Waited two weeks for an appointment only to get called the day before the appointment to be informed in a rude unapologetic manner that they could not keep the appointment and that their staff must have misunderstood what was needed (it was very clear and I was assured it would not be a problem and that they would be happy to help.) The staff needs to take a course in professional phone etiquette. Very unhappy with the entire situation and delay in care.
