I grew up going to this place but I will no longer be a patient there. The staff is rude and lousy. When you first walk in they're pre-screening you in the middle of the lobby shouting all of your personal business. The nurse that's supposed to take your temperature when you first come in doesn't even give you a heads up she just started walking towards me TELLING me after she was already in the process of the action that she was taking my temperature.
My appointment felt rushed and I got their early and wasn't seen until almost an hour after my appointment time. I don't know if common sense and professionalism went out the window with Covid but their customer service has gotten worst over the years and I transferred to another clinic. They have to do better.

They used to be good. Now they have given me a student in replacement for my last visit and they were terrible. I have been unable to make an appointment in the last 4 months. I call and only get a recording about leaving a call back but get no return call. My doctor is good but if I can't find them I have to go elsewhere like you should. The staff is mostly inept.and likely because Montefiore is just money crazy. They overwork and understaff.

Is the worst stuff I ever seen the doctors is worst than the nurses, they are so unprofessional is the place where you can go and they give you surgery without Letting you know what you have and ask you your opinion of what they gonna do with your own body, the doctor don't speak to you at all is the worst experience of my entire life I don't recommend this place at all. I read the reviews before and IGNORED them but today I regret it because I walked in there fine and get out sick only if I could I will report those doctors.

I went today to get a tooth extracted. I Saw Dr. Alex. Let me say thism I really had a bad experience with dentist. I dont like going to them unless its an emergency. but now i finially made an appointment to see them for my regular check. Dr. Alex took me through the whole procedure thoroughly. And he is very gentle with everything he has done. Thank you Dr. Alex for making my experience better then before. see you in november.

Regretfully I have been going here for years they stay canceling your appointments without the patients concent and never have appointments available! I understand it's a rural area but they must do better and hire more staff in order to give the people of the bronx a better care service especially when it is about their health!

I arrived at 1:45 for a 2pm appointment. At 3:15 my wife went to check what was taking so long and discovered that the intake information was not entered into the system and no one knew that I was there. Still waiting to see the nurse then hopefully today I will see the doctor. This is one he'll of a place to come if you need medical care.

This hospital is trash to say the least. While some of the doctors and staffs are compliant and good mannered, the waiting time is HORRIBLE. I am not sure if Montefiore is overbooking patients or if there's a lack of doctors, whatever the cause is, this makes everything else go slow. I do not recommend this clinic, especially if you are in rush or simply an impatient person. Coming in for a vaccination should not take 3 hours plus -- that is beyond ridiculous and INCONSIDERATE.
