painless and they provide a very comforting atmosphere. A+ So glad I found Dr.

I had visited 6 other dentists and specialists because of my complicated dental situation. No one could come up solid comprehensive plan to solve the problem before Dr. Low. Dr. Low and her team are very professional, compassionate and kind. It's nice that I don't have to see separate doctors for all the treatment I need (extraction, sinus lift, orthodontic treatment, and implant) can be done with one doctor. Despite of her busy schedule, Dr. Low spend time to answer all my questions. My treatment is still long way to go but I feel I am in good hands.

I'm having some rather extensive dental work performed by Dr. Low and came to her office because of so many five-star reviews. Dr. Low couldn't possibly be nicer, kinder, more professional or more gentle, she explains every step of the process and is incredibly patient and sensitive to any discomfort. Everybody on her staff is equally professional and courteous. Very satisfied with their work and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Low is a wonderful dentist and a fantastic orthodontist. I have had nunerous dentists over the years and Dr. Low is now my FOREVER dentist. I decided to get braces and was concerned as I was 46 at the time. Dr Low, suggested neuromuscular, so I would not have any teeth extracted. It may take longer, but the results are stellar. I wore braces for 6 years and I never minded having them. Dr.
Low was still my primary dentist, as well as my orthodontist. Her cleanings are thorough and her dental work is gentle, as well as thorough. She is professional, kind, so smart and fun. I highly recommend her and sometimes wish she was my doctor for everything. I do not live close by and Dr. Low is worth the commute. Lisa Lawrencr

Let me tell you people, I have had nightmare dentist after nightmare dentist. Long story short, this back-to-back series of sub-par dentistry ended in me having to get a root canal, a tooth extraction and subsequently a dental implant due to something that could have been a very easy fix a few years ago. You can imagine that having to get all of this painful and extremely expensive work done (which could have been avoided) has been pretty traumatic, especially as I'm only in my early 20's.
Through this, Dr. Low has been an absolute godsend. I found her at the end of last year through my insurance website and after reading the reviews, I decided to give her a shot. I am SO glad I did. Melissa (who, sadly, just left) is the most knowledgeable dental office employee I have ever encountered. The woman knows her way around insurance companies up, back, down and around. Friendly, funny and explains everything extremely thoroughly.
She will be greatly missed but I'm confident her replacement will be wonderful. Dr. Low herself is fantastic - very professional, kind and understanding. She has been very patient with me throughout the procedures (including not laughing me out of her office when I came back three times after the first part of the implant procedure because I was paranoid that something was wrong. (nothing was wrong)).

Dr Low has been my dentist since 2005, she is EXCELLENT! Easily the best dentist I've ever been to, I think she cares about my teeth more than I do. As a professional she is exemplary, thorough, and careful, plus her "Chair-side" manner is so amiable it's actually a pleasure to go to the dentist. I trust her completely. I moved out of NYC to Rockland county several years ago and thought I'd find a new dentist so I wouldn't have to commute.
After the 2 experiences I had, I made a B line back to dr Low and will continue to do so despite the commute. Dr Low always sees the procedure through, even over the course of months (several teeth have decided to try and make it on their own, haven't seen them since but their replacements are just as good), rather than piecemeal the procedure, which is what I've experienced elsewhere. Worthy of mention is the up-front of the operation; Dr Low's Office Manager-in-scrubs, Melissa, is a master navigator of the insurance companies and seems to be better at dealing/communicating with them (and explaining it!) than anyone I've encountered in medical admin. She noticeably makes the process easier. I highly recommend Dr Low, 10 out of 10, 5 stars, big smiley face.

Welcomed with a bright smile from Dr. Low's assistant Melissa, the velvet and soothing ambience of the surgery prepared my fearful feelings of my implant appointment, into that of a nostalgic visit home for the holidays encapsulating security and warmth. Dr. Low is as down to earth as you can get, and calmly talked me through the entire process.
You must have felt my fear and concerns. I soon forgot about all my fear of the implant. A successful visit, two amazing implants that naturally line up with my other teeth. It was inevitable that I had to give Dr. Low a big hug when it was all over. I could see why her other patients normally do the same. Hands down my favorite dentist! Thank you Dr. Low!

Sandra is a sweet wonderful person with a brand new (she moved) purposely designed dentist practice office. Her assistant Melissa is also wonderful, very warm and friendly. My wife and I have used Sandra for all our dental needs for several years now and I would never consider anyone else. Sandra gives good advice and is highly skilled with a great patient manner.
