Gandy Orthodontics is awesome they fixed my permanent retainer and a chipped tooth free of charge when I hadn't seen them in over 12 years! The new staff is very polite and very willing to go above and beyond for both their current and previous customers, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking have a better smile or looking for an excellent orthodontist service!

I felt rushed through my procedure. Dr Gandy seemed more concerned about the cattle call of patients lined up than my individual case. There was little dialogue and little explanation about options. I expected more and was disappointed.

We shopped around before deciding on Gandy Orthodontics. Dr. Gandy and his staff were the first to talk to our daughter about her treatment plan versus talking to me about her. This immediately made her feel more comfortable with them. We were so happy with the service we received during regular appointment and the responsiveness after hours for handling emergencies that when our son needed braces, we went with Dr. Gandy again. We love everyone from the front desk to billing to the technicians and definitely recommend Gandy to all of our friends.

Dr Gandy & staff are extremely knowledgeable & friendly. They make every family & patient feel welcome. We had an emergency on a Friday afternoon when they were closed and they came into the office so we wouldn't have to wait until Monday to get the braces fixed. I have 1 child in Invisalign & 2 in braces. Highly recommend this practice!

Super excited to have my daughters work done here. She will need mouth gear that was once considered head gear. With Dr Gandys new technology, she will be able to have her jaw extended, without embarrassing head gear that she wouldn't have been compliant with anyway. Her treatment starts in October. I will update as we go along!
