Today was my first visit with this dentist. The office is pleasant and everyone was friendly. I was seen on time and had many opportunities to ask questions. The dentist and tech were thorough and professional and explained the results of the exam in detail. There was no pressure to do unnecessary work and the bill was less than expected. I recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Carrie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She had a great bedside manner, and I can tell that she takes great pride in doing a top notch job. Dr Nguyen was also very nice and gave a thorough exam. I was very impressed and will be returning!

The team at Heritage Family Dentistry is phenomenal. The office staff helped streamline the process, the dental hygienists are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the drs are very competent, trustworthy, and great communicators. Thanks for helping take care of our family's needs!

I had a really great experience here! I was able to call and get an appointment the next day for a toothache. I loved that I was called to the back literally as soon as I sat down. Dr. Drinkwater was super thorough in not only finding the problem but also in explaining why it happened and what to expect in the future. She offered to repair my tooth the same day and gave me detailed info on how to continue to take care of the tooth. I was in and out in no time! Grateful for the entire staff as they made the whole process easy and fast!

We have been with Heritage Family Dentistry for several years. The staff and dental hygienists are consistently professional and caring. Dr. Nguyen takes time to talk with each patient and answers questions. He has gone above and beyond serving my family by checking on us with a phone call. I trust him and his staff and highly recommend this practice. You will be well taken care of.

This has been the worst dentist experience ever. Each time I've gone for my appointment, I'm told what's wrong with my smile instead of what is right and going well for me. Not a positive experience at all. And I get pushed to get braces every time, when every other dentist I've been to has only positive remarks on my healthy teeth and smile. Heritage Dentistry should focus on building good, friendly relationships with new clients, before harping on them for orthodontic work. Makes me feel like they just want my money. I will not be going back here or recommend this dentist to anyone.

My entire household switched over to Heritage a couple of years ago. We have been very satisfied. Recently, I had a crown issue. Dr. Mangum scheduled me as soon as he could to examine the tooth/crown. Based on the age of the crown, he thought it needed a thorough examination. Also, over the phone, he coached me on how to deal with it until the appointment.

He gave me honest feedback and even suggested I get a second opinion from a periodontist just to be sure. He genuinely wanted to make sure all the basis were covered so I could make the best decision for my health and financial situation. He went over all possibilities and options including discussing the short and long-term outlook. I received the same diagnosis from a periodontist and went back to Dr. Mangum to remove the tooth for an implant.

He has walked me through the entire process and has checked on me after procedures and even took a call from me one late Friday night. He genuinely cares. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Nguyen provides detailed checkups. I suggest to go see them and give them an opportunity.

I would highly recommend this dental office! I had an emergency dental issue arise over the weekend and my own dentist could not get me in until a few days later. We called around and Heritage Family Dentistry was able to get me in within a few hours. Once I was there, it was an amazing experience (not too many people can say that about a dentist). Dr. Drinkwater was up front with me that the procedure might not be successful but she was amazing.

Some of the pain came back that night and they were able to get me back in within 2 hours of calling yesterday and Dr. Mangum immediately resolved the pain but again was honest that there is a small percentage that I may still need a root canal. Immaculate professionalism, bedside manner, and honest about what to expect. We are switching my entire family to this office!

I was referred to Heritage Family Dentistry by a great friend and they really didn't disappoint. Carrie was so incredibly sweet and put me at such ease while I have dental anxiety. The whole staff I encountered was so sweet! Highly recommend!

Very professional staff. The office is always clean. The doctors and all the assistants are very nice and polite. My family and I have been coming to this dentist for years.

Fast check in. No wait time. Reasonably priced. Listened to my needs. 4 stars - just me- when I walked in, not one (there were 3) receptionists were wearing a mask- I also saw patients walking in and out without masks and when I needed someone to talk to me about billing- at my chair procedure space- she came in unmasked. I had to politely ask her if she would mind putting in a mask.

With the uptick in cases here in N Texas I'm surprised a medical facility especially a dentist's office would not have their employees or even patients wearing masks. Otherwise Dr and hygienist was great. No hidden costs and fees. Everything was discussed upfront.

The staff was very professional and courteous. It was evident during my visit that everyone is very knowledgeable and works as a team to get things done!

Heritage Dentistry is always dependable, caring, and excellent in their work! They are quick to get you in and taken care of if you have an urgent need.

Dr. Nguyen and his team do a wonderful job of putting everyone at ease and making us feel comfortable and welcome, even for those members of my family who feel trepidation about a visit to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen has a great relationship with his patients. I have never felt that the practice was pushing unneeded services, and I believe he truly wants the best outcomes for his patients. He clearly loves what he does! Highly recommended!

Always have a great experience here! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. The hygienist was very understanding of my health and gave great advice for products to use.

This is a well run practice. Front desk has always been friendly and efficient. Dr. Nguyen is always nice and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things to his patients. He only recommends treatments that he thinks are necessary and in the best interest of the patients.
