This review is a warning to absolutely not pursue business with this doctor. I initially went to him to fix my crowns and to better my smile because supposedly he advertised himself as "Dr. Smile". After my first visit, I started to have terrible pain and severe heat and cold sensitivity in my teeth. I contacted him and he said to not worry about my pain and that it was normal.

I went to get two different dental practices to get second opinions in Orlando. Both told me that the crowns were cemented improperly. After a long month of suffering, I finally persuaded him to fix the damage and he made it worse this time. The pain was more intense and I had a terrible bad smell( I was so embarrassed to talk or smile) The mediocrity of his work bled into my personal and professional life, where after a week of repairing the crowns; it fell out while I was eating with both clients and friends( this was one of the the most horrible days of my life) I tried reaching out to him and even sent multiple photos and X-rays on the issue.

He didn't offer to fix them and did not have basic empathy toward his clients' suffering. I sent him pictures of my fallen crown, I have cried, I have begged him to do something about this matter or at least pay for the damages he caused. Instead, he has refused to give me my money back or fixing his wrong doing, and only gave me excuses. I have been to 4 different dentist to fix my crowns and they all have refused to treat me.

They all were in shock when they heard that Dr Smile had refused to fix my broken crowns and the crowns that are not segmented properly despite all the evidence from Xrays. I have paid almost $20000 for pain and suffering I am in constant pain for the last 3 months thanks to his mal practice. He had the audacity to fault me for his mediocre work he is heartless."Dr. Smile" should be called "Dr. Frown", because there is no way you will be leaving with a smile on your face once he is done charging you for ridiculous high prices. Please be aware of this practice and stay away from his care.

My office visit with Dr. Andrew Sadek was great! I had just arrived to Miami on vacation when one tooth started to act up. He got me in that day and from the moment I walked in he was with me and attentive to the tooth. He help relieve all the pain coming from that area and saved my vacation. I would come back just to see him!

They will steal your money! Absolutely horrible experience. My wife went for her cleaning and as it turned out, needed to get some fillings done. Before they proceeded with the fillings, she wanted to assure that the insurance would cover them. After waiting in the chair for an hour! They informed her that the insurance would cover it and then went ahead with the procedure.

A year later we get a bill from the office stating that the insurance doesn't cover it. The office stated that my wife grinds her teeth and for that reason the procedure wasnt covered and that they sent all the documentation to the insurance. The insurance informed us several times that the office did no such thing. We kept getting letters from this office for past due payments and we kept receiving letters from the insurance that the office didn't provide anything.

After about 3 months of back and forth with the insurance and the office we decided to just pay the bill and take our business elsewhere. Personally, I think this happened because they most likely would get more money from the patient than the insurance. On top of everything, our NEW (honest) dentist informed my wife that she doesn't grind her teeth. I'll gladly pay the bill to n.ot have to deal with this horrible office again

Came here for a session in their hyperbaric chamber. Staff was helpful, courteous and attentive. Place is neat and clean. All the peripheral items inside chamber that I came in contact were changed once I exited and replaced for clean ones.
