Arcadia Dental Arts

When thinking of my first experience with Arcadia Dental Arts this morning, I think of people - sincere, open, competent, thorough, professional, fun-living, serious people. I mean that. A visit to the dentist's office that was truly a pleasure. Really? Yes. I had even made note of Kim's name when I made my appointment, just because of those qualities.

Then when I walked in, I met Alba.who did all the prep work, pictures, and x-rays. Next, Dr John, who was more thorough in finding out the condition and health of my teeth, and all associated muscles and hinges than I knew existed; who then listed all the options, with the pros and cons, and answered my questions. Then on to MJ for cleaning. Have I had my teeth as well cleaned and attended to before?

My questions answered so thoroughly? If so. I don't recall it. Each of these people were a continuation of what I felt about Kim when I made my appointment.who I then spoke with as I exited. Yes, she confirmed once again, my original perception. It seems illogical to say that it was a pleasure to visit the dentist's office, but I must! :

As a wife of someone who is terrified of the dentist, this was the absolute BEST experience we have ever had. From the front office who was so kind to my 2 year old, to the attentive assistant and detailed hygienist, I couldn't rave more! Dr. Pappas has the best bed side manner, is very thorough and patient. He explained and prioritized everything to meet our needs and concerns. The office is beautiful as well! This is definitely our dental family now, and I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful dental clinic with amazing staff and expertise. I will continue to go back to Arcadia Dental Arts and highly recommend new folks to try it out.

If you don't have insurance, go elsewhere. I am a single mother of 2 college students and chose this place for our family based on the reviews and location. I naively didn't ask for estimates ahead of time and they don't provide them for you proactively. Fillings were 2-3 times what other dentists charge and they did 5 on one of my kids, which I really question were necessary.

I learned my lesson. I am guessing all of the reviews here are from people with dental insurance. Update in response to owner: how would a 19-year old understand what is a reasonable charge before signing? I feel that you exploited the naivety of a teenager. I do take responsibility for not intervening, but like I said, I've learned my lesson.

I decided to go to Arcadia Dental Arts after not having been to a dentist in a while due to a terribly traumatic experience with my previous dentist. I was immediately put at ease with Dr. Pappas and his caring and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Pappas gave me the most thorough initial exam I have ever had and always came in to check with me and my progress even when I was just there for a cleaning or whitening. Christina and all of the hygienists, assistants, and receptionists are patient, caring, and highly skilled.

After just completing everything on my treatment plan yesterday I can say I am thrilled with the way my mouth and teeth look and feel, and my smile has been completely transformed! As a nurse and a patient I can only give them my highest recommendation and I am so grateful for their care.

Been coming here for years. Clean and professional. They treat you as part of the family. But more importantly, they know what they're doing when it comes to teeth. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

The most friendly staff I've seen anywhere, so refreshing! Dr. Pappas gives the most thorough exam I've ever had in 41 years of living! He took his time and explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. I live about 45 minutes away and it's worth every mile driven to have such great care! Thank you, Dr. Pappas and staff!

I recently had some fillings done and now I'm too scared to ever have any more dental work done. Not only am I still having pain when I eat, but the numbing wore off while my fillings were being done. I let them know when it happened and the first time they injected more lidocaine. The second time I noticed it wore off, they did not give me anything more to numb it and pressured me into just simply finishing. It was one of the worst pains of my life to only create a new problem.

Absolutely a most pleasant, professional & skilled dentist and staff. Dr. John Pappas is thorough, takes and to explain options. He's highly skilled and the office has top notch dental assistants and is equipped with state of the art equipment and ultra clean and careful COVID 19 precautions. The policies and incredible office staff and make it possible to work with them on scheduling and payment options. I can't recommend them enough!

Just had my first visit at Arcadia Dental Arts and loved it! Kim was nice enough to squeeze my appointment in on short notice and my experience could not have been better. Big thanks to Kim, Christina, Dr Pappas, and MJ for being warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun. Had many laughs with all of them while getting examined and my teeth were cleaned. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend to check them out!

I sincerely appreciated Dr. Pappas' and his staff's kind and caring attitude toward getting me in for an emergency appointment. Arcadia Dental Arts is hands down the best dental office, I've ever been to. They are exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. Every person in the office goes above and beyond to answer questions and ensure that you have a positive experience. Dr. Pappas is a true artist and completely transformed my smile. I had really old cosmetic work that looked horrible, and he fixed it perfectly. I truly cannot say enough good things about this office!
