Dr Simpson knows exactly what he is doing. My procedure went very well with minimal discomfort and the staff was great to work with. What's not to like?

Dr. Scott and staff have been great. Very friendly, explains the problems and solutions very plainly, sets realistic expectations. Coordinates seamlessly with my dentist.

My personal experience with Dr Simpson and the staff at Stonebriar was outstanding on all levels. Super friendly & professional! I would recommend them to my family & friends or any one needing dental surgery. They made an uncomfortable situation, pleasant and removed my pain & anxiety.

My daughter and I both had treatment and experienced terrific care. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Simpson is a superb physician with an excellent bedside manner.

I had a procedure done today with dr Simpson and it went great. From the moment you walk in the front door you feel welcomed and very comfortable. My procedure was explained in detail and I had no issue with anything. I would highly recommend this office and staff to anyone with any dental anxiety or fear!

Stonebriar Facial & Oral were so nice and helpful. Every step of the way I was informed about the process and the cost, and who would do what. That was just the consultation. The day of surgery, everyone was very caring, trying to put me at ease and thoughtful throughout the day. I would definitely recommend! They are very knowledgeable and detailed and thorough! I was nervous about the surgery since I've never had anything done that required sedation. The doctor and his team worked so well and quick, i didn't even know they even started! They definitely made me feel comfortable.

By far the best medical surgical experience I have ever had, dental at that! The staff is absolutely phenomenal, very friendly, professional and comforting since day one! After having 7th teeth extracted I had minor discomfort with 0 swelling. I had anxiety about this procedure for weeks and I am pleased with how smoothly it went.

Have had 2 implant procedures and work was outstanding. Awesome patient care from initial consultation through aftercare. Office staff is also efficient and professional.

After spending over $6,300 out of pocket because insurance doesn't cover dental implants, I was prescribed, after my surgery, a medicine that was not covered by my insurance, but the generic was, so I called Dr. Charles Simpson's office and asked if he would prescribe the generic version and he refused. I am shocked at his lack of professionalism! Furthermore, his staff treated me rudely when I persisted to ask why he refused. Also, when he extracted my two top right molars, he punctured my maxillary sinus membrane which resulted in a sinus infection and pain and suffering, requiring surgery from an ENT specialist surgeon, to remedy the issue, before I could proceed with my implant surgery, with Dr. Simpson.

What a nightmare! The entire process from start to finish took almost eight months, and that doesn't even include the actual molars themselves, that I have to purchase from my regular dentist, for thousands of dollars more, and several more months of waiting, approaching now almost a year! Again, what a nightmare! I do not recommend Stonebriar Facial & Oral Surgery! They are incompetent, rude and lazy to boot! Not a good combination! I question their commitment to their patients and their hippocratic oath!

I had avoided removing my 3 remaining wisdom teeth for decades. When it became impossible to avoid I visited Dr Simpson at Stonebriar Facial & Oral Surgery. I am a terrible patient and bombarded Dr Simpson with numerous question. He was very understanding and reassuring. The staff was just fabulous. While I cannot say the extraction was actually pleasant, it was much better than I imagined. I highly recommend Dr Simpson and Stonebriar Oral Surgery.

My wife had a procedure here 5+ years ago and had a very good experience. I needed 4 wisdom teeth removed and wanted to go to a place that we had experience with. Between the consultation and my actual procedure three days later, I am greatly satisfied by the whole experience.

Five stars! Dr. Scott extracted my molar and placed an implant. I chose not to have sedation as I do not tolerate that well. That was a great decision because it was quick and painless, the implant integrated quickly and my healing was super easy. My final crown has been placed and I am very happy with the whole process. The staff was kind. I highly recommend Dr. Scott.

I have always been afraid of dental surgery. UNTIL Dr Scott. He has made it so easy for me and my husband. I have had several molar implants and happy to say no pain. No bruising. No problems. Though I was given meds for pain, I didn't even need them. Amazing. I recommend Dr Scott to anyone who needs an implant. He's just awesome. Staff too. Everyone there is super nice and professional. I have multiple implants done by Dr. Scott in the past. Have spent thousands of dollar for the service. My last visit was Nov 2018 for 2 implants. I have settled my account and was told that I have paid for everything. Two years later, they decided to send me a bill for $236.00 and said that they have spent 2 years trying to settle the account with my insurance. Threatens to send me to collection. Well, I hope they're happy with $236 and lost a customer that could potentially spend thousands more in the future with them.

Apparently when they told you that it's final bill, they can also tell you years from now that it's not a guaranteed of payment. Came straight from the office clerk name Samantha Bonanon.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. The nurse Fannie is extremely rude! She has no compassion and does not conduct herself in a professional manner. I made a call to the emergency after hours line, while Fannie was on call, and she failed to answer the answering service or call back. She called back the next morning stating that she did not call back because it was not an emergency.

According to who?! As a "nurse" she never answered or called back to speak with me to assess the situation; so how did she know it was not an emergency? She next day, when she finally did call back, she was extremely rude! Interjecting and talking over me when I asked questions about my implant procedure. She then stated that she was done talking and get someone else on the phone that could provide me with more clarity.

What type of professional nurse says this? What type of professional nurse acts in this manner; but more importantly, what type of professional establishment allows this type of behavior from their staff? As a patient, that have spent a significant amount of money with this company, I will NOT be going back for future procedures.

I give 1 star because when I went I had no issues. However when my mom went and took my son the staff acted very unprofessional and rude. We ended up not being able to do his surgery needed, he got rescheduled only for me to be called back and the girl said she was new and wasn't supposed to book the appointment until the doctor confirmed. How my mom missed the lady's in the back to get scheduled, I don't know!

Then the office manager got on the phone and said the next available wasn't until August. Want the definition of petty? THIS OFFICE! Long story short, Found another more understanding office and looking forward to going to them.

Very professional and easy staff. Had tooth removed and implant put in. Dr. Simpson and staff made the process easy, care free and relaxing. They handle themselves very professionally, honest and trustworthy. I see why my general dentist referred them. Made the entire surgery a walk in the park. They genuinely care about you. Your not a co-pay.

Their billing is horrible. I went for an implant and payed over 1400 out of pocket + what my very good insurance covered. Some months later I get a bill of over $500 for something they said the insurance didn't cover. I called the insurance and they told me according to their records of claims I only owed the clinic $50. Called the clinic again and they guaranteed they would resolve the issue with the insurance and get back to me, tried calling them a few more times but the lady would not take my call, kept saying she was occupied.

A few months later I get a bill from a collection company! They sold it while they told me they would review with the insurance, of course i tried to call them several times but they would not take my calls. Ended up having to pay a total of $800 dollars just not to have any more problems. Me and my family will never go there again!

I was referred here when my dentist could not fit me in. The office was packed and it seemed like they were herding us like cattle- in and out. The front desk staff and medical assistant were amazing! Dr. Scott was so arrogant and impersonal. He was not friendly at all. He barely looked at the xrays and just breezed over my situation briefly. He acted like he could care less.

The lady at the payment table wasn't friendly at all and had an attitude when I questioned the cost. Overall my experience was super uncomfortable and I will not be moving forward with a procedure with them. It all seemed like a money grab and I don't just want to be another number. No thanks.

Dr. Scott, Heather and the rest of the staff are exceptional. I had a tooth extracted and an implant. It took less than 40 minutes. Little to no pain and zero swelling. I think everyone will have the same results if you do exactly what they asked of you pre and post op. What a great Doctor and Staff. I agree with the other reviews. If I could give 10 stars-I would.

My primary dentist's office staff coordinated with Dr. Scott's staff and it could of not went any smoother. I absolutely recommend Dr. Scott and staff for ALL your oral surgery and implant needs.

Great place for an implant. Dr. Simpson is super nice! Staff are exceptionally personable and pleasant. I found the rates to be comparable to others. Highly recommend.

Dr. Simpson removed my son's wisdom teeth and the results have shown easy healing, no swelling, and very little pain! The office staff were fabulous and they explained every step and were there to answer all kinds of questions. Dr. Simpson met with my son prior to, and came and talked with me twice after! He spent a great deal of time with us and really valued my son!

It was a phenomenal experience! I wish I could give 10 stars! The office is just beautiful too! Once you check in, they offer you WiFi, and they even told me that they would hold my purse when I went to the bathroom because the bathrooms didn't have hooks! That was so thoughtful of them to think of that! They literally thought of every detail and were so professional!

I wish I could give 10 stars to Dr. Simpson and this place! I had my appointment today 1/18/19 at around 11am to remove my bottom two wisdom teeth. The whole surgery took less than 30 mins. Dr. Simpson and the nurse were really good at making me not panic, maybe 2 seconds after the IV in I was completely knocked out. When I woke up, the wisdom teeth were gone.

No memory of the surgery and no pain! Now I'm picking up pieces of memories. I remember the nurses were so kind and took really good care of me. (I just recalled that when I was still super drugged up and asked one of the nurse if I could keep my teeth but was told that the teeth went in pieces so Dr. threw them away, then I cried out loud literally feeling it was heartbroken not be able to see my teeth. so embarrassed.) It's been 8 hours after the surgery now, still NO PAIN at all! Bleeding stopped!

Everything happened this morning just like a dream! And I don't even feel like I got two wisdom teeth removed! MAGIC! Thanks to the kind receptionist, amazing nurses and Dr. Simpson!

I had an implant seated on 1/9/18, Dr. Scott and team were very professional and understanding of my concerns with this procedure. The procedure was painless and I was in and out. I would have to say that Stonebriar Facial and Oral Surgery is hands down one of the top oral care specialist in the DFW area. If I even need anything else done, I will DEFINETLY be coming back to Stonebriar oral Surgery. Thank you all for a terrific job!

Such a beautiful office! The staff is very helpful and super nice as well as accommodating. We went to remove my girlfriends wisdom teeth and the dr took no time at all! She was in and out within 1 hour. Dr. Scott is very efficient and keeps his patients happy! 10/10 will recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Scott and his staff! He did an implant for me several years ago and recently removed my teenage son's impacted wisdom teeth. He is professional and knowledgeable with a wealth of expertise, and truly cares for his patients with kindness and compassion. All of my questions and post-op care were answered clearly. I would recommend Dr. Scott and his team again and again!

Great experience all around. Nobody says going to the dentist is a great experience, but for a service my husband needed, Dr. Scott and his whole staff could not have done any better. My husband had six teeth extracted and then got three implants. Dr. Scott's professionalism and expertise was unprecedented. He presented viable options, told us the pros and cons of each, was upfront about all costs, was receptive to all our questions, then left the decision up to my husband given all the info.

Every part of the surgery was smooth with no complications. My husband's male nurse was excellent. Everyone had wonderful bedside manner. The office was very clean and beautifully decorated making us feel comfortable and welcome. The ladies in the front office were dolls. They were both friendly and efficient. My experience is office staff are either friendly, but incompetent or efficient, but rude. Dr. Scott has done well with his staff. Dr Sott did my husband's oral surgery, and Dr Edmunds at Legacy Smiles is doing his cosmetic dentistry. We feel so blessed with two dentists! (Two separate practices.) My husband is going to have a Hollywood smile that will last forever!

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Scott. I had my consultation a year ago, which was informative. At the time, I loved their office and the overall ambiance of their office. Needless to say I made an appointment. They did not offer any anxiety medication, I had to request it. I paid the day before for a 5% discount. I was ready for my surgery. I was in and out in 45 minutes, picked up my Rx and was home in no time.

After a few days of doing everything, heating pads, ice packs, lots of meds throughout the day. I started to get worried because my numbness did not go away. I left a message for the office, no return call. I called back the next day, letting them know I was still waiting on a call back in regards to my discomfort. In the past few weeks, I've been in their office multiple times after making two calls, every time I want to speak to someone.

Overall the post op experience is less than sincere. It's like thank you for your money, have a good day, and don't call because we won't call you back. Now when I go for my follow-ups, It's like they herd people in and out, collecting money. If I knew they would not be available for my questions, I would've never gone. I knew the risk when I made the appointment but I didn't think it would be this extreme. Dr. Scott says it could be days, weeks, months, or years before the numbness goes away. Fantastic, just what I need. I'm not upset about the cost, but if I caused someone possible nerve damage to their face (not a less visible place), I would be concerned about their well-being, since I caused the damage.

This is not an "Oh, Well" situation. I wish I would've read more reviews, like beyond the first page, prior to scheduling. Please do your research. I'm paying for it now.
