Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was pleasantly surprised they recommended Invisalign for me as an adult when I thought I was going to need traditional braces. Will update this review if needed throughout the process, but just starting I am very pleased!

Just began my sons treatment in June and I've seen so much improvement in his treatment in just 2 months. Happy that he able to laugh and smile more and gets excited seeing his teeth change more and more.

Every visit is warm and welcoming! Me and my family is always greeted when we come through the doors with big smiles. The staff always seems in good spirits and a happy attitude. I love coming to this office, Sandra is always so helpful and Anhelica always makes sure we leave there happy and satisfied!

Both of our boys see Dr. Dickerson. He's been great at fixing the kids teeth, but he also has a wonderful personality and way of engaging with kids and adults. He's also incredibly calm and patient and that carries though to the staff as well. The office staff is so helpful and friendly and there is always a person to talk to when you call rather than an endless maze of menu choices!

The offices themselves are really nice and the one in Scottsdale has free frozen yogurt for the kids and all kinds of coffees for the adults. My favorite part of this office are the two massage chairs in the waiting room! The kids love the iPad room and it's always hard to pull them away from the movies they show in the treatment room. Dr. Dickerson is always so patient with my kids and in explaining things to us.

My younger son needed to come back the morning after an adjustment to fix a poking wire. Dr. Dickerson came in early to accommodate us. The staff felt so bad about that poking wire that they sent my younger son a handwritten note of apology with a Starbucks gift card inside! They've also sent other lovely notes to the kids to welcome them and to wish them happy birthdays. Dr. Dickerson has also been great about seeing my older son multiple times and on a moment's notice for lost brackets and broken wires.

For example, this summer we were leaving for a very long trip out of state and my son had broken a bracket. We were able to get into another one of Dickerson's offices first thing on a Monday morning on our way out of town. He even provides his cell phone number, so we can text him for emergencies like that (although he does like to say that there's never an orthodontic emergency!).

We had a great visit here! Our daughter started with visits in 2014 for evaluations and we trusted the Dr and staff to determine when braces were needed! She had a smooth visit getting the braces put on. Very friendly staff!

This is the the Best orthodontist I have ever been to! Everyone is so exceptionally friendly. The office is clean and beautiful! They love to spoil their clients. They have a homemade frozen yogurt mashine, coffee mashine and massage chairs. They give you fun size gifts at the end of your appointment! I felt so special there. The second you walk in you are greeted with very friendly people at the front desk! Arli, the sweet ortho assistant is so very sweet and professional. Lynne the manager and the doctor are also very kind and professional. I had a great experience here. This place is staffed with Genuinely friendly people who care about you.

I've just recently left my previous orthodontist. And was very nervous about a new place. But the young ladies made me feel very comfortable.very cool place Thanks Ladies.!

Dr. Dickerson and his staff has always treated my family and close friends with the most truth worthy care and I would recommend anyone to come to Dickerson Orthodontics to make their ideal smile come true! Thank you!

Very poor experience. Spent about $7000 and was treated like crap when I questioned the outcome. Basically, just an assembly line where the Dr gives you a smile and is on his way to the 6 other patients in the room and the assistants do the majority of the work. It is fine if you want a fun place with bubbly assistants but not if you want professional attention from a Dr. Children may think its fun getting frozen yogurt and playing video games but if results are your priority then go elsewhere.
