Our goal is to support oral health, educate clients about hygiene, and protect natural teeth. Even if your oral care is of a high standard, the teeth and gums can still be susceptible to infection, disease, cavities, cracks, and other minor issues. Comprehensive examinations of the mouth, teeth, gum tissues, and supporting bone structures can detect early signs of problematic conditions that can be cared for with simple treatments.
Madison Avenue Smiles has an on-site dental lab that provides patients with thorough and convenient dental services. We provide patients with custom restorations created using the most advanced technology available. Dr. Ceccacci and our dental laboratory technician, Dmitriy, collaborate to ensure dental appliances are meticulously fabricated for form, function, and esthetics. This in-house lab offers a custom service to patients that guarantees expedient delivery and superior quality.
Photo biomodulation, or Low Light Level Therapy (LLLT), transmits natural wavelengths to stimulate cells in the regeneration processes. The wave absorption, produced by phototherapy by components of the cellular respiratory chain, stimulates the fabrication of molecules in ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) form.

I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime but this place is the best. The staff is so friendly and professional. Doctor is exceptional. He listens to what you have to say and explains everything that he is doing during your procedure and makes sure that you are comfortable. It takes me close to an hour to get to his office but it’s well worth the drive.

My visit was exceptional, Christina is patient, caring, and always communicates what she's doing, a true professional.
