I needed a crown redone and another crown built up to reduce a gap to prevent food from getting caught. I had put it off as long as I could and I was REALLY anxious when I came in. I've had some bad experiences in healthcare and dentistry before, but Dr. Sullivan and his staff are very patient and concerned with my comfort, and they understand people have anxiety about dentists and don't make you feel bad about it. Emma was such a sweetheart and explained things as they progressed so I knew what to expect. She made sure I was okay every step of the process. I've been going to Dr. Sullivan for years and he really is an artist in dentistry. Thank you Dr. Sullivan & Emma!

I have been going to Dr. Sheldon for over 6 years now and have loved each and every experience! I always feel well-taken care of, seen, and heard. Dr. Sheldon and his team really take the time to make each visit comfortable, not only with their expertise and professionalism, but are also very accommodating for a relaxing experience. They offer soothing essential oils, a warm neck pillow, and hand waxing! They also take the time to get to know you personally and welcome you with a smile. I highly recommend!

Artistry in Dentistry has the best staff around. They are friendly, welcoming, professional, kind, and make me feel very comfortable. Scheduling has been efficient and easy. I have gone often this past year because of having Invisalign to straighten my teeth. Every step of the process has been satisfactory so far. Dr. Sullivan seems competent, skilled, friendly, and very well spoken of by his staff. My visits with him have been brief, yet adequate. I highly recommend this office for cosmetic and routine dentistry.

Been a patient for a couple months and had some sensitivity. Went in and they evaluated me same day, the Dr said I needed a root canal and got me in at 4pm. I was really overwhelmed with life in general and that was a tipping point. The entire staff was incredible, kind and just so helpful. I will never go to a different dentist. This office is immaculate and the staff really just makes it 12/10.

I just had to get two cavities worked on and the experience was amazing. I expressed concerns about becoming numb and how it doesn't usually numb during the first try. They took the time to triple check and numb again before any work was done. The procedure was quick and the assistant was sweet by keeping me informed throughout the whole thing. Thank you Artistry in Dentistry staff!

Terrible experience here. It has been a few years now but I feel compelled to share to hopefully help someone else avoid the experience I had. I found Doctor Sullivan in a business ranking publication. He had been highly rated so I decided to. Is it his office for a crown that I needed done. I was impressed by equipment in the office that created the crown right then while I waited.

Unfortunately the fit was not good and my gums became sore and I experienced pain. I called and asked to speak with Dr. Sullivan about it. He would not return my calls. Instead he had one of his staff call and tell me that upon further review the decay in my tooth was so significant I just needed a root canal. What?! This didn't seem right to me so I continued asking to speak with Dr. Sullivan.

He would never call me back. Finally his staff called and told me he was willing to redo the crown but only if I went to an oral surgeon first and had some of my gum tissue around the tooth removed so the crown would fit better. Again this didn't seem right but I felt I didn't have another option without spending a lot more money with another dentist and starting all over.

When my replacement crown was installed the anatomy (bumps and ridges) on the top of the tooth was completely ground down. It felt like a smooth scooped out dish instead of a normal tooth. This was disappointing but not as disappointing as Dr. Sullivans bedside manner. He seemed upset and gruff and aggressive throughout the procedure. I felt as if I was an annoying obstacle for him to get through to be on with whatever was next in his life.

I never returned and a short while later found my current dentist who did a beautiful job replacing that crown again and now I've had it fixed for 10+ years and never had any pain. He also restored some of the tooth anatomy that was ground down to nothing by Sullivan. Ironically my older brother had also found Dr. Sullivan the same way I did and visited a couple of times and was similarly unhappy with his dental care and left like I did.

Awesome experience having some dentistry care with Dr. Sullivan and his team. They are always professional and caring and nothing short of the best will do in their commitment to dental hygiene for their patients. They come highly recommended from our family to yours.

After waiting 3 years due to a horrible dental experience in WA state and after having received a marketing guide from Artistry in Dentistry and doing some research I made the decision it was time to get the dental care I was in desperate need of. My first consultation with Dr. Sullivan was Nov 22nd 2021. I had a follow up one week later. I was referred to an oral surgeon that Dr. Sullivan is completely aligned with and collaborated with for my entire procedure.

On Dec 29th, I had extensive oral surgery. I went in for my follow up on Jan 4th with Dr. Sullivan, feeling absolutely great. The plan for my care has fallen exactly where they said it would land. My biggest concern was TRUST. Dr. Sullivan and his entire team at Artistry in Dentistry gained mine almost immediately. I was seen during every appointment right on time, each member of their team did exactly the things they said they would do. From the front office, the administrative team, the tech staff to Dr. Sullivan, I truly had THE BEST dental experience I have ever had.

Dr. Sullivan provides top notch quality dentistry, always staying up to date with the latest techniques and technology, treating his patients as he would his own family. Having worked in the dental industry myself for over 18 years now, it's obvious to me that he, and every team member at Artistry In Dentistry, strive for nothing less than excellence in all they do. I'm proud to be a patient here, and trust my family is in great hands at Artistry In Dentistry!

Everyone who works here is always so kind. I have been coming here for years and never have I felt unwelcomed. They are always smiling and greet you and talk to you like you matter. Doris has been doing my hygiene visits the past couple times and she's such a sweetheart, gives great advice, and is wonderful to talk to. Dr. Sullivan is always kind and cares about his patients and Jackie is always smiling and takes great care of everyone who comes into the office. Thank you for always being the best dentist!

As a dentist Doctor Sullivan is phenomenal. He did implants for me and no one notices they're fake ever. I think he is one of the best in the city. However, he has had a change in front office staff and I have found them to be I unknowledgeable and incompetent. I have also found their sales tactics to be pushy as of late. I put up with it because he was such a good dentist, but I recently had a billing issue.

I was frustrated and asking questions, and the front office staff reacted unprofessionally and frankly hostile. I was sent an 8 paragraph email and after reading the second paragraph I stopped reading and decided to leave the practice. When I finally did go back and finish the email she claimed that she had spoken with the doctors and decided I wasn't a "fit" anymore.

So glad I had already decided to leave! Ridiculous that I am leaving a dentist I love because I asked some simple questions about record keeping and a bill that I just wanted to understand. What should have been a simple, I'm sorry for your frustration here's the answers, escalated ridiculously and unnecessarily.
