The staff is great, the place is nicely decorated and clean and the service is always great. Every time my daughter had an appointment, she was seen promptly. The prices are reasonable and their payment plans, too. The results were the one expected. Happy Mommy and beautiful daughter!

The environment is safe and welcoming (Recently thought COVID/ the precautions they've taken are consistent, considerate, and effective for the safety of the patients and their teammates.) When you make it to the patient chair you will come to know the team members such as Mayde, Coco, Diana, Addie, and Rosie. And by the time you read this and there is another teammate, rest assured that they are great!

The two locations are conveniently located within 5 minutes of interstates, meaning traveling to for the most part is straightforward. I've been a patient of Dr. Carroll and her team the last 2 years. This week I finally got my braces off and I am so pleased by my results! I highly recommend Creative Orthodontic Associates! I had Invisalign (as an adult) and I absolutely loved my experience. Dr. Carroll and her staff are very experienced and really make you feel comfortable. They are friendly, professional, and experts at what they do. My Invisalign treatment went according to schedule and I was offered a great price.

The orthodontist here are amazing. They were extremely tentative throughout the whole process of my braces. They are amazing with scheduling and very understanding about any rearrangements. I also work with multiple offices so I find myself in different areas of Miami throughout the month. So Creative Orthodontist having more than one office in Miami was a big help as well. Dr. Carroll's team is like family! Always very courteous, cordial and flexible. Dr. Carroll is very knowledgeable and thorough- she educated me on how my overbite would translate long term and taught me how teeth movement affects later tooth decay and loss. I was on my braces journey for two years and thanks to her I wear my retainer every night. 3 years after my last visit my teeth are still perfect. Thank you Dr. Carroll! Your passion for the work that you do translates into patients who take their oral health more seriously.

What a pleasant experience with Dr. Carroll and her staff- BOTH locations. Everyone is extremely friendly, patient, and professional. We received reminders before our appointments, didn't have any issues scheduling appointments, had questions answered in a timely manner, and plenty of parking! Payment plan was easy to understand- great two years with this office. Even gave my child a celebration goody bag- really knows how to take care of their patients- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I really recommend Creative Orthodontist Associates. The first time we when to the office we love the staff and the doctors. They are nice, courteous and professionals. My son love the two doctors they always have a smile on his face. The waiting room is nice and you never have to wait long to see the doctor.
