Always a stellar experience, so thankful for everyone at Pediatric Dental Specialists! We have been with the practice for over 20 years, Dr. Sherrill is absolutely the best!

Sweetest nurses and front desk women, they were so nice and so helpful when we had an emergency with my 2 year old daughter. The office is so clean, so kid friendly, it's the cutest thing I've ever seen. It makes the kids feel welcome when walking in. Will definitely be our new go to place, this was our first time here. I also wanna say, they're the only place that cared to answer me and get back with me at 8 in the morning with an emergency. No other dental place called me back or answered today, on a Thursday. It made this mom feel so much better.

My son is terrified of the dentist and had a bad experience with getting a cavity filled at another dentist. He need extensive work done and I couldn't be happier with how PDS treated him. They were compassionate, kind, and patient. The sedation and laughing gas helped my son relax so they could fix everything. They also gave him a great prize for being so good. I love PDS and would recommend them for your fearful kiddo!

Pediatric Dental Specialists is just the absolute best. My kids love going to the dentist. The office has a super fun train theme and the model train that circles the office is a great distraction while kids get their teeth cleaned. They see Dr. Sherrill who is kind, knowledgeable, and fun. Honestly, every hygienist, receptionist, and tech here is amazing with kids.

My older child had a thumb sucking habit and Dr. Sherrill told her if she could stop, she'd send her a present. When I tell you, absolutely nothing else worked--but my kid stopped for a Dr. Sherrill present. Last night an envelope arrived with squishy toys, a pen, and stickers. My kid was overjoyed. If this isn't above and beyond, but it's also just how Pediatric Dental Specialists are.

They also offer after hours support if your kid has a dental emergency--just in case your kid is using a cardboard box as a bobsled on the tile floor and things don't end well. Not that we've ever needed this service. I honestly can't say enough good things about this office.

The Anesthesiologist was very thorough in explaining the procedure and how they were gonna accommodate his needs, with Type 1 Diabetes. The dentist was very informative also and kept us in the loop as things changed. They were very caring for our son and would reccomend them to everyone! They made it a total relief for something extremely new and unknown in our lives. Thanks again!

So happy I found this place! They are wonderful with my 3 and 4 year old girls! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love that we don't have to wait either, always go in right at our appointment times. Highly Recommend!

The staff is amazing and so sweet with my 4 and 6 year old daughters. Our appointments are quick but thorough which I appreciate with two timid girls! I actually was a patient of Dr Ball and loved my experience I had as a kid, and was a no brained to also bring my daughters here. We stayed with Pediatric Dental Specialists after Dr Ball retired because the rest of the staff is just as amazing as he was. We are now with Dr Sherrill and she is fantastic. I 100% recommend.

Today was my baby's first visit and it was wonderful, Dr. clark's attention was excellent he explains everything very well I am very happy that I found a good dentist for my daughter and the staff very friendly

Dont be shocked. This office is in process of being remodeled. I found this place because I saw the play equipment from across the road as my children played at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve and the Library and we went to investigate. I was in need of a good pediatric dentist. I have a special needs son that no other dental office could handle without sedation.

This place was fantastic. They match us up with the perfect dentist, Dr. Clark who was able to gain my son's trust and was able to perform normal dentistry. Their lobby is very fun and engaging. It is Train Themed to the max! A model train chuggs its way around the ceiling that even travels into the the back office then back around up front. I love how the train theme continues everywhere you look.

It is so delightful to go for our visits. If you kid is train crazy, this is the place for you. It's truly a place to smile about. The best part is that the kids can play on the climbing equipment just outside in the courtyard. Or your kids can watch movies in their mock train station. This place is so perfect.

Sometimes going to the Doctors is not always a walk in the park. This office are full of good people and i am very fortunate to have found y'all. I do not know how to thank you for what you did for my son. You guys are awesome! Dr. Sherrill Dr. Christiansen I am in your debt

Dr. Creech is amazing! We have been taking my daughter since she was 1 and now she is 5 years old and loves going to the dentist! Dr. Creech is so personable and has always put my daughter at ease when going to the dentist! This office gives amazing customer service and always goes above and beyond to make the experience great! You can tell that. everyone there loves their job and what they do!

During this pandemic and mask wearing; they added special touches by having buttons with their face on them so the kids can see what they look like even with their mask on! It's all in the details and this office knows how to do it! Thank you Dr. Creech and your staff! We are lucky to have found your office.

Best of the best! It is obvious that everyone in this office loves working with kids! They did a wonderful job of keeping my daughter calm and happy. Also, their train theme is adorable! Second visit and couldn't be happier!

I been in the dental field for over 25 yrs and this is were I take my kids for their dental needs. I can't recommend Dr. Creech and his entire team enough, they are handsdown the best and we appreciate everything they do to make our kids feel comfortable!

Today, we saw Dr. Creech for the second time. So far, my son loves going to his office because of the train-themed wall/decor. The staff is friendly and polite on the phone. Dr. Creech is great, he addressed my concerns and educated me about my son's dental hygiene.

My daughter is super fearful of the dentist. We've always tried to talk it up and make it a fun experience, but she's wary of new things in general. That being said, she wasn't thrilled when we got there. However, Miss Ashley took her back with a wonderful happy tone to her voice (can't see smiles due to Covid obviously) and she showed her name badge that had her picture on it.

My daughter sat on my lap and would not open to save her life. Miss Tanya helped her calm down and through a LOT of patience, was able to get every part of the appointment completed. This hygienist is a GEM. She warmed her up for the Dr, who then came in to do an exam. I just have to give this office all the praise for how well they treat children. THESE PEOPLE are the reason I take my child to a pediatric dentist, and specifically this office. They're kid whisperers. :)

We go to the Chandler location. Both of my children started out or are currently very apprehensive during dental visits and all of the staff members - especially Dr. Sherrill and Gwen - are the most patient, kind, and gentle I have ever seen while taking their time and easing my girls into each step. Thank you!

The PDC staff is excellent from start to finish! We had a small emergency and we were able to get in with Dr. Kimi Sherrill - what an amazing job she did with our 3 year old! Patient, gentle, and very good at her job! =

I remember hating the dentist when I was a kid. My kids love this place. The office is a perfect little bit of whimsy--trains! The dentists are amazingly knowledgeable and constantly accessible in case of emergency. The hygienist are so good at their jobs they make the kids think getting their teeth cleaned is fun. And not that it matters, but the toys is the goody bags are just the best.

This was our first time and the staffs are really friendly and welcoming. My son is usually nervous when he's in at any Dr. office but he was completely at ease and chatted away. Nancy, Gwen, and Dr. Sherrill were GREAT!

Dr Clark has the best bedside manner with all four of my daughters PLUS he takes his time talking with me. I have referred dozens of friends to the office. On a side note we also love Dr Sherrill and we started at the practice with the founder Dr Creech.

Super awesome place to bring your kiddos in for dental work! Dr. Clark is my son's dentist specialist there and he is AWESOME! He always makes sure that my son is comfortable and is doing good! He and staff are so good to my little man. They treat him well, they make him feel at home, they talk him through each procedure and just are great with him!

They communicate well with me and always let me know the issues, the options and how it would affect him. Thank you Dr. Clark and Staff for being so great, caring and super friendly with us!

I took my two year old daughter Madelyn to see Dr. Creech and we had an awesome experience! She loved playing with the trains while we waited a few minutes for her appointment. Then, once in the room, Dr. Creech had Madelyn entertained going up and down in the dental exam chair while we talked. At the end of her visit she got a cute pink hedgehog and new blue shirt along with a new toothbrush! Awesome staff and place!

Dr. Sherrill has been our primary dentist from day one for both of the kiddos and they create an inviting atmosphere for the kids. Appointments are needed so make sure u schedule in advance as I know they have 2 locations. The train theme in the waiting room is cool with a TV playing something for the kids to pass the time. One thing I will say is that we start the appointments on time every time so we don't spend too much time waiting unless we are early.

The actual train set riding around the bays up above is great and adds a bit of a distraction for everyone. Behind the bays are seating areas for parents l. It's great to hear everything from the kids and the staff. The staff is great and they really know how to interact with the kids and make them feel comfortable. During the holiday's everyone is in the spirit dressed in holiday scrubs/pj's with the Polar Express movie and sounds playing.

When you leave you always get a clear update about your kids. what to do, what to keep doing or what to add, but they also engage the kids to be a part of the process so it's not just on you. Definitely, a place we feel great about when it comes to our kid's dental hygiene and we've recommended to many friends and family.

This place is definitely deserves a 5 star rating. From beginning to end everyone was sweet and pleasant to talk to. My little boy is very shy but opened right up to everyone and we both loved the goodie bag they gave out! Kids cavity free are entered in a drawing and if they win they get a prize, I wish they did that when I was younger!

My kids have now had 2 check ups there and I still love them! They are so so sweet to the kids and REALLY understanding! My 4 year old was so comfortable with them she didn't even need me in the room, while I was attending my 2 year old next door. My 2 year wouldn't budge for them and they couldn't have been any nicer about it! Even though my daughter wouldn't open her mouth for Claudia, she kept her laughing and smiling the entire time!

They helped keep one of my kids entertained while I was with the other with crayons and color books. I highly recommend this office for your kiddos! They are very friendly, understanding and the kids love them!

I took my daughter in for a consult because she has had traumatic expirience with dental extractions. They made her feel welcomed even a lady that wasnt her nurse comforted her while waiting for the doctor. Dr. took the time to explain the different options to make the procedure less intense and asked questions of her to evaluate her anxiety level. Even though she has been with her current dentist for 9 years Im going to transfer to this clinic!

Today was our first visit and we couldn't be happier. The kids loved the trains and I was really impressed with the staff! Clean, organized and friendly. My son is actually looking forward to the next visit! Keep up the good work!

Been taking my kids here for more than 7 years. Its a fun place that really tries to make the kids comfortable. From toys and trains, to sunglasses in the chair to block the bright lights. Friendly staff and a good reminder system. Very happy with them. When my oldest kid first started going there she was in an "uncooperative" stage that made all kids of appointments difficult (eye doctor, photos, etc) but they always handled her so well.

The office was so clean and fun. Trains galore! They even have a track overhead so kids can see the motorized trains go by while in the chair. The staff was so great with kids! The hygienist took lots of time to talk and play with my 3.5 year old. She showed him how all the tools work in a way that made them seem fun. He was so relaxed and cooperative!

I can't stress enough how important this is! I have been to OTHER places where they hold kids down crying while saying, "we're almost done" for what feels like an eternity. That did not happen here! My son let them do cleaning, ex-rays and exam with no fuss because they took time with him and made him feel happy. He was so excited on the way home to show his siblings his prizes from the dentist afterward.

The administrative staff was very polite and helpful too, which is not always easy to find these days. We do not have good dental insurance and this place is out of network so it will likely be out of pocket. But my son has had extensive dental needs, so with that in mind, the fees are reasonable in my opinion. Plus it is so WORTH IT in order to avoid dental trauma in the young years! Plans for the next visit were clearly explained and they made sure we as parents were comfortable with the plan.

And estimated costs were clearly printed out. I took a month and a half researching OTHER dentists in network too, but with all the bad reviews or with office staff at other places telling me that he would be strapped down in a papoose board, I finally went to Pediatric Dental Specialists and I'm glad I did! (This was a referral from our regular dentist, she said she takes her kids here because avoiding traumatic experiences are so important for future dental visits!)

I came to their office because my daughter needed a tooth pulled and we couldn't do it with her regular dentist. This place was absolutely amazing. If this place is in network for your insurance, go there! The staff is so friendly the doctors are so personable and the tooth extraction was absolutely painless for my daughter. Highly recommended place for kids!

I can't begin to thank pediatric dental associates enough for their work and caring for my four year old girl. She has been a patient since she was two and has a complex dental/medical history. We started here on high recommendation and now have recommended this office to several friends. At the last visit, hygienist Claudia took her time with our little girl, explaining all the steps, talking about kids stuff ("Frozen, " spaghetti.), and building our daughter's confidence in the dental chair. Dr. Creech, of course, is one of the most well known pediatric dentists in the Valley (and even teaches at the dental school) and has managed our daughter's case remarkably.

He is conservative with treatment and the work he has done has been fantastic. He runs a great office and has long-term employees (Claudia as worked with him for 25 years!). What more could we ask for?

Absolutely incredible staff. Amazing doctor. They made my son feel comfortable and welcome. They explained everything to me. Best dental officefor a pediatric doctor in town. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Creech is amazing and was recommended to me by a friend. The training on the ceiling was incredible and my child loved it.
