Wonderful experience! Everyone made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. It is a rarity to find medical professionals who sincerely care about your comfort and health, not just tacking on charges. If you have a dental phobia or are worried about being rushed in and out, let me assure you: this is really a place where you will feel safe and cared for.

Everybody says they have the best dentist but they do NOT.! I have the best DENTIST! Nobody believes it when I say I love my dentist! Nobody believes it when I said during the Covid year & half that I can't wait to go back to my dentist! Everybody There is nobody better, not opinion, it's a fact. Her background is superb as "best dentist" Awards from every major CREDIBLE, reputable industry Journal.

She is absolutely brilliant, the most beautiful human being you'll ever meet, so kind, understanding, humble, honest, and fair. She could more for her services considering her background and accomplishments, but keeps her fees competitive unfair. Dr Sachar cares so much that she works out 2 plans: One plan is for your priority dental work; the 2nd for work that's important but can wait.

She also tells you the fees for each service and asks you how you feel about it. AND she listens. I could have stayed in her office another several hrs and been happy. Who leaves a dentist office wanting to spend more hours there! Her work is outstanding. I don't even think about my teeth when I go because I know I'm going to have the best dental work in the whole world and I'm going to leave so happy and relieved. Are you hesitant to start dentistry because your past or present dentist sends you out for certain work?

That won't happen here because Dr. Osterman, I specialist who does implants, comes to her Offices, weekly come or I suppose as needed. He did my implants on a really bad tooth in the back, and he was phenomenal! I have one more implant to do within one year and I am so happy and comfort to know he is with the dental practice still. I will not exclude her wonderful staff in my review.

She hires only the best! Keisha, the office manager, is a ray of sunshine, a joy! So gracious on the telephone and equally hospitable in person to ensure you are taken care of. Each assistant is so professional and informative. All I can say is this is the best dental practice in all of Manhattan and I would surely concur that it's probably the best in the USA.

I would not hesitate To recommend dr. Sachar and Dr. Wong 100% and I put this in writing. I would never consider any other dental practice even if it meant saving a couple of dollars. Sacrifice somewhere else but not with your mouth. I am retired and live just on pension and Social Security but I make it work. During a time of which I had a solid career, I just didn't have time to go to the dentist, so I thought.

What a mistake so don't make the same mistake I did. Make the time and you will never regret it. Unlike some physical issues people may have that could be corrected with diet and exercise, unfortunately that's not how it goes with teeth ha ha! I have been going to Sachar Dental for several years now, so this is not a review based on an initial impression or a one-off service. During each time I have had an appointment, I was greeted with a smile by individuals who welcomed me and made me at ease before the work started. I have never waited more than 5 min for my appointment and any and all needed work was properly explained to me.

If I needed any future work, they provided me with my options with absolutely no pressure. Also, any nsurance questions were always properly addressed before my appointment so there was never a need for a lengthy discussion on insurance coverage during my appointment. The fact that I can be in and out for a cleaning in about 30 minutes is also very much appreciated given my busy schedule; their location is also easy to get to from anywhere in Manhattan.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sachar Dental; it's a great practice that focuses on getting things done right and aims for perfect client service. Truly a pleasure, which is not something one usually says about going to the dentist.

Highly recommend. The entire staff (from the front office staff to the dentist herself) are so so nice and kind. I was really taken aback by how happy everyone was. Never knew a visit to the dentist office could be enjoyable and pleasant esp in NYC. Also, they are incredibly efficient and my teeth cleaning was very thorough. Perfection.

In my experience I have always been met with kind words upon entrance. They are extremely delicate and thorough when working and polite and cordial when you are not being worked on. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work and level of professionalism at Sachar Dental. Highly recommend this place, I've always left satisfied and comfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I visited this office once, was told I had 7 cavities and needed all four of my wisdom teeth extracted despite them not giving me any issues ever. I returned to my previous dentist because I was shocked at what I was told at Sachar Dental. Turns out I didn't need any of the dental work I got done including a terribly done filling that left my teeth with a huge gap perfect for getting food/bacteria trapped. Beware of this unnecessarily aggressive dentist.

Everyone was personable and professional. Hours are accommodating for a work schedule. Easy to find the building, make an appointment, and everything in between. Left with very clean teeth and my next appointment. Will be back in 6 months. Thank you!

I have been a patient at Sachar Dental for years now and I cannot say enough nice things about them. I recommend them to every one! My office and home are further away now and I will still travel to them. They are incredibly efficient (I always get called in on time), they are great at reminding me when I am due and are extremely flexible with my crazy schedule, everyone is really friendly, and the providers are knowledgeable and great at what they do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sachar Dental - Cosmetic Dentist and the entire staff are fantastic. They're all very attentive and caring. I came in for tooth sensitivity, and they made me a night brace that fits better than any mouthguard I've had. On top of it all, everyone is fun, and the office is exceptionally accommodating. Strongly recommend. A great team of dentists whose work I have seen personally. Fees are very reasonable for NYC. Dr Wong is excellent with cosmetics and Dr Sachar's extensive experience and leadership sets the tone for the office. A patient of mine did her research in finding this location and the work they performed was so impressive that I sought them out to send them patients in need of affordable cosmetic dentistry.

Went here a few times and was disappointed by them. Took them my nightguard that didn't fit well and they tried to adjust it but didn't fix it. Then I pointed out a strange gap in my teeth that had recently formed and doctor recommended $6,000 braces. Even though I later found out that the fix was easy as wearing my nightguard again. Felt like they were after money more than helping me out so I never returned. No follow up from staff

In my 27 years in New York, this is the best dental office I've ever had the pleasure to experience. The staff is extremely thorough and on top of their game every appointment I attend. They work as a well-oiled machine, from the desk manager to the hygienists to the dentists, Dr. Wong and Dr. Sachar. However, a machine-like performance does not mean they are cold or unemotional.every person in that office makes you feel like a special star that lit up their day the moment you walked in. There is only complete sincerity and professionalism at Dr. Sachar's office, and that, my friends, is the very best bottom line I could ask for. Thank you!

Always a good experience from the receptionist Keisha, , Dr. Wong on everyone makes you feel comfortable. I've recommended a few co-workers and they don't regret it they thank me all the time for referring them. I've been with Amy (does my cleaning)for a few years and she's awesome. Zero wait time.

I've been using this practice for about 2 years and I'm extremely satisfied with them. There's no wait time which is a huge plus. Staff is skilled and polite. Office is clean and organized and the front desk informed me today that they were doing a complete renovation. Most importantly with Dr. Sachar and her team, I feel like I'm in good hands and I trust them to give me the correct diagnosis and treatment every time. I wish more doctor's offices were as efficient as them. Thank you Sachar Dental team!

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The facility was fine but a little outdated definitely not modern. The doctor was nice and did a good job though she was not overly talkative and didn't tell me what she was doing while doing it. When I called on the phone they said a small chip in the front tooth would be around 200. The doctor herself commented on how small the chip was and I didn't really need to do anything unless it really bothered me.

I had told them at the front I had the yelp promotion. When they came in to let me know about billing they said it was going to be 300 but then 200 minus the promotion. making it the original price quoted on the phone. They can say it required more work whatever they want to justify the upsell. but the doctor herself commented again numerous times on how small the Chip was.

If you're going to give a yelp promotion then honor it don't charge me the same amount and then claim it's more. and I had to pay for the yelp promotion itself. I was looking for a deal obviously. Didn't get it got the original price.

I went back to Sachar Dental for a cracked tooth to be repaired. Dr. Wong was amazing, as usual. The procedure was painless and easy. I was seen on time with no waiting. The staff were super friendly as usual too. Drs. Sachar and Wong truly are the best dentists! Thank you!

Just got a cleaning here earlier today. I have never experienced such a motivated, experienced, positive, and caring staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being greeted by friends who haven't seen me for a while. Everyone was so excited that I was there. I was a first-time visitor so I filled out the paperwork which took less than two minutes.

I was then immediately welcomed into the patient room and a super friendly and knowledgable dental hygienist named Amy clean my teeth. She was professional and attentive the whole time. She always made sure that I was ok and gave me a very useful post-cleaning instruction following the procedure. Last but not least, Dr. Sandip Sachar was very welcoming and showed me around the office. This was amazing personalized service. I hope I never have any dental issues, but if I do, I will definitely be returning to Sachar dental. A++++

Sachar Dental's dentist Dr. Osterman saved my tooth! My old crown had fallen off and I was sure that I would need an implant. But Dr. Osterman kept the tooth and created a gold post to attach a new crown. The whole procedure was fast and efficient, not to mention pain-free. I cannot recommend enough the whole crew at Sachar Dental; they are true professionals!

Dr Sachar, is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, caring and guides you through each and every aspect of your dental procedure; regardless if its minor or major. Her level of expertise really shows, and I have had tremendous success from all her treatment plan. The entire team is stellar, highly recommended!

Had another great visit today! Absolutely love this dental office! Everyone is always so friendly and they all treat you like close friends and not just any random patient. Dr. Sachar is awesome, and literally gave me a great smile : by perfectly fixing a chipped tooth. The staff is warm and friendly, the practice uses the latest technologies and every visit is a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Amy, the dental hygienist is super nice and does a great job. She'll brief you on how you're doing after your cleaning and give maintenance advice. Dr. Wong has done filling on my chipped teeth and wows with her artistry. Dr. Sachar has been very nice when she's worked with me. It's a very congenial collaborate caring environment!

I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but when I visited the office of Dr. Sandip Sachar, I was so pleased, and so happy with the level of care I received, I had to comment. The office staff and her level of care, patience and the time she takes on each case is amazing. I had some minor work done, a while ago, but then some much more complicated & tedious work as well. Both treatments were as comforting and successful. Highly recommended.

I've always been uneasy about going to the dentist, which was drilled home even deeper with my dental experience prior to going to Dr. Sachar's office. From the very first time I visited Dr. Sachar's for a cleaning and exam, my view of dentist's visits changed and my anxiety disappeared. It starts with the front desk staff, who are super accommodating about scheduling. Pooja is an absolute all-star.

She greets you with a smile and is incredibly friendly. She's great at reminding you of upcoming appointments and working with you to reschedule when conflicts come up. I like this place so much that I was forgoing my insurance plan and paying out of pocket. When Pooja noticed this, she helped me find a way to change my insurance plan so I didn't need to pay out of pocket anymore. Also, it's not that she's a one-woman show. the other staff at the front desk have always been friendly and helpful as well, I just haven't dealt with them as often.

All of the hygienists I've seen have been knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging about bettering my hygiene behavior. They talk about their own experiences getting into good hygiene habits between visits rather than acting holier than though when you admit you haven't been flossing regularly. They are easy to relate to and make a real effort to make you feel comfortable.

The actual dentists also spend a good amount of time with you and make you feel like you matter to them. I have been there for regular cleanings, exams and x-rays. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. Really a breath of fresh air in an industry that is not known for being good at customer/patient care and service.
